Muna's SDF Littoral Chairman Rejects Post
By Joe Dinga Pefok
Former SDF MP, Brunot Eyombwan
(Rtd army captain), who was recently designated by the Muna faction of the party to the post of Littoral Provincial Coordinator, has rejected the appointment, declaring that he is not part of the faction.
In a letter dated September 26 and addressed to the Littoral Provincial Chairman of the SDF, Jean Michel Nintcheu, Hon. Eyombwan, who is SDF Ward President of Bongongui in Bonaberi Electoral District, said that the so-called designation came as a surprise to him, and that those who appointed him never consulted him, and thus never took into account his opinion or position.
Eyombwan declared that: "I am an adept of evolution. I condemn revolution, no matter those involved, for it never permits a transition from the past to the present, or from today to tomorrow. The SDF definitely has nothing to gain from internal conflict, and the continuation of such a situation only pushes the party towards the precipice."
Eyombwan, however, said he has observed with consternation that the officials of all the two SDF camps have become very hysterical in the manner in which they are handling the crisis. He said they handle the crisis as if they are personal issues, and that there is lack of national conscience and political maturity.
The Former MP stated that the Muna camp is allegedly going around and using unorthodox means, including corruption to gain supporters. He noted that only morally weak persons fall in for such methods. He reassured the Littoral Provincial Chairman of the SDF, that "I remain attached to the original SDF; the one which has a ward at Bongongui, in the Bonaberi Electoral District."
Appeal
Jean-Michel Nintcheu, in reaction to the designation of Eyombwan by the Muna faction as Littoral Coordinator, pleaded with media organs not to give in to what he termed manipulation and blatant lying by Muna and his group.
Nintcheu insisted that there is only one SDF, and that the legitimate and legal convention of the party was the one that took place in Bamenda last May. He accused Muna of having engaged in a mutiny. Nintcheu expressed happiness with Eyombwan's rejection of the appointment by the Muna faction and referred to him as "an illustrious militant".
In a chat with The Post on September 30, in Douala, Nintcheu, described Eyombwan's rejection of the appointment as a big setback for the Muna faction. He vowed that the Muna faction will never succeed in having a foothold in the Littoral, as long as he is Provincial Chairman.
He ridiculed the Muna faction of moving from one major set back to the other, citing as examples the Eyombwan affair and the court decision in Bamenda which bars the Muna faction from acting in the name of the SDF.
Nintcheu dismissed allegations that he instigated Eyombwan to reject the appointment.

Wonders shall never end! The Muna terrorist group is going after a retired military officer in Douala! We remember their spokesperson here BenteribobsFB made a mockery of Fru Ndi for appointing Colonel Chi,for he wanted to use him to carry out the gruesome murder of Diboule. But time easily catches up with people who have blood stained hands. They have just had another slap in the face by trying to drag a retired army captain into their dark designs without his knowledge.Just as Ngwasiri presented Jua as his imaginary Parliamentary Speaker without his knowledge ,Muna has suddenly developped love for a retired military officer ,a position his camp had treated as apolitical.Muna is going to go from one setback to another until he escapes to France as he did before. The French need to give him more funds to comeback and fill the pockets of buy everybody in order to become SDF chairman.

Muna again? This political bandit will not only go into exile but might soon commit suicide. It is said that those who live in glass houses should not through stones. These are guys who yesterday lambasted and castigated Fru Ndi for appointing a retired colonel interim Chairman for sdf in the Centre.Fru Ndi at least did that with the consent of Colonel Chi.Why should a political nonentity and bandit like Muna and his gang of frustrated political empty vessels be appointing true and committed militants into a movement which exists only in the press? Does Muna think everyone is a fool? You can fool some people some of the time but you can't full all the people all the time.

Even in the postnewsline, Muna has been unanimously rejected except for a few CPDM pundits who might still support his views to satisfy their selfish desires. The Muna family have a long history of destabilising the future of the southern cameroons in their hideout in Yaounde. I hope they will be brought to justice one day.
