Court Confirms Fru Ndi As SDF National Chairman

The Mezam High Court, November 14, squashed an application by Ben Muna's lawyers to set aside a September 26 judgment, delivered by Justice Emile Ambo.

In that judgement Justice Ambo barred  Barrister Bernard Muna from parading as National Chairman of the Social Democratic Front, SDF, party.In its judgement, the Mezam High Court, thus, confirmed Ni John Fru Ndi as the National Chairman of the SDF party.

When the Court Registrar called up the matter for the ruling, Fru Ndi and his lawyers, led by Barrister Francis Sama, answered present and, a few minutes later, Ben Muna's lawyers - Innocent Bonu, Anthony Amazee and Asongwe - sauntered in without their robes or wigs on.

They did not utter a word until after the three-hour ruling was delivered by Justice Ambo.Before proceeding to deliver the ruling, Justice Ambo made startling revelations to the effect that: "Yesterday, after I had written my ruling, which I am about to read, I

received a letter from the 1st Vice President of the Court of Appeal Bamenda, Justice Solomon Njilele, asking me to suspend action on this matter and reminding me of a recusal file against me which is pending in this court."

Justice Ambo's declarations kept the court silent. Then, as if to buttress his point, Ambo decided to read the letter to the audience. The letter from the President, Court of Appeal Bamenda, signed on behalf of Justice Joseph Nkengla, by Justice Solomon Njilele, carried as subject "Recusal of Justice Jack Emile Ambo." It reads:

"I have the honour to forward, herewith, for onward transmission, a copy of motion No. BCA/6M/07 recusing Justice Ambo J.E from Suit No. HCB/3M/06-07, which is pending in your court. In compliance with Article 98 (3) of Law No. 75/17 of 8th December 1972, his written reply should reach me within eight days.

Any further action in respect to Suit No. HCB/3M/06-07 should be stayed until the issue of recusal is determined."Justice Ambo, after reading the letter, said he was at a loss as to determine what action the President of the Appeal Court meant.

"This is a matter we started hearing on October 31 and since then I have not received any letter from the President of Appeal Court telling me not to continue with the matter. As I told this court, my ruling for today is ready, now," Ambo stated.

Enter Lawyer Sama

Barrister Sama, Lead Counsel for Fru Ndi and the SDF, pleaded with the court and made the following observations: that the learned and most respectful President of Appeal Court was grossly misled to write such a letter as there is no law of 1972 as quoted in the said letter.

"You can recus a magistrate when you discover that he is related to the other party in the matter, or he has received bribe, not because he is hostile."

Sama went further to state that the law was wrongly quoted because the issue of recusal of a magistrate in hearing a matter can only come up in the administrative bench of the Supreme Court if the Appeal Court President was referring to the 1975 law not 1972.

Sama said the Appeal Court President had no right to hand down such instructions because there is a case fixed for Thursday, November 16. "All of us are jurists and nobody should be fooled or think he can deceive others.

I don't want to believe that this letter is from Justice Njilele, else, I will not hesitate to point out that he has committed a judicial mistake. He has been misled to write a correspondent which he doesn't understand," Sama held.

According to him, the hidden hand behind such a document that misled Justice Njilele will soon be exposed. "It is a judicial nullity," Sama stated. He upheld that there is no legal or administrative impediment restraining Justice Ambo from delivering the ruling on the matter he has heard.

"It is unheard of that a matter is pending in a Court of Appeal … and a Chief Justice issues orders restraining another magistrate who has his own jurisdiction, from going ahead with his ruling.

Even President Paul Biya, cannot, at this material point in time, my Lord, call on you not to go ahead. So, don't feel intimidated," Sama appealed.When Sama had finished, Justice Ambo said: "I am not in anyway perturbed in going ahead by delivering my ruling."

Based on facts presented by lawyers for the Applicant, Hon. Professor Clement Ngwasiri and Muna calling on that court to set aside the judgment that forbade Barrister Muna from parading as SDF National Chairman, Justice Ambo said the applicant failed to respond on point of law as required.

Instead, he said, for two days running, October 30 - 31, the Ben Muna and Ngwasiri lawyers decided to bully, shout and disturb the court with porous arguments and ended up abandoning the matter because they had filed a case against him in the Court of Appeal.

"Bonu and his colleagues failed to expose the strength of their case. Recusal of a judge is their right, but you will not wait until the other party (that is, Fru Ndi) had presented their own side of the matter and you mount monumental errors and you want the tides to be reversed.

This would be tantamount to have eaten your cake and want to have it. These counsels," Justice Ambo went on, "were denigrating, spiteful, unruly and lacked court manners. Let them examine themselves vis-à-vis their behaviour."

He said Muna's counsels had a hidden motive for requesting the court to set aside the judgment which they claimed was obtained in default because they were not properly served.

He maintained that counsel for applicants came to court for equity with, "their hands deeply soiled. If you have to go for equity, go with clean hands," he advised Bonu and his team.

Ambo recalled that during that ruling, Bonu pleaded for an adjournment because he, Bonu, said he was a gastric patient and had not eaten since morning. "I doubt whether he requested for two weeks only to go and eat or to go for foreign shopping," Justice Ambo quipped.

On the point that Ngwasiri and the others were not properly served, Justice Ambo dismissed such as a flimsy excuses. "They were properly served by substituted service in The Post Newspaper which this court holds is widely read in Cameroon and beyond.  There was proper service by way of substituted service, which was regular."

Concerning the arguments by Muna's lawyers that the Mezam Appeal Court lacks jurisdiction in hearing the matter, Justice Ambo said the SDF headquarters is in Bamenda and the National Chairman resides in Mezam.

The Mfoundi Court in Yaounde, which Muna's lawyers argue is entertaining other SDF cases, Ambo explained, is practising the Civil Law System which is unknown to the English Law System practised in the Anglophone Provinces of Cameroon.

"So, the applicant counsel, Bonu, who even went on air during a programme known as "Red Carpet," over CRTV Bamenda, saying the judgment which I had delivered was not worth the paper on which it was written, failed to state in their counter-affidavit why Mezam or Bamenda was not an appropriate forum to hear the matter.

"Mezam High Court remains the appropriate and convenient, competent jurisdiction and so, the argument by applicants is rejected pure and simple," declared Ambo.

Disappointment With Top Colleagues

Irked by the behaviour of some of his colleagues, Justice Ambo told the Court that nobody should think he had any special interest in handling the SDF, Ngwasiri and Muna matter.

"This matter was assigned to me on May 17, by the hierarchy of this court, and I never requested to handle this matter. I handled it to the best of my ability and delivered a judgment," said the Justice. 

He said the Applicant and their agents who "have no respect for the court," devised a means to set a trap and, unfortunately, for them, I did not fall into it.

Justice Ambo said for the Applicant's counsel requesting that the judgment be set aside without sufficient cause or another judge assigned to start the matter afresh, is illogical.
"It is an insult that a recusal has been made against me at the Court of Appeal. It would be quite interesting for another judge to do the matter when I am still around," Ambo averred.

"I don't care a damn if the matter were taken from me and handed to whomever. I did only my job and my worry is doing injustice and being unfair to any party in the matter."
The Justice said he was surprised when he was served with a matter to appear in Court of Appeal, for being biased, by the counsels for Applicant.

"There is no worse justice, if the applicants are allowed to go on this way." Ambo remarked that all the accusations against him by Muna's lawyers were just subterfuge.

The court, therefore, ruled that Ngwasiri, Muna and agents failed to show sufficient cause against the judgment delivered by Justice Ambo. Secondly, that the applicants (Ngwasiri, Muna) cannot be granted any other appearance as concerns the matter.

The ruling noted with dismay that Ngwasiri, Muna and agents have been "in persistent violation of Court Orders, which is punishable by law."Ambo maintained: "Muna and his agents have been behaving as if they are above the law." He advised Ngwasiri and Muna to appeal against the judgment instead of hanging on the recusal.

"This court confirms and reaffirms its judgment delivered on September 26 in its entirety with all the paragraphs therein," Ambo concluded.

Muna's Lawyers React

Speaking to The Post outside the court, Barrister Bonu said they would take proper and appropriate steps in the days ahead. "It is not me or Muna to initiate action. You cannot imagine that a judge is told by his superior to stay action and he goes ahead to deliver a ruling in a matter he has been told not to," Bonu said.

Bonu said Justice Ambo in delivering his ruling, "insulted us properly. If not that we respect stated State institutions, I could have jumped and seized that ruling as he read it."

As to why they decided to sit in court only in suits without robes, Bonu said it was clear that the matter was not going to continue, since they had tabled a case calling on Justice Ambo not to go ahead, "… because of his hostilities towards us and many other reasons."

Fortunately, Bonu continued, the President of Appeal Court wrote to Ambo for stay of action and he ignored his boss's orders. He wanted to create a sad scene and later blame it on us, but we remained calm throughout that ruling."

When the SDF is to take part in any celebration as it has done in the past during May 20, the participation is authorised by hierarchy and it is national.What happened in Balikumbat is just the same like the peace pact which Ngwasiri signed with the Governor of the NW after the presidential election without the knowledge of the party. Did you hear that the SDF took part in the anniverary celebration of the tyrant anywhere again in the country or that the hierarchy of the SDF sanction that participation in BaliKumbat?
This is the reason why article 8.2 is very necessary in the party´s constitution to discipline and handle people like Necodemus who want to drag the party into mud. However, the party is cuurently investigating what happened in Balikumbat in the name of promoting peace during that ugly celebration.

Concerning the judgement, it comes to confirm what I told some song birds who once happened to be on this forum that the people´s party will never be handed by the court to autioneers. Muna had already been calculating how much he will be expecting from the CPDM in exchange for the SDF if the court was to hand the party to him.

FAILED STATE OR MAINTENANCE OF STATUS QUO??

There's an ugly side to this evolving Fru Ndi-Muna whahala which seemS to escape many. Here's another glaring evidence of a failed state.

In Bamenda the judges are at daggers drawn and supposedly Njilele for Muna while Ambo for Fru Ndi(or rather a mere fair judge)with the former issuing letters of stay of action to latter.

In Yaounde rumour is spreading of Mr Fru Ndi having bribed the State Counsel Kwangue Kwangue and surprisingly the rumour is coming from another State Council who conspicuously might have wanted to see Mr Ndi nailed hard.

Judge against judge and state counsel against state counsel and it wasnt long we read on this same forum the Prime minster settling it out with the Minister of economy and finance. Chaos chaos chaos !

How Ben Muna Shot Himself in the Leg.
The hunter has become the hunted.

I am a sympathiser of the SDF party even though I am not yet a card-carrying member.

I have followed the activities of Ben Muna with great concern and I am absolutely convinced that he is a complete impostor. Ben Muna does the have the interests of the Cameroonian people or of the SDF at heart.

I fully support Chairman John Fru Ndi as the proper leader of the SDF, as the court in Bamenda has wisely and rightfully confirmed. The court should even have added the following argument, which proves clearly that Ben Muna is an utter impostor.

It briefly runs as follows:

Ben Muna accepted in an STV interview that he had been properly dismissed from the SDF in 1996 for anti-party activities. From that time on he ceased to be a member of the party. At this stage there was no dispute about the validity of the mandate of NEC and of Chairman Fru Ndi. Ben Muna later claimed he was repentant and sought rehabilitation into the SDF. NEC then convened a Reconciliation Forum in 2004 and re-admitted Ben Muna into the SDF. The surprising thing is that the period during which Muna was re-admitted (2004) falls clearly within the time when he claims the mandate of NEC had expired and thus had subsequently passed on to the National Advisory Council. Therefore at that material time, the purported NEC which readmitted Ben Muna was not properly constituted as its current mandate had expired. Thus, by his own argument, the decision by NEC to re-admit Ben Muna at that time into the SDF is null and void and Ben Muna is therefore not still a member of the SDF.
Therefore even if Ben Muna now claims that there is a problem of legality in the SDF he is not the one to intervene as he is still an expelled member and has no ground to challenge any activity in the SDF or even to stand for any election.

Ben Muna is a trained lawyer who studied law in the UK at a prestigious institution. He is called to the bars of UK and Cameroon. He has practised law in Cameroon and has even served as a judge in the Cameroon judiciary. He has occupied the important position of Assistant Prosecutor at the United Nations War Crimes Tribunal for Rwanda probably due to merit. His brother, with whom he runs a law firm in Yaounde is a legal luminary in Cameroon. I do not understand how a man of such stature could ignore the above vital piece of evidence which makes his case completely ridiculous. Either there was an egregious oversight on his part or simply he is an ill intentioned individual with a hidden agenda.

If Ben Muna was a good faith individual, he should have contested the Chairmanship elections in Bamenda, rather than hang on legal technicalities to argue for a second conference in Yaounde. There is no evidence that Ben Muna would not have had a fair and equal chance of election in Bamenda. The elections were democratically conducted. Even Paulinus Jua had contested against Fru Ndi in a free and fair match and conceded defeat. The truth is Ben Muna knew that his chances of election at the massively organised and attended elections in Bamenda were non existent and so resorted to such underhand methods to usurp power in the SDF.

I have nothing personal against Ben Muna or the wider Muna political family, although Ben Muna is not doing much to help the current hatred and distrust of Anglophones towards this family. But I do think he is not a straight forward and honest individual. Thank God our courts have revealed him for who he really is. The SDF would survive and win presidential power in this country. Ben Muna and his hidden CPDM cheer leaders would fail. Time and history would bear me out.

It will be proper for the SDF members to settle this dispute before it's too late.The SDF should not be a party in the court but a party to counter the ruling party.Recently we heard the SDF militants and sympathizers joined their CPDM counter-parts 'en masse' to celebrate Biya's 24th Anniversary in power.I hope the SDF will stand up to their remote objective and motive than rubbing shoulders with the CPDM,at this juncture when militants are fed-up and upset with the loggerheads and misunderstanding rocking the party.

Concerning the ruling by the Mezam High Court on the 14th of November,we see bias in the matter.We tend to doubt whether the Bamenda courts and others of its jurisdiction are more in command than the their Yaounde counterparts in command.However,if the matter was to be settled amicably then it could be the only way forward for the SDF to move with its prime motive(taking over the presidency)from time immemoriam.That notwithstanding,we can only have a stable SDF if the heirachy learn to manage their disputes at this level rather than call on the CPDM(an enemy for that matter) to bring peace from within.The CPDM are gaining momentum while the SDF stooges and opportunists are exposing their lack of resolution of conflict in public.A reason why many unaccounted backslidders and carpet-crossers are leaving from the SDF to the CPDM.

While we pray for the only strong opposition party in Cameroon to take its rightful stand and position,we should note that elections are around the corner and confering more powers to Biya(motions of support and 24th anniversary celebration) at this junture means an everlasting failure for the SDF.Believe me or not the SDF is taking the wrong turn by dragging members from one court prosecution after another keeping their militants and sympathizers in a confused situation.Let's wait and see.They have the knife and the bread.....

That a person like Fon Lawrence should be presenting his immigration report on the fact that he was a politician in Cameroon before escaping for his life, is a disgrace to our country. Imagine Fon Lawrence, unknown in Cameroon, telling lies to foreigners who end up believing that he was an important personality in Cameroon. How can Fon Lawrence, just like the others be saying that his houses, businesses and properties were burnt down simply because he was a ward president of the SDF? These are people who can not boast even of a mud house here in Cameroon. These are people who can not boast of a latrine here in Cameroon. These are shameless individuals actually pulling our country into mud, just because they want to maintain their stay where they have been enslaved. When the thief in Ntarikon deceived the then Anglophone Governor of the East province during the early 90s that he would be Prime Minister in the SDF government, this weak Santa man abandoned his duties in Bertoua and went abroad. After washing dishes for living and selling ice cream, and obtaining his refugee status, he is one of those using fake offices to create stories on human rights issues in Cameroon and to extract huge sums of money from poor Cameroonians struggling to leave the country. And the fool still believes that he will one day return to Cameroon to occupy ministerial post. Unfortunately for him, his master in Ntarikon will NEVER be the president of this country. If they think that they can drag our country into mud abroad while we suffer here to fix things, just to come back and take positions, then they are making a big mistake. They are the ones to insult our courts and judges whenever a decision is taken that do no go well with the selfish intentions of their Ntarikon Taliban leader. To these elements of hate and division, any Judge who dares take a decision against the evils perpetuated by their Ntarikon lord is a CPDM sponsored agent. But when CPDM Judges take favour this butcher of democracy, these sad species of Cameroonians jump into the streets to celebrate. When their lord and employer is criticized, these wild species of Anglophones jump into uncontrolled madness, actually intimidating, threatening and insulting all those who dare criticize their Ntarikon Lord. Unfortunately for these axils of distortion, Cameroonians are not ready to let them commit the atrocities that they were committing before. No old woman today will publicly exhibit her sacred nakedness to sustain a liar and a misfit. And as the Butcher Fon was kicking John Kohtem at the market square in Balikumbat, the only and last words people could hear from the lame man was, “Where is Ni John Fru Ndi?. Where is Ni John Fru Ndi?” As the poor and lame John Kohtem was vomiting blood, urinating and sending out feces that unfortunate day, his thought was towards the leader of his party. After John Kohtem have been sacrificed and the Fon sent to jail, Ni John Fru Ndi’s real people are now in control in Balikumbat. Today, the SDF chairman in Balikumbat is no more a lame man; he is a DOCTOR. No wonder, the doctor is now using the SDF to celebrate with the CPDM. Good Heavens! We are been made to understand that, “Unto the rich more will be added and from the poor more will be taken away”. Ni John Fru Ndi can afford using more than 20 millions to bribe a court official in Yaounde, but was the one going on his knees to collect 26 million francs from Biya's CPDM government to treat his beloved wife abroad. Everything was taken away from the poor John Kohtem – even his life- and today, everything is been added to the rich Ni John Fru Ndi and the doctor SDF chairman of Balikumbat. Why have Aloysius Galabe, Kennedy Nganjo, Fon Lawrence, Tadia Clement, San Ke, Langai, Ma Mary, Tayong, Rexon, and their other gang members not asked Ni John Fru Ndi to use the millions in the Rose Ndi Memorial Foundation to help the families of John Kohtem and F. Makoge? What is the fate of the millions that Ni John Fru Ndi had budgeted to vaccinate prisons in Yaounde and Douala?

3) Professor NGWASIRI WILL NOT DIE AS THEY WANT

Before, we were taking the tear-gassing of professor Ngwasiri very light. Until it has been demonstrated medically and scientifically, no one could imagine that the substance that was used to tear-gas Professor Ngwasiri in Bamenda did actually contain toxic biological materials. The substances were mixed and prepared with the intention to kill Professor Ngwasiri. Ignorant as they are, the Ntarikon trained militia men who pumped the toxic substance into Professor Ngwasiri`s house had no idea of how toxic the tear gas was. The death of one of these Ntarikon trained militia in the Yaounde central prison – John Nguh- was a result of the inhalation of the toxic substance that was sprayed on Professor Ngwasiri in Bamenda, when the chief planner of the attack was in the United Kingdom waiting for the death of the professor to be announced. The other surviving militia men who handled this toxic tear gas in Bamenda are currently having serious health problems while in detention with Colonel Chi in Yaounde. Their Ntarikon Taliban leader had declared after the death of John Nguh that three other militia men in detention in Yaounde are also on their way to die. Immediately following my public protest on this planned series of murder, the plan was immediately halted. The planned vaccination was also halted.

The thing that should concern all people of good will is the fact that an Anglophone should be praying and offering traditional sacrifices only to see into it that another Anglophone brother dies. The Taliban leader in Bamenda had gone to the Fon of Mendakwen to complain that Professor Ngwasiri and Ben Muna are the only people giving him headache in the world. NOT Biya anymore! Our man even went as far recalling his good days with the professor. How can this friend and Anglophone brother of Professor Ngwasiri be rejoicing over the poor man’s deteriorating health? Despite much advice from people of good faith – even from within the SDF NEC for the Ntarikon misfit to pay homage to the sick Professor Ngwasiri – either in person, by phone or in writing- as a mere sign of solidarity for a sick brother, the stack and unrepentant illiterate has maintained that it is only over his corpse that he will contact Professor Ngwasiri. No wonder, when the recent fake news was made on the death of Professor Ngwasiri, there was open celebrations in the presidency! While other Cameroonians of good faith were expressing disbelief over this death announcement, the Ntarikon Leader was busy discussing via phone on how Ben Muna has to follow the same treatment. Even his former student – Mbah Ndam- was actually celebrating in a circuit (Chicken parlour in Melen, Yaounde). This is the student who actually acted as the house boy and mechanic for Professor Ngwasiri as he tried to gain access to his question papers. This is the law student who used to carry the brief case and lecture notes of Professor Ngwasiri as he entered and left lecture halls in the University of Yaounde. I have never seen a public express of dishonesty and ungratefulness!
We will like to tell all those who have played and are playing with the life and blood of Professor Ngwasiri that before the professor was poisoned in Bamenda via tear-gas, medical reports had it that the professor was fit to live for the next fifty years. If Professor Ngwasiri dares dies like a fowl, then there will be war. Then Mendakwe people will have to demonstrate that a stranger and settler cannot come and use their generosity to kill a son of the soil. Starting from the six that were pushed to die during the launching of the SDF, through the roasting of Tita, into the cutting of limbs of people in Bamenda, Bamenda has already sacrificed more than enough. Let Professor dare die the way it has been planned ….

We are praying for the fast recovery of Professor Ngwasiri but should he die from the toxic substances he inhaled in Bamenda, then the master planner will get it hot.

4) THE HIDDEN FACT BEHIND THE YAOUNDE COURT APPREARANCES

Ni John Fru Ndi and his congregation of misfit are only complaining on the fact that the Yaounde court is not questioning Ben Muna, without telling the world while Ni John Fru Ndi is now a regular visitor to the Younde court.

When Colonel Chi declared publicly that it was the hierarchy of the SDF that had instructed him to attack the SDF secretariat in Yaounde, the Leader of the SDF went public to declare that Colonel Chi had made such a declaration out of the confusion that prevailed at the time when Gregoire was murdered in the SDF secretariat in Yaounde. When I pointed out the fact that military colonel Chi– trained by the Biya`s army of destruction – could not be confused following the death of one single person, this leader-of-no-faith had to devise a new version of facts. Today, Colonel Chi has been forced to change his declaration by saying that it was the coordination of the SDF in the central province that gave him the instruction. Today, it is the coordination of the SDF in the central province that gave the coordinator of the SDF of the central province the instruction to attack and kill. How can we reconcile this distortion of facts? Can his sponsored agents using this forum tell us the logic behind this?

But who are Ni John Fru Ndi and his gang of manipulators trying to deceive? Why do they keep taking Cameroonians for fools? Why have they been refusing to give written permission to the legal authorities to retrieve his phone conversation on the day before the Yaounde convention from the mobile phone company he is using? The only reason why the legal department is calling him to court is to obtain this important permission from them. When the Judge first pointed out that telephone conversations could be replayed to know if any instructions were ever given by phone, these shameless criminals asked the court man if the laws in Cameroon give permission for a phone company to give out people’s phone conversations without their written and signed permission. On leaving the legal department, these shameless thieves could not attend to the press briefing awaiting them outside the court just because they had to go and warn the phone company of the illegality involved in releasing people’s phone conversation without their expressed written and signed permission. On realizing that the laws of the land do not permit this, the phone company had given a deaf ear to all those wanting to hear all phone conversations between Bamenda and Yaounde on the day before and after Gregoire was murdered in the Yaounde SDF secretariat. The Ntarikon Taliban leader is refusing to allow the legal department gain access to his phone conversations. Let him give the requested authorization for the court to retrieve his phone conversation if he is not guilty. Realizing that he has something to hide, he is now threatening not to honour further court convocation. He might be living in the past. Let him dare refuse any court invitation.

This butcher of democracy think that things will remain as they were. In dealing with the courts in Yaounde, he must remember that Yaounde is NOT bamenda, where he can threathen court officials and bring tons of intimidators with him in court.

5) THE FACTS

The good News I have for them is that they have not seen anything yet. I hope they have heard the revelation that Ni John Fru Ndi bribed a court official with twenty-one (21) million francs. It is sad to know that he could afford millions for bribe but had to go on his knees before Biya’s CPDM government to beg money for the evacuation and treatment of his wife abroad. We consider Cameroon and our Anglophone heritage too precious to be left in the hands of abandoned slaves who have conspired to defend the interests of those killing our country. If Ni John Fru Ndi had used the SDF for the mission that Albert Mukong (peace to his soul) had in place, then Anglophones would have since obtained freedom and liberation. Have these fools supporting the atrocities of their lord asked themselves what the outcome would have been if the political crises in the 90s had been understood by the International community as an Anglophone problem? They think the world would have sat silent to see Anglophones die? Why can blind Anglophones like Rexon, Tayong, Ma Mary, etc. not ask themselves these important questions? Instead of attacking our Francophone brothers and sisters – for no reasons – why can these confused and disgruntled species of Anglophones not ask Ni John Fru Ndi if what Mr. Feko has said is true? Why can these ignorant species of Anglophones not do research to find out if the original mission of the SDF was to fight for Anglophones, but that out of selfish interests Ni John Fru Ndi took a U– turn and is today dinning with president Paul Biya in secret?

As Aloysius Galabe, Kennedy Nganjo, Fon Lawrence, Tadia Clement, San Ke, Langai, Ma Mary, Tayong, Rexon, and their other disciples of distortion continue to draw strategies on how they will use this forum to present election campaign for their Ntarikon lord, they should know that it will not be an easy battle.

We are waiting … and Mr. Ofege is working with his revealing FILM right inside Bamenda. Things will not be as they were before …
