Welcome back preacher man. As you are aware, America is the most Jesus obsessed country in the industrialized West. America invented the born again, the Jehovah's Witness, the religious right and tele-evangelism. America invented your kind of charismatic preacher, and you want America to become even more Jesus crazy? We need more rigorous secular education in America, so that people use their heads and do not be easily swayed by hucksters and celebrity

Hamilton Ayuk

Actually I was around. I only forgot that I had another soapbox. Nonetheless, thanks for the hospitality. Africa is what it is today because of animism, Asia is what it is today because of Buddhism, Confucianism, Latin America is what it is today because of fetishism, and America, Europe and Japan are what they are today because of Christianity. You do the economic Math. How many Americans and Europeans come to live in Africa, Latin America or Asia for a better welfare? But how man Africans, Latin Americans and Asians are ready to die jus to enter America or Europe? So why don’t you follow the better philosophy and belief? In addition you even sound like an economic migrant. Thank God for Christianity you have too much on your plate until you are jeer insulting a preacher.

Add Elvis to the list!

Hamilton Ayuk

Elvis is there second paragraph and 5th sentence.

Ras Tuge

Brainwashed African, drop this meaningless Babylon filth! African stories need space, and must be told man.

Pa Hamilton,

4 articles in one day? What's the rush? Post one a day so that we can digest and discuss adequately. This is overkill.

Hamilton Ayuk

Man, I have written more than 41 articles on my blog: http://princehamilton.blogspot.com/ just for this month. Some are articles I have written before and others are just new ones. I just took them and pasted here. In addition I am on holidays now and will be going back in 2 weeks. So I am trying to post as many as possible because I will soon not have the time with work and research.

ngong

Pa hamilton,

Your blog should not be about you but about your audience. If you post 41 articles in 5 days, I can assure you that most people will read 4-5 and move on - a waste. So once again, it doesn't matter if you have a million articles, post 1-2 a day so that we the public can read, digest and comment. Again there is no rush. just my 2 cents

Nico

Your misplaced article..... We do not have misplaced priority at least no more than any other country in the world. Name me one country where a high school teacher is being paid more than a star athlete? so please don't make this about America. Are you saying a 1st grade teacher should make as much as an NBA rookie? Do you know how much a star NBA player makes for an NBA franchise? Or how much a blockbuster movie and actor make for a studio? Why should the studio or franchise not pay him a portion of that? Seriously, Stop it.

Oyez

Preacher Hamilton. You are a pompous simpleton. You are linking religious cause to economic and social effect without establishing whether there is a true causal link. Our thinkers need to assert ourselves here. I suggest that before you come and gas here in public, you get an honest and informed person to edit your scripts.

As much as I hope this rash of celebrity deaths due to prescription drugs serves to help deter our kids and teenagers, I fear that the abuse will continue until there is an equal amount of attention paid to the criminal consequences of enabling this trend. the media's coverage of the trials of ANS's enablers will hopefully serve more benefit than the glut of attention paid to her death.
