Dear Sir,
I am applying for the publication of the following clarification in your famous newspaper, following a false claim made by Barrister Sama Francis Asanga, in an article published in your paper No. 717 of November 14, 2005 on page 4, titled "Ngwasiri Should Be interim SDF Chairman", namely that he is member of the SDF National Advisory Council.
I will limit myself to refuting the above-mentioned false claim and say nothing about misstatements of fact, misinterpretations of the texts of the SDF and other incongruities in the article of the learned Barrister. Barrister Sama Francis Asanga is not a member of the SDF National Advisory Council. The current members of that body are as follows:
Members resident in Cameroon
1. Mr. John Fru Ndi (Founding Father)
2. Justice (Retired) Nyo' Wakai (Founding Father)
3. Hon. Prof. C.N. Ngwaisri (Founding Father)
4. Mr. Vincent Feko (Founding Father)
5. Mr. Aloysius Tebo (Founding Father)
6. Hon. Victoria Ndando
7. Mr. Bernard Tanse
8. Barrister Luke K. Sendze
9. Mr. Joseph Atekwana
10. Hon. Joseph Mbah-Ndam
11. Mr. Columbanus Morfaw
12. Mr. John Endeley Mokake
13. Mrs. Mballa Odille
14. Hon. Keyanfe
Members resident abroad
1. Prof. Carlson Anyangwe - Zambia (Founding Father)
2. Dr. Emmanuel G. Akuchu - USA (Founding Father)
3. Dr. Mal Fobi - USA
Sincerely Yours,
Hon. Prof. C.N. Ngwasiri, President

The problem here is not to quarrel with who should be the Interim Chairman. Those are banalities. Those are irrelevancies. The S.D.F boat is sailing through a storm which is threatening to wreck it.And the reason is because the Captains of that boat have led it into the waters that we have found ourselves in.
We the youths of the S.D.F want the old order to go.Your time is up.Let this warning go forth from this time and place that we shall be forced to imitate the youths of Cote d'Ivoire. We are tired.Continue to sit on your laurels.Maybe you havenot heard of the popular cries from the youths. We shall surprise you guys in the very sweetness of your sleep.
Our fathers have failed us,our party has failed us,our nation has failed us.I am afraid to say that we have no other option but to use undemocratic means so that our voices can be heard. The present S.D.F leadership, should retire and their legacy will live live ad eterna. But if they intend to continue clinging to power like their God Father Paul Biya, then they are unknowingly sowing the seeds of future civil strife which their children maybe forced to pay the price for them. You have the time to decide.
