Spelling further economic deterioration, if taxes are not lowered immediately to encourage economic activity, but what does that go'ment know about economics or care?

If that Kumba is left alone to those their money-minded Bafaws then it will be in sham in the nearest future.Look at a small issue but important for them to settle as quick as possible but they turn deaf ear to!!what do they expect than the fleaing of those business men who are the backbone of economic progress in that desperate town!!

The central market model is not the most secure for Kumba and other towns. Perhaps Kumba now needs a series of small markets (called malls in the United States).

A mall is a collection 10-25 stores in a precinct. Precincts are dedicated to a wide range of wares and are accorded 24 hours armed security. Usually the food market is separate.

It is astonishing that the Kumba authorities have not learnt a lesson. Building another huge market without fire fighting capability is unwise. It is simply putting all eggs in one dangerous basket.

Fire is an incredible consumer. Wood, clothes and many foods are fuel. They just wait for an ignition source (discarded cigarette, overloaded wiring, etc.) and hell is on earth.

Kumba market should only be rebuilt after the cause of the last fire has been understood.

HAS THE KUMBA URBAN COUNCIL ASK PAUL BIYA FOR THE FIRE FIGHTING LORRIES YET?RELOCATION WOULD NOT PUT OUT ANOTHER FIRE IN THE FUTURE.YAOUNDE SHOULD DISPATCH THREE FIRE LORRIES TO KUMBA URBAN COUNCIL TO DEAL WITH ANY EVENTUAL OUT BREAK IN THE FUTURE.THIS IS A SYSTEMATIC SOLUTION TO AVOID FUTURE HARZARDS.

All must not always come from Yaounde. Kumba Town is twined to other cities in America and Europe. If they lack the money to buy fire engines from their budget, can't they seek assistance from their friends.
By the way, how much is a fire engine to be above a council like Kumba? Or is it a matter of misdirected priorities?
Instead of buying big 50 million 4x4's, the mayor or gov'ment delegate should make provision for fire trucks, new or used and depending on specifications will normally cost far less than a new 4x4 no purpose MPV.
Visit www.southernfireapparatus.com
www.firetrucksinc.com
It should not be a matter of money as you can find out from the above websites that some of these fire trucks are very cheap. You can even get a lease for one or two of them.
Its imperative for KUC to get such a basic service. You will be doing great good to your people and will be remembered longed after you've gone.
Thank you Mr Caven Nnoko Mbelle.

ESEME ELIAS

WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE BEATING AROUND THE BUSH.IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THE SON OF CAVEN BASSEY ALIAS NNOKO MBELE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE MISFORTUNE OF THE TRADERS OF KUMBA.THOSE WHO KNOW THIS MAN VERY WELL KNOWS TAHT HE IS DEVIL INCARNATED.IN THE LATE 80 WHEN HE WASA DISGRACEFULLY SACKED AS A MAJOR HE HIRED THUGS FROM NIGERIA TO BURN DOWN THE MARKET.THIS TIME AROUND KNOWING VERY WELL THAT THE GOVERNMENT HAVE DECIDED TO ABOLISH THE POSITION OF GOVERNMENT DELEGATES BY 2007 HE HAS DECIDED TO BURN THE MARKET AGAIN SO THAT TRADERS WOULD CONTRIBUTE MONIES FOR HIM AND HIS TERRORIST GANG TO FEED FAT.PRESENTLY HE HAS SEIZED EVEN SDAES IN THE MARKET WHICH WERE NOT AFFECTED BY THE FIRE AND HAS DECIDED TO GIVE TO SHADES AND THE ONES TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY HIS PROMISQOUS WIFE AGATHA NNOKO MBELE.SHAME TO THIS MURDERER OF BARRISTER ESEME. MAY HIS BLOOD CONTINUE TO HUNT YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE FAMILLY TILL THY KINGDOM COME.

Ebako Ngoh

THE PROBLEM OF THE KUMBA MARKET CENTERS AROUND CAVEN NNOKO MBELE AND ASAPNGU FERDINAND.ASAPNGU HAS EATEN SIYAFROM NNOKO MBELE AND THAT IS WHY HE IS AFRAID TO CHALLENGE NNOKO MBELLE EVEN AFTER HE FAILED TO PURCHASE A FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT FOR THE COUNCIL.NNOKO MBELE AS ESEME ELIAS RIGHTLY SAYS IS A NIGERIAN BEING THE SON OF CAVEN BASSEY WHOM HIS MOTHER GOT OUT OF HIDE AND SEEK WHILE STILL MARRIED TO THE MAN NNOKO MBELE CLAIMS TO BE HIS BIOLOGICAL FATHER.IT IS THEREFORE NOT SURPRISING AS ESEME RIGHT5LY SAYS THAT NNOKO MBELE IS DEVIL INCARNATED.INFACT HE HAS THE BLOOD OFA A REAL NIGERIAN IN HIM. HE CAN DO ANYTHING JUST TO PROMOTE HIS OWN INTEREST.BUT MY APPEAL TO HIM IS THAT HE SHOULD TRY AND RESOLVE THIS MARKET PROBLEM. THERE IS NO REASON WHY EACH TIME THERE IS A MAJOR CONSTRUCTION PROGRAMME IN KUMBA HE ALWAYS AWARDS THE SAID CONTRACT ONLY TO HIS WIFE AGATHA WHO IS EVEN AN ILLETRATE.

As my name is being indicated, i am a citizen by birth in cameroon,i was born in 1979,i want to layout some problems partening the fireoutbreak in kumba main market,it seems that this very fire outbreak counts on years before it accured just like a time bomb.Unknowingly and as a surprise to the peoples to consumed and to keep them in the cross-road.
Moreover,i have not seen any measure part taking by the government to stop all this tragedies happining within kumba city.In every lifelihood insurance is the most inportant part that gives hope to human in the part that, down fall will not be the end of the lives.what has the government do in other to support and protect the lives of those living in the city of kumba.
It will not be advicable that the victims should payed money in advance for the buildings and reconstructions of the burned market, because they are still in pains.
these people needs the assistance of the government expecially this period of suffering, calm, hanging out there,no money to pickup, restarting of lives and etc.
Therefore, they beg for the assistance of the city council, and they respectful people in the top of the government to put all their hands on deck.
Furthermore, if there is no business, there is no revenue or income for the government,it only the good business of the people that sent their childrens to schools ,gives them taxs to pay give them the money for the resident permit etc.
May i uesd this opportunity to call on the specific people that are incharge in the reconstruction of the market,to do that as soon as posible for the dualing people they in the city,to restart lives.
Thanking you for convenient time.
i remain very truly,
KUMBA CITY
