While it is necesassary for communities/tribes to appreciates governments that legitimately recognises their talents, they should not think that they should support wrong government policies simply because their sons and daughters have been appointed into such positions.

The choice of words of this writer makes me think that he is suggesting that the people of lebialem has been against their own development because they did not support the CPDM. I assure you people of lebialem, you are better off staying loyal to the SCNC than with the CPDM or la republique du cameroun. They have nothing to offer and are just there to destroy you and your childrens future. La republique du cameroun and all its products (CPDM, SDF, UNDP, UPC, MDR, FRANCE, NI JOHN, MBAH NDAM, NDAM NJOYA, DIPOKO, INONI, MUSONGE, MAKONGO, NJEUMA, ETC) are a corrupt bunch of dirty (concience wise) individuals who do not hold the interest of any southern cameroonian or any poor citizen of la republique du cameroun at heart.

They are just there to steal your resources and develop they and their own childrens future.

Dont get fooled. if this people, i mean this CPDM stalwarts/stewards come to say anything to you, if they come from Yaounde to give you rice, palm oil, salt, etc to vote for the CPDM, tell them no. Tell them you are better off than that. This criminals should not take people as fools. We should stone and shun them wherever we meet them. They are all criminals who do not have the interest of people at heart. See, what development is taking place in la republique du cameroun? Countries are going forward, and some are just going backwards because its people dont want to stand up to the challenge, and they keep fooling us, our parents, families and relatives with rice, salt, palm oil during election time. We must stand up to the challenge. They are the enemies of our future. Their children are all over the UK, US, Canada and other developed countries studying in top universities, they study in very good conditions, Yet the average cameroonians cant even afford to pay his childrens primary school fees. Ask this people what development plan they have for you lebialem people. Tell them to be honest to you and explain the policies of their government with regards to your own future.

Bravo, Mr francis Leku Agenaku for your appiontment.I am indeed proud of your modest achievement.I know the sky is your limit.
God bless you and your other Lebialem colleagues.

If appointments were appiontments all these regional grouping to celebrate or calmour wouldn't be necessay

If appointments were appiontments then a man simply wears the cap that fits him without noice making

If appointments were appiontments then there wont be any belly ache when Niba is appointed instead of Asonglefack or Amadou instead of Atangana or Oben instead of Tayong.

If appointments were appiontments then there wont be any demand for more appointment from X division nor Y village since the appointer and the appointed merit their posts

But what are appointments in Cameroon?
Your guess is as good as mind.

Stop this folly and get down to work or else we die clamouring for more appiontments while others develop.

I `m with you Mr.Tayong.
Point of Correction: I should think the name is Francis Leku Azenaku and NOT Agenaku as stipulated by the article.
Bravo "Pa Azen" and do your work deligently!

Why are we "southern cameroonians" earger to steal every show we are invited to? How is this long old sermon of yours linked to the appointment of my forgoten brothers of the 11th Province?
Are you jealous? envious?
We should know where and on what occassion to cry our frustrations!!

Why not join us in saying BRAVOO to the 99s!!

I find it terribly nauseating that at this point in time people still jubilate when someone from their tribe or region is appointed. Last time, I was shocked to read that Ndop elements came out to welcome Prof. Lambi as a result of his appointment as head of UB. Yes, he is good for UB--that is just about it. He will not address the problem of abject misery in Ndop. Now again, people are jubilating because of four appointments to positions of Provincial Delegate from Labialem. When there was a tragic landslide in Lebialem, the governor of SW had to go through West Province (Dschang - Menoua) to the location and had to trek 18 kilometers at some points. Will these appointees see to it that we have motorable roads to Lebialem? Who are these appointees answerable to? Is this what people want to settle for? We have had a prime minister from Santa and two from Fako, what have they done? Anyway Inoni offered rice and meat to the divisions in SW. Instant gratification is not the solution to societal problems. We once had a Minister of Agriculture from my town of Bafut but nothing changed--no schools were furnished, and people could not afford basic medications for headache. These appointees are those who at times secretly send motions of support to Biya without the rest of the people from the locality having any idea of what is going on. Please, stop this "hand-clapping" mess after appointments.

NjifenztB.D.(U.K)

The age of most appointees should be a concern for the Cameroonian people they serve.
Young dynamic civil servants stand a big chance to understand and undertake the predicaments of younger people they interact and coexist with.
Top gov't positions is often occupied by individuals who should actually be on retirement by Cameroon law viz, One military general retires at 74rs.unbelievable!
Can the President and entourage not see this as part of a road block to their economic drive?
On a similar note, the retired must not be abandoned.Their pension must flow instantly upon retirement. An organised ruling party must not subject the retired to travel a thousand miles to negotiate for their pension; a legitamate contribution to their social security. As a unitary decentralised system, state pension matters must be dealt with at provincial level to avoid red tape, bureaucracy and bottle-neck.
Knowing the correct way to do things and applying the opposite is typical of this gov't.
It is increasingly convincing the ever growing majority of Cameroonians are just waiting for this gov't to be history so they can shape a new modus operandi.
Perhaps some parents who are now grannies are too analogue in this digital age, and see no need for a change.

Why do people always write in this forum and constantly use the word "My Country"? Is la republique francaise du Cameroun a country? I need answers to this question from people like Agbormbai, Mukete, Akoson, Klemenceau, Dr Che Sunday, Frank Muma, Ma Mary, Don man etc. etc. and other lended person who want to defend this fake piece of land as an independent nation.

La republique du Cameroun is a fake piece of land with no rules, government, normal people, etc. It is a failed state with nothing to offer even to the future of the people who governs its.

States are ruled by legislations, its banking system forms the foundation of any meaningful development that can take place, its police are there to protect its people, its business structures are governed by rules, its government is there to defend its people, its citizens love their country and want to stay there, its women are the custodians of family values, and its traditional leaders are the custodians of tribal values especially in Africa.

On the contrary, in la republique du Cameroun, its banking system is habitually inexistent, corrupt and disorganised. Some are even fake institutions with no proper authorisation document. Its police force are the most corrupt in the entire universe and when they even go out to protect their citizens from criminal activities, they are more dangerous than the criminals themselves. Its ministers openly dine in public places with renowned “feymen” and sit side by side in official meetings. Its former prime minister (Simon Achidi Achu) once received money for operation “coup de Coeur” from a “feyman” (10 millions francs) and described him as “chercheur d’europe (struggler from Europe, if my translation is good) “in the eyes of the television camera. It business is not governed by any rule; instead rules are made with fake clauses so that corrupt government individuals can easily manipulate the suffering masses. It does not have any government that has any development plan; instead all functions of the government are habitually reliant on the very corrupt minded and evil policies of its ruling CPDM party headed by a certain tyrant called President Paul biya. It citizens are running all over the world, they don’t want to live there. This country is the poorest in the world in all respects. Yet some unscrupulous individuals call it heaven (Heaven for you whose family is corrupt minded and connected to the system). Its traditional leaders do not posses any value. They are there to collect salt, rice, meat etc from the CPDM or “feyman” to intimidate their subjects to vote for the CPDM, etc. Recently MBACUDA (Mbatu cultural and development association) received a Toyota tercel from a feyman and handed it to their Fon. Is that what we are supposed to encourage as honest citizens of this world?.

In fact, if la republique du Cameroun wants to govern itself one day, all its citizens, subjects, organs, etc. have to go through some form of moral purification. Even corrupt minded southern Cameroonians will have to go through some form of moral purification before we issue them a southern Cameroonian passport.

I will suggest to citizens of la republique du Cameroun that they fight for their government to hand over their barren land to modest francophone nations like Burkina Faso, Mali etc to govern. That will be of great help to them. At least, they will be proud of a future.

Once more, I need answers to some of the issues raised from southern Cameroonians like Agbormbai, Mukete, Akoson, Klemenceau, Dr Che Sunday, Frank Muma, Ma Mary, Don man etc. etc. and other lended person who want to defend this fake piece of land as an independent nation.
