Abraham Lincoln's letter to his son's teacher.

'He will have to learn, I know, that all men are not just, all men are not true. But teach him also that for every scoundrel there is a hero; that for every selfish Politician, there is a dedicated leader... Teach him for every enemy there is a friend, Steer him away from envy, if you can, teach him the secret of quiet laughter. Let him learn early that the bullies are the easiest to lick...Teach him, if you can, the wonder of books... But also give him quiet time to ponder the eternal mystery of birds in the sky, bees in the sun, and the flowers on a green hillside. In the school teach him it is far honourable to fail than to cheat... Teach him to have faith in his own ideas, even if everyone tells him they are wrong... Teach him to be gentle with gentle people, and tough with the tough. Try to give my son the strength not to follow the crowd when everyone is getting on the band wagon...Teach him to listen to all men.. but teach him also to filter all he hears on a screen of truth, and take only the good that comes through. Teach him if you can, how to laugh when he is sad...Teach him there is no shame in tears, Teach him to scoff at cynics and to beware of too much sweetness..Teach him to sell his brawn and brain to the highest bidders but never to put a price-tag on his heart and soul. Teach him to close his ears to a howling mob and to stand and fight if he thinks he's right. Treat him gently, but do not cuddle him, because only the test of fire makes fine steel. Let him have the courage to be impatient...let him have the patience to be brave. Teach him always to have sublime faith in himself, because then he will have sublime faith in mankind. This
is a big order, but see what you can do... He is such a fine fellow, my son!'

My fellow countrymen, can we all learn anything from Abraham Lincoln?

Bangwa Stupidity

Bangwa equation in
Contemporary politics

Since independence, beginning with the early Bangwa
politicians, Hon. Nkemcha, BTB Foretia etc, the
Bangwas have been basking in the political wilderness
of this country.
Definitely there are several reasons, a passive
observer would quickly question and may place the
blame at the doorsteps of the New Deal and their cry
of marginalization. In my humble opinion, the
responsibility for the political plight of the Bangwas
lies squarely on their shoulders. Each of them claims
to be omniscient and better than the other.
Caught up in a geographical and cultural quagmire,
the Bangwa vaccilitate between Northwesterners,
Westerners and Southwesterners, depending on their
interest at any given moment. And in the
circumstances, they conduct themselves in peculiar
ways, making it difficult for the rest of Cameroonians
to discern their roots.
So too has been their political thinking cap and
intelligence notoriously and derogatorily tagged “99
sense”. Anywhere a Bangwa finds his or herself, the
opportunity is exploited to manifest this cursed
intelligence, though there exist a few exceptions.
When Fru Ndi forced flung the doors for political
pluralism to blossom in Cameroon in the early 90, one
of theirs, Rtd. Ambassador, Henry Fossung saw this as
an opportunity to redeem his lost political and
diplomatic ambition from limbo. Hence, he rallied a
few of them to create his National Democratic Party,
NDP, in the early 1990s. Like a herd of sheep or
should l say ducklings, they queued up behind the NDP,
motivated by tribal instincts, although the now
moribund NDP had no political vision, the reason why
it could not go far. But the Bangwas, even the so call
intellectuals had no reason to believe in the
manifesto of the party, (if there was any), their
ambition was that a tribes man has also form a
political party.
But before long, considering that everyone in the
party had 99 senses, their purported intelligence
clashed and in the same spirit, they trooped out and
queued behind the SDF after failing to impose their
“intelligence” and “99 sense” on another 99. Together
with the SDF, they curse the CPDM for plundering the
nation into chaos since the birth of the New Deal.
This was championed by the likes of Martin Nkemngu who
today is donning in the very CPDM. What demagogy?
Others such as Anu Francis, a certain Nkemason etc
last weekend embraced the very CPDM they criticize a
few days ago. More are warming up to join the drowning
CPDM boat in Lebialem in the days ahead.
From the forgoing, it can be discerned that there is
something seriously wrong with the Bangwa people. If
you have had the opportunity of being close or working
with a good number of Bangwa people, then you would
bear me out on this. He says one thing and the next
minute, he does the opposite. He dines with you with a
spoon in one hand and behind he is hiding a gun. If a
Bangwa man tells you to wait, don’t listen, instead
move 5 km ahead and by the time you reach, you will
discover with dismay that if you had waited, you would
have been 5 km behind him.
Today, the Bangwas cry against marginalization in
the SDF, instead of promoting their kin to take over
the leadership of the party, they hide behind and are
projecting demagogues like Ngwasiri and Muna. Fighting
marginalization indeed! Or is it intelligence by half
or 99? Where is theirDr Boniface Fobin's JDP party which he used to dupe the government 30 million as a presidential candidate? Weh Bangwa people! 'Overdone na mbout' as the corrupt Lapiro would say.
Running to the CPDM will not in anyway help the
Bangwa people. This is the very regime they have been
accusing of marginalizing them for decades. It is now
clear that their “over intelligence” has been the arch
heel of their so call marginalization. They failed in
the CPDM, NDP, LDA and SDF because of their vicious
tendencies; they will continue to fail because they
are still to understand themselves.
While some are sheepishly queuing up behind the CPDM
now, some so call industrious sons, mostly from the
Diaspora are opting for a “new opinion” as can be seen
in write-ups in local Bangwa tabloids (a la radio
milles collines) and internet postings. They are not
courageous enough as usual to call it a party, but go
ahead to state that such an opinion can give them
representation in parliament to enable them play the
broker role like Dakole Daisala’s MDR in 1992.
Let them go ahead and create a party. It will go
like all others. I also hope that Ngwasiri and Ben
Muna, the evil forces behind this Bangwa equation are
lured into the vicious cycle.
It is high time the Bangwas take an introspective
view of themselves and the political road covered this
far and come out with positive resolutions denouncing
their tribal and nepotic view of contemporary politics
in Cameroon and the true Bangwa identity. This should
give them the opportunity to map out a blue print for
their future political survival.
If they fail to learn from the disgrace they got
from Father Etienne’s blunders and also from their
ongoing self-inflicted problems in the SDF, their new
exploits in the CPDM and “new opinion” will only lead
them to a bleaker political future.

The decadence of Nkemngu Martin and his show of shame
in Lebialem

At last this news organ has been vindicated. In its
edition number 113 of Wednesday March 8 – 14, 2006,
the paper prophesied that Nkemngu Martin, Ben Muna,
Ngwasiri “Iscariot” and others were CPDM agents out to
hijack the party and auction.
The article was highlighted in the front page,
captioned: “Muna, Ngwasiri, Nkemngu openly trading SDF
to CPDM.” In it, the paper pointed out the dubious
intentions of these individuals. Nkemngu was singled
out as an archenemy of the SDF since inception.
Last weekend in his native Lebialem, he confirmed
the fears when he decamped to the CPDM. The news of
his decampment to the CPDM did not come as a surprise
to The UnExpected. All along he has been an agent of
the regime in the party. Having realized that the
party was too strong to infiltrate, he has decided to
go back to his house.
Martin Nkemngu has never been a successful
politician. In fact, he has confirmed himself as the
greatest political prostitute of the century, jumping
from one political platform to another. Only last
month, Nkemngu was on the air castigating the CPDM as
the worst political institution on earth, today that
very institution is the best and the SDF under which
he used to castigate the CPDM is now the reverse. What
hypocrisy!
Last weekend, Nkemngu and a horde of other kinsmen,
a good number of them riff-raffs carried their show of
shame to Menji where they disgracefully paraded
themselves before CRTV cameras as new recruits of the
ruling clique. Clad in CPDM attire, Nkemngu babbled
that he was quitting the SDF because Fru Ndi was
dictatorial. Another scallywag who even lack what to
feed on also had the guts to talk about the SDF
kingpin, Ni John Fru Ndi. After his Lebialem charade,
Nkemngu phoned some newspapers and lied that he
decamped to the CPDM with over 300 SDF militants. Can
Nkemngu tell us how many SDF militants followed him
into the CPDM? A CPDM source that attended the
conference made The UnExpected to understand that a
good number of those who paraded themselves before Tv
cameras as SDF militants decamping into the CPDM were
youths ferried in from various parts of the country,
mostly hungry youths from Dschang to deceive the CPDM
that Nkemngu was a strong force.
The UnExpected was reliably informed that Nkemngu
went to the prime minister’s office begging that he
was tired of being a proofreader in Cameroon Tribune
especially as he is near retirement. He was promised a
juicy appointment, which could take him out of the
ridiculous job he was performing as proofreader of
English adverts. These were some of the behind moves
that caused Nkemngu’s cross over to the CPDM.
However, read below a repeat version of an earlier
article published in edition number 113 concerning
Nkemngu’s attitude towards the SDF since the launching
of the party in 1990.
As for the likes of Nkemasong Sylvester, he is also
near retirement and having received severe physical
torture during the last twin elections in 2002, he is
not prepared for such beatings again. The other
so-called, former Southwest SDF Provincial Secretary,
Asaba Atabong is a non-quantity that was more of a
liability to the party than an asset.
In fact, Asaba was a pest to the party and its
militants. His resignation is highly welcome because
SDF militants will at least take their leave from his
constant harassment for financial help and assistance.
Lebialem CPDM militants have said there is no place
for the runaway SDF militants. “If these horde can
cause havoc in a democratic party as the SDF, how much
more of a dictatorial one like ours, a concerned
Lebialem CPDM militant observed. However, Nkemngu and
co. are jumping into a sinking boat. The CPDM through
its Patron, President Paul Biya has decided to truly
democratize and if the current trend of events is
anything to go by, then Nkemngu and co. should know
that the boat they think is going to anchor them
safely might likely be a dangerous one.
In order to safe face, he tells those who bother to
listen to his tales that the decision to go the soya
way was precipitated by the grassroot. These are false
and misleading claims. Who do these demagogues think
they are deceiving?
Another bogus claim by the horde is that the SDF
hasn’t got the Southwest province at heart. Warp
reasoning. For the over 15 years or more that Nkemngu
and co. militated in the SDF, is it only today that
they see Southwest marginalisation in the party?
Nkemngu and his “gang” should be old enough to know
that all those who have jumped from the SDF into the
CPDM have ended up miserable and frustrated. Thomas
Tabenyang, Willy Ekema, Chief Namme, Dr. Samuel
Tchwenko, Nja Kwa Leolin etc.
There are so many staunch CPDM militants in Lebialem
who are still grappling with their fate in the ruling
CPDM. There are still to find solace with the party.
What more of political prostitutes and adventurers in
the likes of Nkemngu, Formin, Anu etc.
There is no gold in the CPDM. All that it takes to be
a politician is consistency, loyalty and respect for
rules and regulations. This is how Lebialem CPDM
militants have been surviving, eventhough, they are
the most marginalized in that party. The Lebialem CPDM
should guard against the hawks rushing in now. They
are nothing but position seekers. Thank God, Lebialem
already has several dedicated militants who are
standing tall in the party and would always dwarf the
new recruits. We have the talented Nelson Fomenky, Dr.
Bernard Foju etc. Who will give Nkemngu and co. a
place in the CPDM? The so called mass resignation of
Lebialem SDF militants into the CPDM is a grave
political blunder and the end of Nkemngu politically.
Nkemngu Martin – Enemy of SDF since inception (The
Heron No. 113 of Wednesday March 8 - 14, 2006).
Martin Nkemngu is supposed to be the 3rd National
Assistant Communication Secretary of the SDF. Yet he
is masquerading that he is the national Communication
Secretary. How he became an assistant national
secretary for communication of the party was and still
remains a puzzle to all and sundry.
When Fru Ndi launched the SDF in 1990 in Bamenda,
Cameroon Tribune, wrote a defamatory article against
the party and the chairman. Fru Ndi did not take the
blasphemous publication by Nkemngu’s newspaper
lightly. He dragged the newspaper to court. Martin
Nkemngu, then chief of Sopecam for the Northwest was
the one standing for the paper against the SDF party.
Through out the hearing, he was defending the
government paper that tarnished the image of the SDF.
After the case, Bamenda was no more a safe ground for
him. He was hurriedly transfered to the Southwest, his
province of origin in the same capacity. But due to
his usual vaulting ambition, he attempted a putsch
against SWELA. But the wonder boy from K-Town, Caven
Nnoko Mbele floored him hands down. As it is his
habit, he created a faction of the association, which
the administration of the province banned and termed
it illegal.
Nkemngu continued to operate the illegal body
despite repeated warnings and threats. But he had to
pay dearly for it as he was sacked as chief of
Southwest SOPECAM and sent to Yaounde as a mere
proofreader of adverts. That did not mean any lesson
to Nkemngu that disrespect for hierarchy and
avaricious do not pay.
It is the same spirit of division that he is
attempting to implant in the SDF. But he should be
reminded that the SDF is not SWELA. This is a party
that precious blood of Northwest sons was spilled for
and no adventurer should attempt to toy with it.
Nkemngu is alleged to be the one who indoctrinated
and misled the learned Prof. Asonganyi to attempt a
coup against the SDF. His hatred for the SDF and Fru
Ndi is not an affair of today; it is an age-old story
since the creation of the party. He hopped into the
SDF after another failed coup attempt in the LDA where
he was a militant to oust Mola Njoh Litumbe. This is
not a man SDF militants should be bothering about.

I feel terrible when Bangwa people continue to disgrace me.
We need to call an all Bangwa conference to solve this our 99.99 problem. Some of our brothers have carried it too far, giving room for this public show of shame by comedians like Nkemgu, Asaba, Anu, Fomin etc.
Who supports the call for a Bangwa conference? I will come back.

Hey samleyin,
That's too much! Please have pity on the poor Rene. You may waste your energy on someone only to find out later that he is naturally a mentally sick person.Rene's clearly got a problem:either he's got but mud in his skull or he reasons with his buttocks.Just leave him alone and instead commit him to God in your prayers.

Which way to go: Yaounde or Bamenda? Big dilemma facing many SDF officials and militants now at a cross-roods. Many would just stay home, many who like Akonteh want a settlement or nothing.

That's bad for the SDF and it's infortunate that some who think they love the party have their fingers crossed hoping THEIR convention, not the OTHER, would pull a bigger crowd. Bigger crowd to them would mean they won.

Little do they see that just two conventions, even if only Ngwasiri and his wife attended that in Yaounde, would imply the moral death of the SDF.

And what if Ngwasiri pulled more people to Yaounde? Would such spin-doctors then come round to see he was right?

Common ground, is what the warring factions need now. The kind of common ground which was reached just before the 2004 presidential election with some militants who had either been 8.2ed (EIGHT-TWOed) or had resigned, returning to the party, making the SDF look strong like a house at peace with itself ready to face the CPDM "enemy".

All that relatively good SDF showing in the 2004 presidential election even after its coalition gaffe, was, I think thanks to that September reconciliation.

And whom does the SDF have to thank for that reconciliation? Asonganyi!!

Now he's been booted out. Who will reconcile the SDF now?

Other elections (parliamentary & municipal) are just around the corner next year. Going for such crucial elections a divided house like UPC (K)-Kodock, (H)-Hogbe Nlend, etc?

Habba! Even SDF? Because of over done? Over done na mbut o mola. Be warned, SDF.

THE BLOOD THAT WAS SHED DURING THE CREATION OF SDF PARTY BY INNOCENT CAMEROONIANS WILL HUNT THAT PARTY FOREVER.THOSE WHO DIED FOR THAT PARTY DIED FOR A JUST CAUSE,NOT FOR THE PRESENT FRU NDI BIT AND BLOW POLICY.I HAVE A DREAM THAT SDF WILL REVAMP ITSELF WHEN THE CONFUSIONIST FRU NDI IS GONE.WHEN THE BAMENDA PEOPLE REALIZED THAT SDF IS NOT FIGHTING ONLY FOR B'DA NOR ANGPHONES BUT FOR CAMEROON.

Oh how dirty politics is.Without being a politician I must let u guys know that Jua is a terribly smart politician .He has simply played the role of the tortoise or better still he has waited for the right time to make his pronouncements. After haven weighed where the wind seems to blow most then he takes a stand. Readers wouldn't believe the very hot and urgent reasons why Jua has taken such a drastic U turn. This was a man who had been waiting to become SDF parliamentary group leader with the support of the Ngwasiri group.

True we have to save our lives, but any representative of the people who considers his own life more than that of the thousand others he represents is a coward and a misfit. Jua should have known that they who struggle to save their lives will, instead, lose them. How can a man who has been shouting to replace Ni John Fru Ndi suddenly started asking for forginess in a much more smaller gathering and even went as far as saying that he was pushed into the race. Is Jua a small child to be pushed? Didn't I hear that Jua is a Lawyer? Was it not Jua who claimed that he wanted to keep the legacy of his late father? Why did Jua signed the "pledge of unreserved support" without asking the meeting to give him some time for reflection? Why did Jua not questioned the presence of unknown people inside the meeting? Why did Jua sleep where he slept after that meeting?

I had never imagined this Jua to be a weak coward, until he was since actually trembling and sweating during that Saturday night meeting that took place in Yaounde.Immediately after that meeting, Jua took a U turn. Not only that. During the meeting, Jua with the other meeting members vowed to destroy "those who want to kill our party". He foolishly took the promises from that meeting seriously simply because two high ranking CPDM officials were in attendance. When one of the CPDM big weight announced that it is the wish of the president to see the SDF strong and United for the supreme interests of the country, Jua fell into the trap. When Jua was asked to provide details of the micro-project money he has been receiving from the National Assembly, Jua failed to remind the meeting that he was accountable only to the people of Cameroon and the National Assembly. Instead, he was giving facts that he himself could not believe.

The story behind this abrupt U turn of Jua is a clear warning to all Cameroonians that those who have conspired to destroy this country are ready to use all methods to silence any opposition.

I will be coming back to this issue.

Breaking News; Founding High Court Suspends Fru Ndi, hands party over to Ngwasiri

SDF : John Fru Ndi Suspendu

See http://www.quotidienmutations.net/ for details:
**************************************

Judiciaire.

THE WIND IS BLOWING...very soon Ngwasiri will be addressed by Mukete as thus; "I had never imagined this Ngwasiri to be a weak coward..."

I said it, I said it, I said it!

Dear readers, I've said this time without number that as events unfold we'll get them coming up one by each to confess. Don't be suprised that Ngwasiri has been looking for a means to swallow up his shame and ask for forgiveness but the evilish Muna has always desuaded him. I got from a very reliable source that Ngwasiri will soon give up the fight and plead for clemensy but presently, Muna has been responsible for all what Ngwasiri has been doing cos he(Muna) has selfish interests and is aware that through the usual democratic approach he can NEVER win Ni John Fru Ndi(the man of the people and the Conscience Of Cameroon). He can never win Ni John not because Ni John is all-powerful but cos he(Muna) with political ambitions is frustrated by the "treachery-nature" Cameroonians especially anglophones see that family.

Mukete, everybody likes change. I don't think there's any Cameroonian who clamours for and likes change more than I do. Infact I don't only see bad governance as one of the reasons why Biya should be kicked out. Rather, I think that just a challenge's necessary. I look at the situation in the SDF thesame. But the million dollar question's that "who can nicely fit into Ni John Fru Nd's shoes to win thesame popularity he has?"...giving the fact that most guys are even shying away to contest. Muna is shying away. He is still suffering from the post-traumatic-stress disorder he received from last defeat against Fru Ndi. He therefore bribed Ngwasiri to form a faction. Ngwasiri and others have been working under blood money and their consciences are pricking them. That's why you see Jua today going down on his knees and asking for forgiveness. The doors of the SDF are opened to all who go to confess.

Like I said earlier, every democratic body needs change. I for one recommends that a Southwesterner or a francophone should take over the batan of command from Fru Ndi. But this should be done through a smooth and organised democratic process and not through divisions. Most of us here are therefore not worshippers of Ni John Fru Ndi but positive thinkers. For example, if I was ripe enough I would chalenge Fru Ndi. While those who do not see any good in what he's done are merely sponsored agents from the CPDM done in an organised fashion that no one can fully reconcile their roles especially as they(sponsored agents) throw back to CPDM as an evil party. Note that the idea behind the CPDM is not only to throw away Fru Ndi but it is also intended to cause everlasting confusion in Cameroon's political fields so that they can continue with their malice almost unnoticed. I insist of sponsored agents cos I've proofs to brandish in subsequent editions. People can say whatever they want...that's the simple truth.

Vally, the Yaounde convention will not take place. We need the monies you keep pledging to Ngwasiri. Please note that all what's been happening is the brain of Muna. We're calling on Ngwasiri to confess and overcome shame.

Don't be the fool forever!

We know the Yaounde convention will not hold, but if the CPDM keeps forcing our hand ,by coming up with all types of verdicts and anti-verdicts every one month,we will put another type of kadima-like strategy in place to show them that the SDF cannot exist in isolation from those who make it popular and strong.
The court only knows that NEC is illegal, but it cannot tell us why two bodies that are put in place by the National Convention at the sametime, will turn and start accusing each other of legality or illegality. It also fails woefully to tell us that in case of empasse
between the two bodies,it is the National convention, that has the final word.So any
verdict the same Mfoundi courts take now is just a ploy to dampen the militants spirit few weeks to the convention.
We have seen how old skeletons like Jua are coming out of their cupboards. How can somebody who aspires for the chairmanship of the SDF not even pretend to outline his own manifesto for the party. He has not even scribbled something to deceive the militants .He thinks to be Chairman, you just have to come in through the back door, stand for elections and win.
When Ngwasiri wanted to make him Group Leader,he did not come out strongly against it.He wait until everything hit the rocks.
Now he stealthily comes out and start taking Cameroonians for the fools they have always been.Wonders shall never end!

Klemenceau

Let those who want to rejoice that Ngwasiri has won against NEC keep on rejoicing. We did rejoice when the court judged against Ngwasiri. The court is enjoying the game and the CPDM sees it as a good opportunity to tear the SDF apart. Let Ngwasiri and the “millions” who are behind him go ahead, the end will tell.
Only God will convince me that the NAC has powers above NEC and that Ngwasiri who was working under the same NEC and who was there when the mandate of this organ had expired only discovered that its mandate had expired a few months ago. He is deceiving himself for the last minute will tell.
Today Yaoundé has judged in favour of Fru Ndi and the NEC, tomorrow, Ngwasiri's SDF convention in Yaoundé has been banned, after two days, a Yaoundé court has judged in favour of Ngwasiri and has considered Fru Ndi and the NEC's activities illegal. This is really fun. We know these tricks and we know that the SDF will continue under the leadership of Fru Ndi until the 26th of May when he will either be maintained or replaced by the Bamenda Convention.
The ball is still rolling.
Shalom
Klemenceau.

The untold story about SDF
SDF, Power, SDF, Power, SDF, power to the people and equal opportunity, Who has the power? We have the power.
So lets talk how SDF got itself into this mess.
First Cameroonians had been pushed to wall for so long and wanted a 'Change', just anything in the name of a change. The Ntarikon bookseller, Ni J. F. Ndi, courage was highly welcomed and just everybody wanted to test change. As Cameroonian as we are, not belong long, business was already in the SDF. It started with the chairman, preach virtual and practice vice, operation boycott French products and service! His commercial avenue building was first to host the MOST DESTRUCTIVE FRENCH BUSINESS; PMUC. It was a fertile ground for all those who wanted to engage in real business, covered by opposition politics. So many opportunits rushed to and fro SDF and CPDM making big time money either pledging to reconcile the 2 or planning to destroy SDF. Some were mere blacklegs crossing information between S and C. Suffer Don Finish was the word on any lip we wanted to feel it. To this end, anybody or anything in the name of SDF was hot cake. Even Biya in SDF T-shirt, could score victory in NW and SW, thanks to this people like Mbah Ndam made their way to parliament. He was smart enough, indeed smart, to win the admiration of the bookseller, who considers him as a yard stick of committed SDF militants. Mbah Ndam has on many occassions, tested if Ni Fru is principled and able to distinguished between issues. Haven concluded that Fru Ndi is a sheep, he engaged in big time business with the CPDM to have dictorship embedded into the fabrics of SDF. Since absolute power corrupts, and more often than not, anyone of attempts to make us more powerful is quite a friend indeed. Biya and his heartless team, stroke a 200.000.000 (200 million) cfa deal aim at causing confusion and distabilising the party, hence massive drawback from the party. It was in this light that the learned barrister, approached the bookseller and proposed an end to an elective NEC to be replaced by a hand-picked body of buddies as Popo does with the Central committee and Poli-Bureau. Fru Ndi rushed into it and now some respected SDF MPs eat soya and are now pushing for it. Inside sources reveals that these adoptions will be place high on the agenda but will tactfully be pushed to the end by pre-arranged motions to the end when delegates would have been tired and frustrated by unpopular items, thus making it possible a few to manipulate and get it through, just as the CPDM hand-clapping MPs. Once this is in place, Mbah Ndam will in the also convince the chairman to resign, paving the way for him to climb to the presidency and enjoy this absolute corrupt power. We are experiencing tension here in Bamenda, so dont blame Jua for things are horrible as the real stories unfold. As we prepare for the Bamenda convention, we are also planning against the Yde fraction meeting. We are not sure yet of anything as the CPDM courts have recognised Ngwasiri as the boss of NEC. The chairman has sent people to lobby Biya and his men. So far, the CPDM is satisfied that Mbaj Ndam is gooding the job his was paid to do; distabilise SDF and bring it to dictatorship level with CPDM.

SDF is going to be stronger before and after the convention in B'da! The courts of Mfoundi are playing on our psychology. They are doing this to dampen our enthusiasim vis-à-vis the upcoming convention. They should not forget that the SDF is a national party and not a Mfoundi party. So, we should continue with the preparation of the convention. At the end of the day, we will be winners.

Furthermore, we should know that the regime wants the SDF factionalised now, since they have been pushed to the wall to accept the Independent Electoral Commission. A stronger SDF is a threat to their existence. They are trying everything at their disposal to make SDF weaker and even dead just as they have succeeded with the UNDP & UPC. They won't succeed!

As for Hon. JUA, he's just telling the world that he's a disgrace to his father's legacy. Some people thought that he has genuine intentions, but time has exposed him. I keep telling people here that our so-called intellectuals are being destroy by one man: Barrister Benard MUNA. Why can't Ben MUNA create his own party and leave the SDF alone? The earlier people are conscious of this MUNA's virus, the better for our intellectuals.

samleyin,

Would you please apply your great knowledge of inventing insults towards uprooting the evils that plague Cameroonians? A case in point is the tribalism being preached in this forum. What do you think about the Bangnwa bashing that has been going on for a while in this forum? Have you not read the postings of Ebai James, now disguised as Bangwa stupidity? Or his followers in mimi and Tita Mofaw? Why go after Rene when he ignorantly calls Anglophones names? Are Bangnwa people not Anglophones too? Are they not Cameroonian too? Samleyin, in your great wisdom of inventing insults, do you think Bangnwa people should be thrown over Menchum Falls? Should they be taken to gas chambers so they never leave the SDF? Or should we call a surgeon to remove their brains, so they all sing Hallelujah to the SCNC? Please enlighten us especially Asong Nkematabong, whom this tribalism has destroyed already. Asong Nkematabong now considers himself subhuman and calls for medication to cure him of his Bangnwa heritage. Would he please read the words of Heinrich Himmler on the subhuman? That could help.

Elina-baby

Man no run its time for experienced politicians to show their skills.

The implication of the Yaounde Court Decision is that Muna has been thrown out of the SDF since his readmission was ratified by NEC in 2004. Asonganyi and Ngwasiri are bacl in the SDF.

I do not know how The Post feels about this French articles from competitor newspapers being posted on its website. If I wanted the version of events as interpreted by Mutation, I will go read on its website. But I have chosen The Post. So, why bombard me with these articles? I have read them though, and I am quite intrigued by the interpretation given by Eben Diddy above. Very interesting. I hope every one sees the failure in leadership in these stories. We all go to the courts when we are unable to do things ourselves.

vally

Asong Nkemasong, please try not to bring demagogy and insult here. Some of us have respect from the bangwas, considering what they have done to the sdf so far.
I am from the NW,believe me, i have respect for Prof. Asonganyi the former SG of sdf,if not of the deception of Fru ndi by Mbah Ndam, when they decide to enriched themselve to the detriment of all, which resulted in prof going public with his accusations we would not be in some of the mess we are in today.Forget Nkemngu and co they never made good reflection before decamping to the cpdm. While i will not criticised them, politically it is suicidal to join your erswhile enemy.

Jua,if Fru ndi wants to hand over to you i have no problem with that. But,be careful with Fru Ndi he is not reliable, let him not used you as he has done to others. He has only one intention stay as chair of sdf despite 16 years in the drain.Enriched himself and friends.

I am surprise with the courts in cameroon, all they want is see the sdf become another cpdm in disguised.
Fru Ndi should know that the cpdm has cornered him they are now finishing his remains.Once he decide to eat with Biya i knew time was up for Fru ndi,if Fru ndi is not changed quickly the cpdm will redicled the sdf.

Akoson, sdf is in problem the cause Mbah Ndam/Fru Ndi period.

Because someone like me does not want to be colonised for the rest of my life. I m highly interested in rooting everything that colonises me in the first place. And will keep preaching it as long as my people are still colonised by some imaginary called la republique du cameroun as you describe it. generations are still and will still be colonised. I can never be a puppet to any way of life of la republique du cameroun, neither can i accept that the problems of identity and constitutional rights of southern cameroonians is not being defended by the current constitution of la republique du cameroun. Because we are not Cameroonians, as the scots, northern irish and the welsh are NOT BRITISH as you and i know. Such worldwide conspiracy must be rooted.

Frankly, those who have accepted to be colonised are people who see nothing wrong with the current leadership of la republique du cameroun. who want to use words to challenge us, who look through the dictionary and pick words to lie to us on what we should do. Things that they genuinely know will not work etc,

1-Those who see nothing wrong in a system that makes it clear that they are not qualified to be presidents, ministers of finance, education, economy, justice, territorial admininstration, etc.

2-Those who see nothing wrong when their companies like tole tea are being undervalued and sold to oligarchs in a conspiracy involving even the presidency of the republic, the world bank, IMF, etc.

3-Those who see nothing wrong in a system that subjects them to pay their taxes in douala for some strategic companies in their region,

4-those who see nothing wrong in having no roads to mundemba, to mamfe to bamenda, etc.

5-Those who equate the quest for independence of the southern cameroons to some tribal problems like th laakam, the hausa, etc.

6-those who see nothing wrong when delmonte workers are subjected to unbearable working conditions, they are being paid in dollars and the system steals the money, divide it in yaounde, send some to the vichy regime in france, and pay them less than 10 percent of what the records at the head office shows. and place them hiddenly as contract workers under a fake company name (CAMFRUIT-CAMEROON FRUIT COMPANY) which you may be hearing now for your first time.

7-Those who see nothing wrong when intellectuals lie to their subjects during election times and sometimes even place caterpillars as evidenced that roads are to be constructed.

8- those who see nothing wrong when chief mukete and his gang of thugs are forcefully taking all bafaw land.

9-Those who see nothing wrong when Achidi Achu collected money publicly from a feyman and described him as chercheur d'europe (struggler from europe). And kontchu said the money has got missing in an airflight to the united states.
10-Those who despite all this, still believes in such governments, still believes southern Cameroonians are the cause of all their problems, still believes in reading Cameroon tribune, those who got fake scholarships to study abroad and are stupidly defending they system because of the culpability. The said individuals know themselves in this forum.

Readers,
According to the Mfoundi judgement of yesterday, the mandate of NEC has since expired.
That leaves NAC with the the responsibility of running the SDF. This also involves the calling of a National Convention.
Where do we go from here? These are difficult times and require tough and decisive measures. I will advice that both Conventions be postponed and an urgent Reconciliation Meeting convened. If these two conventions go ahead as scheduled, then I am afraid the blood of those who lost their lives on the 26th of May 1990 must have gone in vain.
Pride goes before a fall. All the SDF fighting Bulls should swallow their pride and come together for the advancement of the party.
Its about all of us. Its no longer about Fru Ndi or Ngwasiri. We are the ones who have suffered for the SDF. We are the ones who are still on the ground and suffering. We are the ones fighting for our daily survival in our own God Bleesed Country.
And we are the ones who are going to be hit by any bullet that is fired today.
Yes, we are the ones who will be watched on TV all over the world running and fighting for life, if it all goes pear shape today in Cameroon. When the elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers. You and I will be directly affected. The children of Fru Ndi like Ngwasiri, Inoni, Mbah Ndam, Musonge, are all living abroad, away from the chaos and sufferings and hardship their parents are putting us into. Lets not allow emotions and tribalism to cloud our very good sense of judgement. The SDF rose above tribal linings long time ago. We can together make it to return to that golden path we have so much sacrificed for.
I will therefore advice all SDF Militants, sympathisers and well wishers to do all in their power to boycott both conventions if the Organisers stubbornly decide to go ahead without seeking for means to sit down and dialogue.
Power to the people has been the cornerstone for all SDF Campaigns. This should be translated into action and the collective will of the people be supreme.
Only the protagonist will benefit in the event of a permanent split while I and you and the many ordinary Cameroonians continue to wallow in poverty and desperation.
Its time to draw the line on the ground.
Until we can call our Leaders to order and accountable to us, we shall remain the laughing stock of the world.
If the people of a small Country like Nepal can have the bottle to get onto the streets and call their leader to order, why can't we.
Mac Satan

Guys, here we are. It was not long the same court feared illegality in what Ngwasiri suspended his convention now they have turned over again to suspend Fru Ndi as his camp. The same court that suspended the holding of Ngwasiri's convention has fallen back to Ngwasiri and his team. What a confusionist delvering of justice.
I bet you guys that if the case of Fon Doh was judged in the same court Doh would have been exonerated and aquitted . Thank God it was done in Bamenda. I'm not a party politician but the twist of events is a call for alarm and concern here. One is bound to ask questions if this is not pure political manouvres to stiffle any genuine change in this land?
Well an ongoing debate on Cameroon-info.net about that danders of Biya deing suddenly.I have told them the first danger will be the sparking off of the anglophine issue. If anyone is mindful of the turn of events they will agree with me.

ASHWELL MOLABA

I do have a different definition of a Banwa man. It is anybody, irrespective of his origin that tries to maneuver the intelligence of the weak and less protected for selfish purposes. This is why I don't care to point fingers to particular people. A good example will be Biya and his etoudi rogue. To some extents, it includes those bragging individuals who think they are any demi gods because they happen to find themselves in the midst of white people. If you are talking about the people of Lebialem, know that to me, they have no fault. I dont see why they should be judged by their origin. I'd rather judge them from their actions. This is why they have great people as well as those who have made mistakes.

As a Cameroonian in Cameroon, I have been deprived of every opportunity until the advent of the internet. I want to use this to have my vengeance. Truly, the power of an insult can be devastating as it can pack a powerful political and social punch, having serious powers on the individual level. I want to use insults to get rid of those sponsored agents and breeders of marginalisation. This is because it is able to cause civilise disturbance especially when a particular group of people are been disparaged. I trust it because it can provoke extreme reactions in its recipient such as suicide or resignation of those fiendish cheaters. It is my own approach of non violent demonstration because the gendarmes will pick me up if I go out alone...

One more thing; You have not been appointed the discipline or headmaster in this forum so try to keep ya cool. I don't give a damn about the write-ups of others unless its directed to the center of my circle, or it is built on a frame work of lies. What I care about is the welfare of Cameroonians back HOME. It is clear that you have spent almost all of your entire life in somebody else's country, attended imperial college and London University as you once announced to us. why won't u pretend that the anglophones have no problem. You don't know how it feels when you are labelled 'biafra' or 'the enemy in the house' as if you are some inconsequential specimen. I do support the SDF but above all the SCNC because the sdf is taking so much time to accomplish. and that, I dont do while hiding.

Please do not brandish my name in this forum because I am not using any initials. I am one of those who don't like the feeling I get when my name is disported this way.

Interestingly, SDF and Bamenda do not own Cameroon. If this were the case, we would all have been in hell.

This is the kind of situation you guys enjoy. No person, not even the Bangwa man has the right to belong to no other political outfit except the SDF.

What do you think of Mbah Ndam and Fru Ndi who have joined Biya is draining our resources?

Do you remember what Late premiere Foncha and Muna did to gain political favors ahead of our common interest?

We are in a democracy, and anybody from anywhere, a Bangwa man, a Ntarikon man has the right to militate in any political position they think fit.

The NDP may be dead, but may be resurgent in the future. What do you think is happening in the SDF? Tell us it is healthy. Political confusion, falling and rising are signs of immaturity.

I hope you stop your tribal and regional politicking, and gibe Cameroonians the chance to make mistake and hopefully learn from them.

I hope the SDF learns from all these mistakes and grow up. I also expect you guys from Bamenda to allow everybody differ, and dissent with you when a national political issue is concerned. SDF is a national and not a Bamenda party

Before you call me Bangwa, i am not, and i am from KUPE MUANENGUBA DIVISION of the South West. I also who have liked to be a Bangwa person.

I have wonderful respect for this people. They parents and children are hardworking and resilient. They may make political mistake, but they constitute an economic force to reckon with. I praise the respect they have for their parents, and their social relations.

Bangwa girls do not engage in prostitution as a way of life, as do other girls from other tribes, hence helping in curbing or fighting AIDS and other STD's.

@ BANGWA STUPIDITY,
Your article has made us Bangwa people stronger then ever before.
From the localisation of the Lebialem Province, the story about the political figures of the Great Lebialem People, their daily lifes activities, you have made the world understood that the GREAT LEBIALEM PEOPLE(BANGWA 99.999per cent)are a force to count on.Oh my God the Bangwa people have a well written and documented History.
The movements of GREAT NKEMNGU from the NW as a civil servant to the SW,passing through SWELA makes him a GREAT GUY.Painting him black would not change his destiny.
CPDM needs these type of people with History. If fru ndi had such knowledge then the sdf could have been ruling the nation.
Bangwa Stupidity(Bamenda stupidity),You forgot the war we faught and won against the Germans. Our HISTORY IS NOT ONLY NATIONAL BUT INTERNATIONAL.We HAVE A FOREIGN POLICY.
I think the sdf is dying today b/c the party has people like you who have good ideas but can,t make use of it at the right time.I think u would have been of help to sdf if you had used these knowledge to prevent GREAT NKEMNGU from joining the sdf.But since the eyes of sdf militants only open when it,s too late, you are now telling us how harmful u have been to that party.
Thanks for making the world understand that Lebialem (BANGWAS) has people who are STANDING TALL like FOJU,NDOBEGANG NELSON....
I think by making people to know that the sdf shared blood to be alive instead scares militants from joining the party b/c it is believed that if you share blood to get ,you will share blood to leave. You also talked of Awah and Etienne. It still remains the Southwesterners that the Northwesterners are the REAL problem the Anglophone Cameroon is facing.
Generally when a MAN abandons a woman, this woman can never tell good stories about that MAN.This is clear.MKEMNGU IS A MAN.You can,t talk of sdf without talking of him.I strongly believe that if it were fru ndi(who is always begging money from the CPDM to finish the burial ceremony of his wife) who had left the sdf, people couldn,t have been talking of him like Nkemngu.Nkemngu,s name has occupied pages.
I will even ask my father HIS MAJESTY THE FON OF FONTEM TO RAISE THE POSITION OF NKEMNGU.He will soon be NDI-NKEM not nkemngu.
Bangwa stupidity(Bamenda Stupidity)You know history but you can,t make use of it.Ashia!

People should understand that the Yaounde court judgement is interlocutory (Jugement avant-dire-droit as they say it in french)No body ought to jump to the street chanting victory yet!
When the full session of the court will resume, a lot of things will come up. Answers would be provided for certain questions such as:
1. how will Ngwasiri claim leadership to the chairmanship of NAC when he had effectively resigned. The resignation letter is there.
2. How could he Ngwasiri has accepted an illegal NEC to organize the extra-ordinary convention in Bamenda that voted the SDF candidate for the last Presidential elections? Three candidates participated in the primaries. Etc. Etc.
As for the Yaounde court judgement, the result was expected because the SDF base has been too strong for the likings of the power that be, so a certain action ought to be taken to weaken it. My fear is whether they will succeed in that endeavour. Mark that Ngwasiri's leading counsel, Charles Tchoungang, is also counsel for the Comité central du RDPC. He was the one who sat for the RDPC during the court sessions following the last Presidential elections.
Now that Ngwasiri resigned as President of NAC and the Yaounde court has decided that only NAC can run the SDF, we expected the same court to announce the name of the NAC leader to take charge. This is because legally, Ngwasiri, having resigned from NAC has no locus standi to act on behalf of that body.
Mark that Ngwasiri resigned last year, two years after the mandate of NEC expired. And he has been telling the world that the SDF Chairman rejected his resignation letter. The law luminary, that he is said to be, ought to have known that by addressing his resignation letter to John Fru Ndi,(two years after the Chairman(s mandate expired) he was explicitly acknowledging the leadership of the SDF chieftain.
To turn around today and and act counterwise, smacks of intellectual dishonesty. I know that in politics, there is no such thing as honesty, but a Don like the late Professor Bernard Fonlon taught us all how to be an intellectual and be a good politician, when he never compromised his position even infront of the all oppressive Ahidjo that was dreaded by even the lion.
A LUTTA CONTINUA

Watesih

Ashwell,
Infact,we begin to discover now
that thieves are inconsolable when you brand them as such. When others are branded Fru Ndi`s slaves, people forget they too also use adjectives. The weeks ahead annouce to be stormy,so we don`t have time for petit wits.
As concerns the degrading issue of tribalism in this forum,it reflects the sociological setup and political culture of Cameroon. In Cameroon, the 'i'goes first ,then the royal 'we 'follows. When a man is appointed Minister, his people will
transform the Ministry into a meeting point
for tribal stock-taking.The fabulous sums of money spent on a minister`s home coming always exceed what would have been needed to construct two classrooms, for some of the schools that only exist on paper. When members of the Elite of a given locality thank Biya for doing what Napoleon
Bonaparte left undone ,by appointing their
son,it shows that people only think in terms of ethnicity. When the Minister Mrs
Haman Adaman brought home the project of classroom construction from Japan, she first of all promised to pay more attention to her area of origin, but when she failed to do so,giving the lion`s share to the Southwest(because of supposed pressure from the PM),the brothers from the north have been using swear words on her. When Mrs Lydia Effimba leaves the SDF,she advances as reason the marginalisation of the Southwest. When Nkemgu does same, his reason is to show solidarity with a brother and when finally he lives,he bundles along some of them.
When there`s a deficience in what the
French will call "projet de Societe'",when the morality of a people is wanting, people retreat to their strongholds and fight from there. They become factional leaders. They preach and fan the flames of hatred. This has always led to explosive situations. The example of 'Radio Mille collines'is still very fresh in our mind, where extremists were
asked to go out and 'clear the bush'.
The peace the world enjoys intermittently, came about as a result of the painstaking efforts of some children of men,who could rise above the ordinary and impose their will on events. The examples of Mandela,Mother Theresa,Martin Luther King,Ghandi will never be over emphasized.
Cameroon is a volcano in the waiting. The peace we pretend to savour is just a loosely tight set of strings with nothing like a pivotal root to keep them in place. As an amalgame of diametrically opposed ways of life,Cameroonians have had to live some of the nasty things that only come to you when you don`t have any other choice. The Anglo-saxon way of life prescribes, modesty, moderation, thrift, while the French Speaking Cameroonians will exercise no caution when going after things of the flesh. Those who talk hard ,eat hard
and listen less excel.Unscrupulous fellows on one side or the other have become copy cats.
Some people only excel when a situation is very bleak. That is why many people entertain those divisive tendencies.
In this forum, some contributors have taken those they consider to mislead the people to task without giving in to tribal sensibilities.Whether its ngwasiri, Asonganyi,Muna,Fru Ndi,Nkemgu, they have to condemn, they have done so with the same verve. Some have always tried to show acute
lack of judgement and have never bugded from
their position of dispersers.
Educating people politically is a notion that is still far fetched in our society.People leave their origins with preconceived ideas and it is always inconceivable for this category to think that other schools of thoughts exist.
As long as cameroonians keep living the nefarious effects of tribalism as a result of the divide and rule policy that has gone on for 24 years,it will take another half a century for people to better appreciate the culture of peace in our country. The beauty of life and the world around us were not built without this ill.We must continue to fight it by showing that commonality in ideas ,brotherhood ,
tolerance are better than primitivity,
barberianism,hooliganism and illiteracy.

Ngwasiri Christopher

Hi Guys,

I would like to refer fellow readers to the write up of Mac Satan. What he has said rings a lot of bells in my ears and I guess it does the same even to a fool. If we can take a moment and blurt out Prof Ngwasiri and Fru Ndi out of our minds and ask ourselves what SDF stands for, I think we will come up with some solutions to this problem. Our write ups attempt to give the impression that SDF is a Ngwasiri and Fru Ndi toy. If they are playing macho today, it is because we made them machos. Without us they would have been nothing. Fru Ndi would have remained in his small bopkshop and Prof. Ngwasiri would have remained in his classroom.

Let us leave personal sentiments aside as Mac Satan has suggested and think a bit straight. I said in one of my write ups that there is simply a breakdown in communication within the party ranks, enhanced by machoism and intellectual know-how. Both forces can be brought to rest by their makers.

Christopher Ngwasiri

The guys at Cameroon info.net forum are all the Muketes who know nothing but insulting people. That is typical of the type of education that Francophones obtain:la loi du plus fort.
You saw the way they insulted me and even your reactions to my pieces published in Le Messager against La Republique and Achille Mbembe.
Francophones know nothing like democracy. I'll find time to join you. Our strategy should be documented arguments.

Tayong(Copenhagen)

Yes Aaron
True they insult. But while they do the insults you do the lessons and at the end we will win.Right now I have got a few on board my plane.Few who come our way turn on their fellows horribly for insulting me since Im speaking the bitter truth. I got one who told me he is an anglophone by culture but Ewondo by birth but I intend lash him out if never beccome an anglophone by reason of the advantages offered by the English system of education, Others try to equate the anglophone problem to a tribal problem but I define vividly to them what a tribe is and what a community is.
Mr Aaron Im waiting for you to join me there .Lets sound our trumpet everywhere ,even in English though I write there in French
God save Cameroon

Breaking news

Nec and Fru Ndi suspended. Does this give some credibility to Prof Ngwasiri? Truely, constitutionality should be and must be the corner stone of any democracy.

Let the law be respected within opposition parties, because tommorrow, opposition become ruling party, and if they have not learned how to apply the law, then dictatorship reigns supreme.

Celestine Fosung Nke

A party chairman who cannot respect party constitution will not respect the nations laws.
Nec and Fru Ndi must resign

BenB

Ben Muna was not readmitted by NEC. He was readmitted by the Reconciliation Forum of September 2004 in Bamenda.

So the decision by the Yaounde court cancelling all decisions taken by NEC since its mandate expired in 2003, cannot annul Ben Muna's readmission, though it cancels the dismissal of Ngwasiri and Asonganyi.

Therefore, Muna, Asonganyi, Ngwasiri and any others maliciously driven away from the SDF for challenging bad politics are bone fide militants today. It also means that Zamboue Pascal remains Centre Provial chairman. Only Nkemngu has voted with his own feet to leave. Or would he want to return now?

And NAC under Ngwasiri is now recognised to be in charge of the SDF.

We now call on Ngwasiri, Muna, Asonganyi, Zamboue and their associates not to use their victory vindictively.

They should stretch a hand of fellowship to Fru Ndi, Mbah Ndam, Yoyo, Awudu Mbaya, Anembom Monju, etc and follow Asonganyi's prescription for a return to the original platform to reconstruct the SDF.

Ngwasiri, Muna, Asonganyi , if they became vindictive, would be proving to be just the other side of the same spoiled coin as the people they've been condemning.

Now is time for them to prove that it's the interest of the SDF and Cameroon they want not the head of Fru Ndi, Mbah Ndam, etc.

The truth shall always set you free, especially if you strive earnestly as Ngwasiri and his group have.

BenF

Tayong(Copenhagen)

Horrible
French courts are real breeding grounds for confusion in this country. It was not long ago we read that this court suspended the Ngwasiri proposal to hold a convention in Yde. Now again the same court has overturned tables to give legitimacy to the same Ngwasiri.Guys Im telling you that if Fon Doh was judged out of Bamenda this criminal would have been discharged and acquitted. The same francophone Court system headed by Alexis Depanda Mouelle disclared during the proclamation of the controversial presidential elections that though there irregularities in the elections their hands were tight and they could do anything to it.
What kind of confusionist justice system is this? Today Ngwasiri ,tomorrow Fru Ndi next day who knows ?

God save Cameroon

I do not know Ngwasiri personally, but from from reading about him, the man has more integrity in the tip of one of his little fingers than Fru Ndi has ever had, or will ever have, in his whole life. History, I have no doubt will one day prove that.

We keep getting told by Fru Ndi's fanatics that the reason their man is popular is because he connects better with "the man on the street", aka "the common man", in Cameroon. Good for Fru Ndi, but is this "connection" good for the so-called "man on the street" or "the common man"? After all, will the common man's wife be flown to Switzerland when she is sick, or will a French gambling company rent the common man's private property?

I can certainly see what Fru Ndi profits from his so-called "connection" with "the man on the street" - he gets the credibility he needs, as an "opposition leader", to get money from the Biya dictatorship and from dodgy French companies - but what does the latter get out of it? Nothing, zero!

The reason Ngwasiri is being criticised is because he has the misfortune of being involved in politics in a country where the "man on the street" prefers brash demagogues, like Fru Ndi, than men or women with high personal integrity and principles; and then, "the man on the street", or "the common man", wonders why the country is poor and corrupt?

The country is poor and corrupt, because all the citizens with any personal integrity have left, or plan to leave. The country is, thus, left to "the man on the street", or "the common man", and politicians like Fru Ndi; and quite rightly so, the two deserve each other.

While Fru Ndi rides on the back of "the common man" ("the man on the street") to wealth, "the man on the street" can remain at the mercy of a ruthless dictatorship and French colonial exploitation. So far as I am concerned, it serves "the man on the street" right. "The man on the street" ends up getting the leader he deserves. Pity "the common man" in Cameroon, but he gets no more, and no less, than he deserves in blindly worshipping Fru Ndi.

the yaounde court, in my opinion, has correctly interpreted the SDF constitution. And someone raised a very important point regarding Muna,Esq.'s readmission. that would be easy to resolve . it can be done in one of 2 ways: either just simply consider that he had be reinstated as of the date it occured, arguing that the decision to reinstate him was not one that would work against the party, but rather one that sets the party to move foward and in line with party principles.
Or, secondly, the new/interim party hierarchy can just make a "nunc pro tunc" decision, thereby ratify the decision. After all, i guess one goal of the SDF constitution is not to cause unnecessary prejudice to its members. lawyer Muna at that time wanted to rejoin ranks, and the only authority he could petition to was the NEC (and of course since he can argue that he has been away from the party and did not know what other authority had the powers to reinstate him).

Moreover, it was not only until recently, (earlier this year, i guess) that the Advisory council decided to take over the party. Mr. Muna's reinstatement occured long before that.

This fake stories, Muna, Ngwasiri, Jua, Ni John, etc. Bunch of idiots making a mockery of the children of the southern Cameroons. Yet some of their subjects here who have benefitted from the alleged conspiracy to colonise us are preaching.

Democracy, who has rented Fru Ndi's house? PMUC. Where is boycott of french goods? gone are those days when the children of southern Cameroonians were lined on the streets for selfish CPDM stewards to make money out of their bloods. We shall see where all this SDF saga will lead you guys. You will all end up being a mockery in the eyes of other citizens of la republique francaise du cameroun. Sample their public opinion and they will not nominate you for any meaningful government positions.

Even illeterates here in the streets of the UK from la republique du Cameroun will tell you that you are not qualified for anything. You all speaking this SDF nonsense have all been brainwashed by the devil.

I have written on this forum time and again pointing out that those top SDF officials who critize Fru Ndi in the public are not fighting for the interest of the party but for self. You can see vividly from Jua´s example. If these so call intellectuals consider the interest of the party paramount, they should simply have contributed ideas to Fru Ndi that will help move the party forward;leave aside power struggle within the SDF until SDF´s primary goal which is to oust Biya´s regime is achieved.
I am not surprised by Jua`s declarations at moment.I have never taken him to be a politician since he started his open wrangling.
When I read the last interview of Akonte Andrew,I was really embarassed;he was a fool of circumtances as he could not answer simply questions that were directed to him.He became numb since he has many things to hide.Do you think that if Akonte won the district elections in Bafut,Akonte´s responds at the interview would have been the same? Absolutely no.Don´t be surprised to hear tomorrow that Jua has declared for Ngwasiri after he hears the Court´s decision which I have termed it a joke.Infact if Jua learned of the court decision earlier,he wouldn´t have declared against Ngwasiri. Who do these guys think there are decieving? Only the gullible and not me.Jua´s frustration will multiply after the convention in Bamenda because he will not succeed with his secret/egostic plans.
I call the judgement against the SDF a joke of the first order(I mean against the SDF and not NEC),it has always been the intension of the CPDM to destroy the SDF and I knew they will not miss this opportunity.
Passing a court judgement is one thing and implementing it is another;quote me anyway, this court judgement will never be implemented,it has just one objective which is to encourage the Ngwasiri faction of the SDF which is in the making. It will not be long that Ngwasiri and co will be put to shame.
One question to readers:Can the court force SDF militants to be under Ngwasiri and the evil Muna? Only Vally of England can see a positive future in these fellows
Time will soon bring out the truth.

Ambe Johnson

One of the things that ALL the commentators writing about the crisis in the SDF have not done is actually take a look at the SDF constitution and what it says about the powers of the National Executive COmmittee (NEC) and the National Advisory Council (NAC).

Beyond all that the Fru Ndi and Ngwasiri camps have said, the constitution is the final arbiter. The English version of that constitution is available on the SDF website at: http://www.sdfparty.org/english/references/16.php

If we want an informed rather than biased debate let's start by interpreting that document which is exactly what the Judge in Yaounde did.

ftroit

Ambe Johnson,

many weeks before today, analyses have been made in light of the SDF constitution. I remember many commentators referencing that document.

Rene Murena

The Mfoundi High Court has finally given its interpretation of the SDF constitution.

It is an interpretation and for all those politicians who say they are trying to promote democracy, they should show their leadership by not claiming victory for themselves. This should be an opportunity for the different SDF factions to reconcile and not for others to jubilate as winners.
In a crippled country like Cameroon, those who have the ordinary man at heart should call for calm and a forum for reconciliation while those who misinterpreted the party's constition should apologize and not see themselves as giving in too quickly.
Every party growing is bound to make mistakes in the interpretation of the constition that is supposed to bind them, and given a situation like this, lovers of democracy should concert and take the beloved SDF party forward by not claiming victorious. A true leader does not claim victory over his opponents when he succeeds in his democratic endeavours since he knows this will cause futher divide than unity. His success serves as a platform for him to bring all dissidents together. The SDF is bound to move forward but who is capable of taking it forward?
I strongly condemn Jua for saying that he does not belong to the Ngwasiri camp. It is obvious from the interview that he does not know where he belongs. An aspiring leader who does not know where he belongs, does not know where he wants to take the people to. He is just dabbling with politics and does not know where to place his next step. Please, Jua it is high time you apologise for your comments if you want to prove to be a true leader.
Ni John, Mbah Ndam and the rest should equally apologise to Ngwasiri and stop playing the African tradition where "losers never accept defeat". This quote is an overstatement.
Fru Ndi had done great to the party, for all his sacrifice, hardwork and ardent desire for the party to succeed. I equally admire Ni John's courage but he should also remember that "the courageous mouse that does not want advice from the experienced might land in the cat's mouth". Again, this is an overstatement.
I am neither for Ngasiri nor for Ni John, I am for the legality of the SDF. If Ni John had exercised a bit more leadership, this crisis would not have come to this point.
If the ruling by the High Court is true, Mbah Ndam should immediatley resign as legal adviser to the chairman and parliamentary group leader for his incapability to lead the party. I would say, Mbah Ndam brought Ni John into this.

The Cpdm courts will never give a satisfactory interpretation of anything in this world. The Cpdm government has two constitutions and has been pushing them down Cameroonians throats. They can`t interpret and implement the provisions of their own constitutions,it is not the SDf constitution, which even has a social and democratic blueprint that they will interpret. If the Cpdm lawyers ,who happen to be members of the Central committee of the Cpdm were so omniscient when it comes to interpreting constitutions, they would have told Cameroonians why institutions like the Senate,Lower House stipulated in their constitutions have remained paper tigers.
In life you negotiate with somebody who has a semblance of compassion in him.The
attempt by Ngwasiri to hold the SDF party and its militants hostage for a very long time now, shows he has the blood of a hangsman flowing in his veins. He has been going undeterred from one conspiracy to another.Cameroonians have heard very little of Muna for the past months, because he has
been dicing with the devil to see to it that everything comes to a head on collition. But,one thing must be made clear here, that we don`t negotiate with terrorists. We cannot Negotiate with ngwasiri now because the Cpdm courts have re-enacted a semblance of justice.
When the courts hand over everything to NAC,Ngwasiri fails to know that they are indirectly telling him that the simple decision to take the SDF to court was illegal as the mandate of both organs had expired. There`s no where in the SDF constitution where NAC should take over NEC,
the administrative arm of the party. The purely advisory role NAC has to play doesn`t give it power to take over the day to day running of the party. The constitution stipulates that if there`s a clash between NEC and NAC,the National convention should mediate. If NEC scheduled a convention, and NAC thinks it can schedule another one,it should go ahead rather than waisting time trying to take over NEC.It is like having two sisters in a family, where one of them will claim to be more of a daughter of their parents than the other.
Ngwasiri has gone to the point of no return,so it is time for the militants to let the ball role.We never negotiate with terrorists. That will send a wrong message to illusion chasers.Militants should bare the pains and allow him to act it out to the end.Even if we succeed to bring Ngwasiri to the negotiating table now,his masters will ask him to pose conditions. This will be just as taking a whole people hostage just because of selfish designs of few individuals.Last time Muna tried to pose the same conditions and all these were rejected en bloc.If France and its agents in yaounde think they want to be the hand in darkness,to dish out their sophistry to the SDf,then they are mistaken.Anything that has a cpdm flavour will never be confused with the initial goal of the SDF,that of social democracy.
It is a good thing to yearn for reconciliation, and it is another to have the right person to reconcile with. The History of Cameroon tells us that no reconciliation has ever succeeded.Cameroonians are too all-knowing to be reconciled to each other. We don`t reconcile people who are eternally diametrically opposed. We are not going to reconcile people today because of the convention. When the SDF was founded, the goal was not to wait for conventions to fight for power, but to think about the people first. If people have been going on the radio abusing the confidence of the militants, what is the need bringing them together today only for the simple reason of taking them closer to the power they are dying for?

BREAKING NEWS! BREAKING NEWS! BREAKING NEWS!

FRU NDI CAUTIONS AGAINST BLACKMAIL IN THE SDF

The National Executive Committee (NEC) members last Saturday in Bamenda assessed preparations toward the SDF convention.

The National Chairman of the Social Democratic Front (SDF), Ni John Fru Ndi has called on the SDF militants to stop the practice of blackmail and work for the progress of the party. He made the declaration last Saturday, April 22 in Bamenda during the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting aimed at assessing the state of preparedness of the various committees charged with the organization of the national elective convention slated for May 26 to 28, 2006.

Ni John Fru Ndi frowned at some barons of the SDF who instead of working for the unity of the party, were fanning the flames of disunity by indulging in acts of blackmail. He cited three cases. He said that while in London, he received several phone calls from the country that some group of persons were about burning-down his compound in Ntarikon which was false information coming from some party members. Secondly, during a trip in Yaounde, a white lady of French nationality met him and begged him to resign from the helm of the party. When he carried out investigations, he found out the instigator. Fru Ndi also disclosed that recently, an SDF Member of Parliament came twice to tell him that he has a vision. This vision, he said was that Fru Ndi should resign from his position as SDF chairman.

It was in this same light that Hon. Jua Paulinus, made his position clear. According to the Member of Parliament from Boyo and aspirant for the post of chairman in the up-coming election, he has never belonged or supported the activities of the Ngwasiri faction. The SDF, he said was a party of law, and those who ascend to positions of responsibility must do so in respect of the constitution in place. The NEC members also tackled problem where some party barons from the West Province refuted allegations that they held a secret meeting to lobby for influential positions within the party.

With regards to the organization of the up-coming elective convention, the President of the organizational committee, Atekwana Joseph, said everything is going on as planned. The various committees are afoot especially that of finance where an additional CFA 3 million has trickled in from the various delegations making the total sum to CFA 20 million. He also revealed that, payments have already been made for the Bamenda Congress Hall where the national convention will take place.

Akoson,

People with no principles follow any principle that looks good at the time. Now, you are a follower of Fru Ndi (a self-confessed one Cameroon politician). Again, you say you are a member of the SCNC (a movement that wants total independence). Fru Ndi wants to go to Etoudi, SCNC members want to raise their flag in Buea. If you do not see the contradiction in your stance, then you do not know that you don't know.

BREAKING NEWS!!!BREAKING NEWS

The Mfoundi court in Y'de suspended both the activities of NEC and NAC pending detailed hearing for may 22.So the news by mutation newspaper claiming NAC victorious of NEC is the usual biased reporting.

SDF : hypothèques sur le congrès de mai

ESSAMA ESSOMBA
[26/04/2006]

The decision of the Mfoundi court is for the good of the SDF.It is like calling on the warring factions to get back to their house and come to a concensus before any convention can hold.It is now time for Ngwasiri and co.to come back home and present all their grievances for examination. Also time for Fru Ndi and co.to listen carefully to the complaints of these dissidents so that what ever decision is arrived at victory should be for the SDF and social democracy and not for any group of persons.we the ordinary militants are sick and tired of this forward and backward movement. Our people have a saying that when a masquerade dances in the courtyard for too long it tends to loose its respect.Leaders of the SDF the ball is in your court.

Boy

Dear Aspirants for the post of chairmanship of the party, how can you want to take over leadership of the party by trying to water down all the great work and sacrifice Fru Ndi has done for the SDF and democracy in cameroon.Fru Ndi has his weaknesses and has made errors as a human being, but no one can deny the fact that Fru Ndi is and will remain an icon for social democracy in cameroon even if he is no longer the chair of the SDF.

Instead of castigating Fru Ndi,and calling him illiterate and all sorts of names, carry your ideology and vision for the party to the grassroots who are the only ones that have power. If you win their trust they will vote you to office. It is not by floating in the air and telling people that you are an intellectual that will do the trick.I bet you the courts will never make you chairman of the party, but the people.Stop using the defeatist and intimidatory methods by asking Fru Ndi to step down.In a democracy he who wins the people's trust has the votes and thus power,so get the trust of the people first then power is yours.A word to the wise is sufficient.Sorry profs,I don't mean this as an insult to your intellectualism but as a food for thought.

Can ur claims be accompanied by any subtantial proof. Stop dressing windows in the air. Give us corporeal proof that Fru Ndi and Mbah Ndam have eaten soya. Stop transmitting hate that we have almost eradicated in this forum. I remember you wanted to slaughter a certain guy for not praising those u wish they should be praised according to your stance. Please Celestine if you can give me a reasonable proof I will not hesitate to cipher with u.

As For Foncha, he has never been an anglophone. He simply traded our heritage for favour. But I have long forgiven him because he admitted the fault before his dead. Muna has never been a good example to us and stop associating my writings with his praises. I still repeat he has the worst legacy in Cameroon's political arena. That is why I would not even trust the spoiled son of a rich selfish father.

The SDF has problems truly and the problem is stemming from power quest by those individuals who will not want to imagine that somebody without a 'big book' can handle a leadership position. I strongly support a reconciliation meeting in the SDF only after confessions. Ur so call íntellectuals want to destroy the party.

Now u seem happy as u think the court's decision favoured NEC. you are just very less informed because it never favoured NAC either. Read well before you draw immature conclusions and go back and read my comments again. I have said I do respect the lebialem people and I like any other tribe, they have people that have made mistakes among them. Who give's a damn about where you come from. That is ur family business and don't tell me anymore. Besides, HIV is a national problem and I am sure u are not addressing particular people of the spread of this deadly disease. Try to write comments relating to the article.Stop drifting out of the scene. I am waiting for your proofs mister.

Ashwell Molaba,
I don´t see what you termed a contradiction in Akoson´s position. When one has a problem,he or she must try out many solutions which may take different paths, but leading to the same thing.
No one doubts the fact that if the SDF takes power, the situation of Southern Cameroonians will improve and in the same light if the SCNC struggle succeeds,Southern Cameroonians will see the light of day.Hence these are different approaches towards achieving the same thing;an end to the marginalization of Southern Cameroonians. So where is the contradiction if one goes in for the two courses?
I for one shows strong support for the SDF because I think,it is an easier course to take and not that it is better than the SCNC course. The SCNC course is good, but I see it long and expensive;the reason why I give more support to the SDF.Hence if I encourage those who stand for the SCNC,it should not mean that I am contradicting myself. Therefore Akoson knows that he is not contradicting himself.

Fon Lawrence,

I am not against Akoson's militancy in both the SDF and SCNC as when i was a youth, i had been in thesame pot like him. Maybe with time, he will be able to make the right decision.

Nonetheless, i will like to make it clear to you guys that there is no connection between the SDF and the struggle that I and some of us in the SCNC are involved in- Total independence based on our constitutional rights. We have NEVER been part of la republique francaise du cameroun.

Secondly, if the SDF takes power, there will be virtually NO change in the lives of southern Cameroonians.

I want to ask you this question. Did Fru Ndi not preached Boycott of french goods? Who has rented his house, a french betting company that has been siphoning huge amounts of profits out of the country? Did fru Ndi not preached No coperation with the biya regime and even asked us not to pay taxes? How did he ended up receiving money from thesame regime when his wife was sick and where was the money from? Did Fru Ndi not suggested to us that Mr Biya had been in power since 1982 in 1990 and has not changed the lives of Cameroonians soo he should be rooted out of power? Why doesnt he fru ndi want to respect the constitution of his own SDF and why does he think he is the only one who can manage? There are lots of unanswered questions that even me (A non sdf militant) can pose with my basic wisdom to fru Ndi.

Once more, the SDF cannot change the lives of southern cameroonians. It can change the lives of its masters in paris and in la republique du cameroun and not the life of southern cameroonians.

Abongwa

People should stop writing literature and focused on enthuciastic issues, this is not a forum for you guys to express your mastery of Shakespear or Tenneson. Mark you our country is at a crucial polytical stage and anything can happen, so make necessary contributions before its to late.

Fon Lawrence

Rexon,
Before I come back to react to the issues you have raised, let me quickly ask you the following:if the SDF that has a strong base in southern Cameroon cannot improve on the lifes of southern Cameroonians when it takes power as you claim,do you think it will be God who will rule Southern Cameroon when they get independece or these very politians who are also part of the SDF?Why do you think that if the SDF is "corrupt",the leaders of SCNC will not be corrupt?
The next point is this,I know you are an accountant, and therefore should not be blank when it comes to business;to boycott goods of a trading partner is intended to punish that partner. If you have goods and refuse to sell to someone you don´t like, who is at the lost? If Fru Ndi´s building was the last resort for PMUC,that is PMUC was to pack out of Bamenda if Fru Ndi did not give his house, I will understand that you are making a point. If Fru Ndi did not give the house,PMUC will stiil be in Bamenda,so it makes no sense if Fru Ndi refused them the house.

JB Samba

Fon Lawrence,
I have a rather different look at Akoson's position. I see him as using two stones to shoot two birds as opposed to your own view 'that he is using one stone to shoot two birds'. My explanation below.
FIRST STONE = SDF and SECOND STONE = SCNC
The SDF (if it wins power in LRC) can only get 'partial Sovereignty' (FIRST BIRD) for Southern Cameroonians, whereas is the SCNC (and by extension, other liberation movements of the liberation course) succeeds in her mission, she would have achieved 'TOTAL sovereignty' for Southern Cameroonians.

I am in no way opposed to Akoson's position because he has a reason for doind so. He is definitely of the school that, if you set out to hunt a lion, if you see a rabbit go for it just in case you fail in your mission to get the lion.

This is the way I look at it. My only concern is that the earlier many more 'anglophones' get to this position, the better because sooner than later, when it would be realised that the SDF cannot even deliver the "partial sovereignty' (that is, if it ever wins power in LRC), it would be much easier to make a shift to the position of those who want TOTAL SOVEREIGNTY (I belong to thuis group)

Rexon

Fon Lawrence,

I will respond to your two concerns. A true politician acts from the heart and the brain. What do you think is the implication of Fru Ndi giving his house to the PMUC?
What also do you think is the implication of him receiving subsistence for the lost of his wife from the very corrupt Biya regime?

With regards to your suggestions about southern cameroonian politicians. My concern is that the SDF leaders do not stand for a legitimate claim as you may think. They have a hidden mission that only "SOME" of us know: To assist the French in the colonisation of the resources of the southern Cameroons and Africa. Dont you see their change of tactics? Dont you see the Mbah Ndams, the Asonganyi's, Jua's and their internal wranglings?

Coming back to the PMUC issue, i for one will think Fru Ndi is a very stupid man who does not know anything about politics. Sample the public opinion of citizens of la republique du cameroun and you will know HOW my first two questions raised about fru Ndi has contributed to the downfall of the SDF. There is NO WAY the SDF will be better off than it is now OR before.

i rest my case.

Ashwell Molaba

The SDF will not change the life of Southern Cameroonians. The SDF will simply cement the work of Muna and Foncha. The SDF will cast and unworkable marriage in steel. Do you think Fru Ndi will give up the big cake of Cameroun to settle for Ambazonia? If yes, then, I think you don't know what you are talking about.

Fon Lawrence

JB Samba,
you arguement is O.k,but unfortunately you got mixed up.In my arguement I never mentioned the proverb of "stones and birds".Check again.

Ashwell Molaba

JB Samba,

I like your reasoning. Clear and concise.

Ngwasiri Christopher

Some of us on this forum are really getting things mixed up and trying to live in a dreamland. Some of us do not even have a clue of when one can win or loose in a given situation.

Just because of anger, desparation, frustration and the urge to satisfy personal intentions or settle scores, we loose our reasoning and sense of direction and use words meaninglessly or out of context.

1)There is nothing as a "Francophone, Angolphone or CPDM court in Cameroon.

2)There is nothing as "La Republique Francaise du Cameroon".

Take it or leave it.We are all Cameroonians whether anglophone or francophone.

Until the Southern Cameroon thing succeeds, we should not be dressing ourselves in borrowed robes.

If Fon Doh was judged in any part of Cameroon by that same panel, the judgement would have been the same. There has never been a law school for only anglophones or francophones in Cameroon. Even if you study law out of Cameroon, you cannot just jump into a court of law in Cameroon and start judging or advocating. You will have to integrate into the Cameroonian judiciary, period.

Those who do not want to accept the simple fact that we are Cameroonians and are being governed by CPDM should dispose of their passports, national identity cards and if working in Cameroon, should get off the national payroll. Unless we separate ourselves legally, we should not be flinging meaningless words and expressions about the place that are not helping to solve our problems. I have never introduced myself as an anglophone cameroonian unless when asked which part of Cameroon I come from.

I would like to tell perpetual separators and fosterers of antagonism on this forum with my finger pointing to Watesih in particular, that there is nothing as a set of people who cannot be reconciled. With reference to your write up of 25/o4/06, there is nothing as "eternally diametrically opposed people." Answer these questions Watesih:
.Where is the Berlin Wall now?
.Where is the Great Wall of China now?
.Why is England and Germany eating in the
same plate now?
.Why has a staucnch CPDM member become Fru
Ndi's in-law recently?

Try to grow up and live with the time, Watesih. You risk being overtaken by events. Society is not static and SDF is not living in a vacuum. My brother, who knows what might come out of the "Biya Fru Ndi entente".

You have dabbled a lot on this forum but simply enhancing 'hatred, antagonism and the power of non-reconcilliation.' We do not need all these attributes now especially from someone like you who claims to have the party at heart. What we need now is some virtual group brainstorming activity as perpetuated by the witty creators of this forum, so as to come up with materialising suggestions aimed at consolidating the party and not division. This is not a fora for destruction. At least, I made some on two occasions. I have not read a single one from your copious writings apart from hailing the same praises on Fru Ndi which we all know and
acknowledge as being a fact.

Mac Satan came up with very good suggestions in his write up of 24/04/06 which I pleaded to fellow readers to refer to because I very much bought his ideas. I did not expect Watesih to come back and unpreach what he suggested unless he is very selective in his reading. I thought that one of the main objectives of this forum is to share and learn from each other.

Normal human beings always revisit their conscience and take stock of their life. Unless I am grossly mistaken, only God does not take stock of His life because he does not make mistakes.

Please, understand Mac Satan. Give the Fru Ndirians and the Ngwasirians a chance to revisit their conscience and philosophy. They are only human until we make them demi-gods.

Christopher Ngwasiri

Rexon

Ngwasiri Christopher,

What you have said is your own side of the story and i will advise you to read the constitution of la republique du cameroun and tell me what it says about you.

Rexon

Ngwasiri,

The business between Fru Ndi and other SDF militants like Ngwasiri, yourself, Dr Agbormbai is known only by your hearts. The truth is, you know what you are up to and your concience will be your true judge.

We of the southern cameroons independence movement have cited several crucial issues for you. I used to read the NESPROG about or more than a decade ago. I know what the SDF is up to. The political implication of your very murderous actions through your SDF "goat di chop for place we them tie yi" actions is known by some of us.

I have asked you SDF militants and will still ask again:
Why did fru Ndi rented his house to PMUC?
Why did fru ndi received money to subsidised his hospital bills and transport his wifes death body from the biya regime?
What is the economic implications on that on his interest in governing cameroon?

Can you please explain frankly in this forum, what Jua, Ngwasiri, Muna are up to other than playing with peoples minds.

What you are trying to do is what i will describe and have described previously as "Choice of words"

All those words, antagonism, tribalism, terrorism, etc has been heard by freedom fighters and will still be heard. So to say, they belong to the dictionary and will always be employed by criminals like you to describe people. note well, one man's terrorist, antagonists, tribalist is another mans freedom fighter.

The constitution of the SDF remains the most important document to be used by all courts hearing any SDF matter before them.In the past we or most of us have accepted decisions rendered by courts infavor of one of the factions and naturally against the other. As fair play it is our duty to remain calm while the court pass judgments on the matters before them.Insults on they who are highly educated and experienced in Law more than we do, show how dishonest we are.Insulting the Muna' family, the bangwa people, Ngwasiri, Fru Ndi etc. will not help us.Lets produce constructive fora to solve the conflict of interest which is at the origine of the "SDF fire".If we are united and strong enough we can still take back our case and solve in within the SDF family. But before this should happen everybody must be ready to accept errors and fualts committed against one another.None of us is perfect and we all no matter how foolish we may be considered by the others do have our own " foolish contribution" to make which will still help in building the SDF.To me, most people in this forum have failed in the purpose of their write ups.It is not for us to insult but for us to make constructive suggestions and points in order to safe our country from further mess.No matter which part we come from or political ideology we hold,we should try as much as possible to respect that of others and it is in trying to bring our differences together and making good use of them, will make us stronger.I know most of us in this forum are between the ages of 19 and 50.That is the age which has the greatest number of persons in Cameroon that can play a very important part in the building of our country( highest in terms of voting age). Most of us are out of the country not for pleasure trips or by choice but forced by the nature of events back home due to dictatorship and poor management by the Biya government.Lets not make thesame mistake others have made by not making reasonable and meaningful contribution to this conflict. We have a say and must say it wisely in order to make an impact for the future of our country.

Mr Pascal
Im not a party worshipper but a concerned anglophone.I have one question for you,far from the SDF saga.Do you agree that there is an anglophone problem in Cameroon?
Will be right back after that?

akoson you are playing an old game.
tell us if you are scnc or not.

CAMEROON-INFO.NET IS REFUSING TO SUBSCRIBE SOUTHERN CAMEROONIANS.

Camerounese jerks will carry their censorship all over.

If you go to Cameroon-info.net and request a subscription approval, stating clearly that you are a Southern Cameroonian or an SCNC activist, they will refuse to approve your subscription.

I encourage you to try it.

I have asked the SCNC in North America to investigate this blatant censorship.

Kudos to The Post for being such an open network that lets all these filthy frogs talk here.

Anyway, whatever they do, they will never change this:

The Southern Cameroons SHALL BE INDEPENDENT.

NOTHING and we mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING can stop it.

Mr. Ngwasiri Christopher,

I've hardly ever reacted to your contribution but I wouldn't do my conscience and the truth any good to remain folded-arms this time around. May I just pull your ears to one point; THE SCNC IS NOT A SECESSIONIST NOR SEPARATIST MOVEMENT...IT IS A FREEDOM FIGHTING GROUP...that seeks solution to the restoration of the lands of the southern Cameroons. We aim to push out occupying forces from our land either by peace or by FORCE. What you just wrote above is your own story and I bet that it doesn't reflect the interest of atleast 1/10000000 of the minds of the Southern Cameroonians. I wouldn't dispose of my passport but I'll do so when we must've successfully push these invaders out of our land.

Rexon, whether you like it or NOT, I'm an SCNC activist and an SDF militant. JB Samba and Fon Lawrence both attempted a good answer to my case. I think they're not far from the idea of the truth. Note that I'm Not violating any law to be on either side. The SCNC is not a political party but it's just like a CSO. And I think that the SDF regards the SCNC and their claims.

Momo, my stance has be thought hard on, not only by myself but by political experts. IT's the best position I'm taking.... critically taking into consideration the political situation of Cameroon and the loathsomeness of the internaional community to force francofools...spare me, out of our motherland.

I'm a man of principles..I'LL NEVER GIVE UP MY STANCE. The SCNC issue and I are just like husbands and wives...until death do us part.

And they are using their old tactic to divert the attention of readers from the real issue. We are talking about the mess that has been officially instituted in the SDF, and people are pulling the "madding crowd" into talking about Anglophones and Francophones.

Charity begins at home, and we must first clean our inner house before we start pointing our fingers to Francophones. If we continue to remain divided, then all those Anglophones who APPARENTLY struggle to liberate Anglophones labor in vain. Some of us reject everything Francophone, and yet we were the very ones jumping into the internet streets to praise decisions taken by Francophones. When the Butcher of Balikumbat was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, some of us, Anglophones, even went as far as sending in motions of support to the Francophone minister of justice and keeper of the seals. When some of us were defending the fact that Ni John Fru Ndi collected BLACK money from the CPDM government so as to treat his late wife abroad, we forgot that the money was coming from Francophones or from La Republique Du Cameroun. And some Anglophones living abroad are rejecting everything Francophone, but they are using the Passport of La Republique du Cameroun to reap benefits. What an irony!

When some of us, Anglophones, were defending the normality of Ni John Fru Ndi's "child" getting married to the child of CPDM parliamentary leader (Ndongo Essomba), we failed to realize that the other side was Francophone. And when Anglophones get the independence that the United Nations will hardly grant, how shall we consider this child of Ndongo Essomba and the grand children will be having with an anglophone childf?

And our "Senior Jurnalist", Aaron Nyangkwe even went as far as throwing all Francophone Journalists into the waste Basket, without recalling that one of these Francophone Journalists was actually teaching much more better and important Anglophones. Pius Njawe of Le Messager lectured in the USA and received awards from an Anglophone United States of America. Even if Aaron Nyangkwe should live on earth for one hundred years, die and then come back to live another three hundred years, he will NEVER teach journalism in the USA and he will never get the Award that Pius Njawe, a Cameroonian Francophone Journalist has got.

I will soon be clearing off all the dirts that people are pouring into this forum to defend the selfishness of the SDF hierarchy. Readers are now seeing all what I have been crying in this forum. I may not support any of the opposing factions within the SDF, but I hold the SDF Leadership for pulling the SDF into mud. The good thing with me is that I do not just jump into the congregation of noise makers. I make such I bring facts and sense. I am still to bring out some of the urgly realities surrounding this SDF shit.

My present prayer is that the good Lord should be put his watchful eyes on Professor Ngwasiri. There are dangerous plans underground for this man. His defense, it has been demonstrated, is God. The fact that Professor Ngwasiri could go right to Bamenda and after lecturing people on the dictatorial behaviour of Ni John Fru Ndi left Bamenda without been killed, is clear confirmation that God is on his side. Even those drugged to throw human blood merely collected money and then found no reasons to kill someone who is speaking for general good.

Jean Founda Ndi is a finished man.

Christopher Ngwasiri,
I shall never be a copy cat in my life.I will never say and do things because others do so.Lets begin with what you are tirelessly wracking your brains
trying to explain about CPDM courts. All courts in Cameroon,be them in the English speaking or French speaking part of Cameroon are Cpdm courts. No judgement worth the salt has ever been passed in Cameroon, because of obstruction of justice
which is a modus operandi of the Cpdm regime. The most hardened criminals in Cameroon have never been brought to justice because of their sympathy for the CPDM party
and government. The High court which is at the top of all the other courts has always set a bad example ,by distorting results of all elections in Cameroon.Talking about Fon Doh,the judge said it clearly that there was unbearable pressure through out their deliberations.15 years will never be good
sentence for a venerated murderer.
Secondly ,the learned and educated man you have always claimed to be should know that when others put this in quotes,"La Republic Francaise du Cameroon",they are not saying this nomenclature actually exists, but it is an inference to the gruesome legacy of French presence in Cameroon. They are aware as you do that we are first English and French speaking ,before being Cameroonian. But they will never turn a blind eye on the fact that the French presence in Cameroon is undesirable and uncalled for.I see you are
carried away because you have a Cameroonian passport, identity card and because you people have been having your pay from the Cpdm to destabilise the SDf.Having all these is a natural right for Cameroonians ,
not a privilege .
I`m happy all the examples you cited are far flung in History.I want you to learn today ,that with the advent of terrorism in the world today ,all concepts have been redefined.Relationships between people and states have all been redefined.
So using the words eternally diametrically
opposed shows that long lasting solutions to the world`s problems now will hardly come by ,because all the dynamics have changed. There`s a Ngwasiri-Biya entente and nothing like Biya/Fru ndi entente.Ngwasiri is the one begging the Beti people to allow him organise his Convention in their city, and using money the government has given Muna to destabilise the SDF.
Christopher Ngwasiri, last time you went into hiding, because you were overwhelmed by shame ,having published Nkemgu`s name here on your brother`s list and beating your chase about intellectuals preparing a convention in Yaounde.Today you are sluggishly coming out of your hiding place ,because you heard that the Cpdm courts have made your brother a star. You even argue there`s nothing like Cpdm courts.
I want to make it clear to you, that if you are pinpointing me,then it is because you are getting the exact message that is meant for people like you and your brother. Now and then you come on blasting Fru Ndi,but now that you discover the Yaounde convention may not hold, you have suddenly made an about turn, talking about reconciliation between the warring factions in the SDf.Why are you not publishing the programme of the convention any longer as you did before? Shameless oldman!
In every family, every party, there will always be people who have an eye for details and this are the Guardians of the tradition of the party. If your coming on and off here was meant to deceive anyone, then know that you are mistaken.I in particular take stock of your activities ,as you have been taking of mine, and i`m ready to continue flocking you till you stop behaving like a man trying to cheat his barber.
If Prof. Ngwasiri is sending you to weep up sentiments here while he is still dragging the SDF in law courts, then tell him you are not going to have your cake and eat it.I repeat we don`t negotiate with terrorits. There`s a case pending in court between NEC and NAC,and you stealthily start talking about reconciliation.Let your
brother come out and tell Cameroonians what is wrong with him and what he is up to.Failure to do this will only further isolate you people and worsen your case.
Listen Christopher, normal human being revisit their conscience and make drastic
changes, especially when it has to do with
a party, where all the militants are expecting to hear from them. But we don`t know what your brother is up to.Has he come out against the decision of the court in yaounde, and said he prefers to return to the house and wash his dirty linen there?
Three weeks to the convention,we hear about money coming in from provinces, but we don`t hear about him, especially as militants are doubting whether there will be another convention in Yaounde or not.So where is your brother? I will never be afraid when people with dubious personalities like you call me names, but what i do best is lay bare the petit wits you people are coming up with and make sure you pay a price for
your foolhardy.

WE'RE NOT DIVERTING FROM THE ISSUES...

...AND MY HARD QUESTIONS AGAIN!!!

Look Here Mukete, your write up has been thesame. I just laughed from the start through the end. It contained NOTHING for anyone to go thinking about. I thought you'd gone to hide from the Jua shock. Do you think I've forgotten to expose your dirty anus to the public? You can continue to deceive block-headed Cameroonians with your fiction...afterall that's your job - writing fiction and chopping huge sums of money like the Ngwasiri sponsored journalists. Goodluck! And note that WE'RE NOT DIVERTING FROM ISSUES...THE PRESENT SDF IMBROGLIO REMAINS ONE OF OUR PARAMOUNT CASE.

Watesih, I didn't expect anything less from you than the point you scored Christopher. These guy's just being miserable and has vowed the last drop of his blood to see his brother too be called a Chairman...nonsense! Ngwasiri is NOT a born leader. We don't need cowards and CPDM sponsored agents like them to deter the plans we've got to evenly develop our country. THE YAOUNDE CONVENTION WILL NOT HOLD. Period!

And to my Dearest Cameroonians, note that we don't dodge away from the issues plagueing our country. If anybody has their own view on where they belong - SCNC or SDF or both, shouldn't mean that we're diverting attention from the SDF palavar which, I'm certain, is one of the most paramount issues on the table. People only tend to handpick and react to specific paragraphs of what I write. They always dodge from answering the ONLY and HARD questions I've always put forward.

We debate in fora and this one in particular to suggest lasting solutions to pertinent problems our country faces. But since the post brought this fine initiative, we've not scored any point. We're still at 0 percent. This shows that we need to work extremely hard. I think that inorder to solve a problem we need to ask questions how and why that problem came about. What we see from the surface is a bridge of the constitution by who? Ni John Fru Ndi or NEC? Who brought the divide of the SDF - NGWASIRI. Now answer these questions for me my dearest Camerooninas;

About the terrorist - the "learned professor" my questions go; did he NOT serve the "illegal" NEC for three years? What was he waiting for all this while? If he knew that as president of NAC he could bring order in the pary, why did he resign? Now, let's assume that he's still an sdf militant and that he's still president of NAC...is it of any good faith to "counter-convene" NEC meeting that he(Ngwasisri) also part-took in convening in Bamenda? Why do they not air out their views at NEC meetings? Why did he have to hire thugs disrupt a NEC meeting that was scheduled in Douala recently? Was that the right procedure a "learned" prof. had to take? Why did the thugs have to retreat when they saw Ni John Fru Ndi? Why did the thugs have to blame and slam on him(Ngwasiri) bitterly for hiring them to obstruct a meeting that Ni John Fru Ndi was present? Why did the thugs have to appologise to Ni John Fru Ndi that they never knew he was the one to chair an "illegal" meeting Ngwasiri told them about? And that why did they(the thugs) say that they can never believe that a meeting chaired by the chairman of a party can ever be illegal? Why did he(Ngwasiri), the terrorist have to include names of Yaounde militants unwilling to kill the party into his list of organising committte members for a Yaounde convention that'll NOT hold? If I was one of them, I'll tell him that the courts exist...nonsense!

If Ngwasirians don't sit up to answer these questions, then the SDF saga will continue unabated for ages. And be sure that before you know it you'll start making statements like "I never knew this Ngwasiri to be such a coward".

Don't go away...be right back!

Boy

Akoson,
It is really a pathetic situation to have the likes of muketes and Ngwasiris at this critical stage that our country finds itself in.One thing, society could never have been complete without this type.Anyway they say it is democracy and everyone has a right to his opinion,so there is no surprise some people choose to embrace the devil. No amount of wisdom will change this type for I see that they are out on a suicide mission,to sink the boat and let everybody drown.

Mukete, you hate Fru Ndi as a person, and do not also like his leadership ability, yes, that you have a democratic right to your opinion, what we diagree with you is that you base all your reasons on lies and fiction.Look at this one,A NEC meeting that was held in Bamenda last saturday in which Jua distanced himself from your hero Ngwasiri, you claim it was held in Yaounde in a secret place,at night and in the presence of two important members of the CPDM who were bearers of a message from Biya saying that he does not want to see SDF divided, and that Jua was put under pressure to denounce Ngwasiri, then after the meeting he slept in a secret place.Who were these CPDM barons?how did they find themselves at a NEC meeting?who put Jua under pressure and why did he have to sleep in a secret place?.When you write things like this based on imagination, not verifiable facts, how do you expect cameroonians to take your type serious.

Watesih, kudos, your write ups always hit the nail on the head, keep on.As for the Ngwasiris, whether chris or clement, they will never face the truth, because it would appear the very fabric of this family is built on dishonesty. This is a man who first appeared on this forum to tell us that his family is highly educated and learned, all thanks to clement who sponsored all of them to study in renowned academic institutions in the west only with a bare stipend of 15.000frs cfa a month. This I have no quarrel with, but he also said he was not in for politics but we later found him acting as a propaganda secretary for his brother, publishing a list of organisers of his brother's convention in Y'de based on forgery.Seeing that the Y'de convention issue hit the rocks, nobody heard of him again, and he re-surfaced when his brother sponsored journalists to misinterpret a decision of a Y'de court suspending the resolutions of both NEC and NAC which his brother is puportedly leading pending further examination.Interpreting this to mean victory for his brother, chris came out forcefully, castigating Fru Ndi as an illiterate bookseller who has learned very fast to become a hard dictator, then he turns around and find that they were simply carried away by the news caption, but that was not the real decision and start preaching reconciliation.Yes reconciliation, but how????????

Chris, tell your brother that any meaningful reconciliation will only be based on honesty, because we have seen your brother manifest alot of dishonesty since the start of the SDF crisis.Tell him that since he was the one who broke away from the party and started shouting from tree tops,he should humble himself and come back to the house for the reconciliation to begin.Reconciliation will not take place in the courts because who ever leads the SDF will be determined by the will of the people not the will of the courts.
