I think many of us that are seemingly interested in politics must have learnt a lesson from Ngwasiri's confessions. I personally appreciate his courage and decision to speak to the chairman and ask for forgiveness. One can only wonder what might have gone through his mind during this period. The bitter truth is, Ngwasiri was misled by the Murderous CPDM and have now been touched by the spirit of the lord and have decided to ask for forgiveness before it is too late.

Kudos Ngwasiri.

Neba Funiba

I hope SDF does not fall for the second coming of the bombastic crank, ben muna, in the name of reconciliation. He has a tarnished reputation especially after receiving bribes while working at Arusha and being yanked from the Legal Bench. The man is a disgrace.

The reconciliation between Prof.Ngwasiri, and Fru Ndi is another end-of-year Political storm that took everyone offguard including the Chairman himself. This reconciliation can be looked at from different perspectives. First, Prof.Ngwasiri has transcended the limitations of petit human ironies. This is examplified from the humility with which he played the whole game. There are two things that point to the naturalness of his move. First he took Fru Ndi by surprise, and secondly he made it clear that he will subsequently pen a special letter to Ben Muna.
My second thrust has to do with the whole
idea of Anglophone Politicians ,and the dubious game of reconciliation.Ours is a History of misery, subjugation, exclusion, but those who have always been called to lead us have always carved out the same pattern at the end. This pattern is that of a man who will all through live in ignominy, and when he starts walking down the last mile of his life,he will suddenly become angelic, and want his sins to be forgotten with the twinkle of an eye.We have got many of them, the S.t Munas,Fonchas,Mbiles and you name them. What we are saying is that the whole idea of reconciliation is good, but when it is taken as a pattern of behaviour of a people ,then that people will always be losers.Everytime ,our leaders have to set the hands of the clock behind, only to mumble some distorted utterances when they discover that their foolhardy cannot lead them anywhere.Granted that Fru Ndi himself is very cultivated when it comes to forgiveness
the story of the SDF today would have been a different one.We would have been living the Palestinian situation, where the various factional leaders would transform themselves into warlords.Fru Ndi has always used the language of peace to explain himself. When Biya put him under house arrest,he came out and did not profess war, when his wife died people pushed their cynicism to a fault insulting him,but he remained true to himself. When people want his head for accepting money from Biya,he takes time off to explain himself.Biya rigs all elections ,and is ready for war but Fru Ndi has refused to be dragged into that temptation.
The Ngwasiri saga created monters,fools,
and financial terrorists out of people. As far as fools are concerned,we saw people who out of share opportunism thrust themselves to the limelight making salacious proclamations ,and promises about the SDF.
Some promised having to see to it that Ngwasiri succeeds in his bid to destabilise the party.Others became so ridiculous that they promised Fru Ndi persona non grata in London ,and Europe. The man who started all this has now changed his language. On which leg are they going to dance, now that Prof.
Ngwasiri is determined not to pay heed to any malicious interpretations of his actions? When it came to using finances to buy a noble course like that of liberating Cameroonians from Biya,it was even more frustrating.Part of the money Ondo Ndong swindled was used to tarnish the reputation of the SDF,and we saw how people went so low on National ,and international Media to have a chunk of this. But one thing is clear, that "Truth pressed to the earth ,will rise again",as one of our able contributors here Roki of Shanghai has all through marshalled about the SDF saga.

Fellow Southern Cameroonians,

2006 draws to a close with the people of the Southern Cameroons still faced with the hardship and impoverishment that has been their lot since the invasion and occupation of our homeland by France masquerading as la République du Cameroun in 1961.

The Southern Cameroons with international boundaries long ago established as a former League of Nations mandate, a former UN Trust Territory, and a former self-governing territory with an elected Prime Minister, which had the honor of having the first democratic change of government in Africa in 1958, today stands as a wasteland where the French and their African surrogates from Yaoundé rape, beat, and kill our citizens with officially sanctioned immunity. The routine brutality of the occupation forces was once again taken up a notch leading up to the October 1, 2006 commemorations and during the University of Buea strike in November of 2006.

2006 came and went without any word regarding the investigations Paul Biya and his Vichy-like Yaoundé junta said will be conducted regarding the killing of defenseless students at the University of Buea in 2005. In November 2006, la République du Cameroun killed again in Buea, establishing itself as an effective state-sponsor of terrorism in a land beyond the international boundaries she had at her independence on January 1, 1960.

2006 for the Southern Cameroons Interim Government in exile (IG) has been a year of tremendous growth. Strategic alliances within and beyond the Southern Cameroons were formalized, rewarding our strident belief that France remains the enemy we must dislodge from our land.

2006 enabled the world to see leaders like Laurent Gbagbo of Côte d’Ivoire, Paul Kagame of Rwanda and Yoweri Museveni of Uganda validate, by their public statements, the strategic and political philosophy the IG adopted at its creation in November of 2003 in positioning the liberation and independence of the Southern Cameroons as part of the final liberation of Africa from the depravity and arrogance driving a racist French policy of continuous colonial exploitation and manipulation on the continent.

2007 will see the IG broaden and strengthen its reach within the territory of the Southern Cameroons in ways that will tangibly challenge the ideological and physical presence of the occupation forces from la République du Cameroun that represent French interests in our land.

2007 will also see the consolidation of our strategic alliances in other parts of Africa, Europe and the US that will enable the people of the Southern Cameroons and its Liberation Movement to confront France and their puppet state, la République du Cameroun du Premiere Janvier 1960 in an ever more pronounced manner.

We send all Southern Cameroonians best wishes for the holidays and the New Year.

Annan Leaves: Good Riddance
December 14, 2006
MedCom/IG

The abolitionist, William Wilberforce would have had a formidable opponent in Kofi Annan. Like his African predecessor Boutros Boutros-Ghali, they’ll suffer the infamy of having been at the controls during genocide galore in Africa: The French genocides in Rwanda and Congo-Brazzaville, and of course the current one in Darfur.

Hiding behind the purported interests of the Security Council members is an unacceptable alibi. Where better men could have used the bully pulpit of their positions to invoke moral outrage or resign all together, Kofi Annan in particular, with his immoral recidivism in Congo-Brazzaville and Côte d’Ivoire, acting as the blue-eyed boy of an ongoing evil French enterprise in Africa opted for the role of a collaborator against fellow Africans. Maybe he will follow in the foot steps of Boutros Boutros-Ghali and lead the francophonie next.

The Southern Cameroons Interim Government sadly recalls that because Kofi Annan decided to stand for the interests and designs of France against that of the various African peoples, those of the Southern Cameroons, Bakassi included, he bears responsibility for the war of liberation the people of the Southern Cameroons, including the inhabitants of Bakassi are condemned to wage against France masquerading as la République du Cameroun for their independence from a brutal French occupation.

“Meticulously prepared by Ahidjo's French lawyers … the Foumban Constitution was a sham that safe for appearance was an annexation was the Southern Cameroons,” so boasted Pierre Messmer, a former French Prime Minister and colonial governor of French Cameroun.

Kofi Annan, predictably did his best to maintain this act of war against the African inhabitants of the Southern Cameroons, despite various appeals to him personally to invoke the Charter of the UN and give the people of the Southern Cameroons the independence the British sold-off to their European French cousins.

Kofi Annan unabashedly opted to serve the French in Africa, and through planted French nationals like Jean-Marie Guéhenno and Stéphane Dujarric, spent their most useful energies in the last months harassing the duly elected President of Côte d’Ivoire Mr. Laurent Gbagbo. They have played an important role in hindering justice and progress in Africa.

Good bye Kofi Annan. What a waste.

It remains imperative that Fru Ndi carries the day because the just shall live by faith. For those who will always kick up dust as far as that name is pronounced, know that you may take away every thing from him but you will never take away his honesty. this is what constitutes the best legacy. i do very much appreciates Ngwasiri's initiative to make this meticulous move. I also call on the sdf chieftain to be very careful because it may still be another calculated attempt to introduce another disorder in the dawn of a new year in the SDF party. Let him get back to the first stage and begin from there. In this way he will learn his lesson that power comes from the people. The SDF should forgive him but should never forget the aback distance his allegations have pushed the party as a whole.

Merry christmas to all contributors.

In times of crisis, information and support must be readily available and easy to access for those who need it. We would like Ngwasiri to come forward and inform us of what really went wrong in his mind whether good or bad. If he received money from the CPDM, he should name his conspirators, if he did not but had some untold grudges about the party or the chairman, he should inform us. We need facts to be able to analyse the situation not just a public apology. I think it will help us more if we understand what really went wrong.

It amazes me when writers here take leadership scuffles amazingly eccentric. Leadership problems and infighting are everybody. We have seen that here with labour, we have seen Tommy Sheridan leaving the Scottish national party for his own creation, we have George Galloway leaving labour for RESPECT PARTY, etc.

I have always asked Ngwasiri and written here that if he is not satisfied with the current leadership of the SDF, he can creat his own party. He should not be having court cases with the SDF. To me, he was just interested in destroying the SDF rather than criticising them. That is different from people like Asonganyi who left the party. Though they have been criticising the party through exercising their freedom of speech, they have been doing that in a very mature way. They are focusing on lies and blackmail like the Muna/Ngwasiri camp was doing.

Additionally, Fru Ndi took money for Ma Rose’s death from the CPDM and also rented his house to the PMUC, a French gambling company. Though I want to believe he did’nt do these for political or selfish reasons but to solve his ostensibly humanitarian and economic problems at the time, in my view, that was a political blunder and I will humbly advise him to also apologise to the entire Cameroonian populace. This is because he has technically destroyed the aspirations, trust and respect of a vast majority of those who believed in the SDF especially his bamilikie/graffi brothers. Those who want to dispute with me should question some of them. If you read our peoples mines, u will understand their political emptiness, their unique lamentation, their lack of trust on the political leadership of their country, etc. I am also bewildered by the actions of all those who were advising him to do so at the time like Mbah Ndam.

One of the greatest and hardest things to accept is that you should be colonised. You can't tell us to forget the colonisation of the Southern Cameroons, move on and sweep it under the carpet, etc. it's not acceptable in a civilized and modern society. If you have nothing to hide then you let others have a look at it. The facts are clear, some political figures in the Southern cameroons have instead acted as a tool of oppression of the Southern Cameroonian people. Time and again, we have seen them acting as spin doctors against our beloved SCNC. La Republique’s colonial agents have this tendency of trying to legitimise the colonial instincts of Paris through frequent meaningless and worthless press releases relating to different issues. That is why they have qualified handclappers in their parliament. One southern Cameroonian parliamentarian, Mbah Ndam, trained and brainwashed in Yaounde has been busy legitimising the colonisation of our land. Those from Batibo can testify that he did’nt have investments in Batibo, even a single house but was busy doing business with agents of la republique francaise du cameroun. But when the constitution of the SDF posited that someone must have a certain amount of investment in his heritage before contesting for that region, he quickly shuttled for Batibo and bought properties at there. That is something seemingly difficult to accept.the truth is difficult, but must be spoken by independent minds like us.

There are lots of Southern Cameroonians expatriates brainwashed in the colonial headquaters of la republique and we must not listen to. When they live in Yaounde for soo long, they start behaving funny, with no sense of direction, always pretending to be conscious but technically destroying all the aspirations of Southern Cameroonians and supporting everything la republique. They include, the Muna’s (Momo), Nwalipenja’s, Ngute (Ndian), Agbor Tabi’s, Tabetando’s, Enow’s, Egbe’s, (Manyu), Inoni’s, Ndumbe’s, (Fako’s), etc. Others pretend to live in their respective heritage but having trained and indoctrinated by la republique and france, they are always acting as a tool of oppression. They include the Mukete’s, Angwafors, endeleys, Njeuma’s, Ndehs, Bongam’s, Musonge’s etc. etc. While we are busy trying to free our beloved populace, they are busy grooming new ones (through placing their children at ENAM, EMIA, Police, etc) to take over their reign of terror on our people. It is like a black man who will live in Europe or white neighbourhoods for soo long and start behaving like the common problems of the black man does not matter to him.

Ni John was the first to say the government has been tolerant with our beloved SCNC. What does he want the government to do to us? Murder all Southern Cameroonians in their habitual sadistic and savagery nature. Moreso, as someone with a Southern Cameroonian heritage, he is not supposed to contest for presidential elections in La Republique as a Southern Cameroonian. God Knows that he cannot be president of that failed republic and Hogbe Nlend, depanda Mouelle, etc publicly and rightly told him this. He knows that constitutionally, he is not one of theirs. But when we remind this SDF people here, they start dreaming.

In the meantime, I will rest my case!!!!!!!!!!

See you guys in January.

To be continued...........

Philosopher

Please let’s avoid criticising personalities , I think we will be doing Kofi Annan a great injustice if we have to judge him through the eyes of a so called southern Cameroonian. The UN is a very complex organisation difficult to manage and to get anything done, it is not only in case of Africa that the UN falls behind. You cannot blame that on one man not to talk of one member state. Annan will want to unite Africa more and more as Kwame Nkrunah will have wished rather than further divide it into small warring estates.
Countries have to know that no one country seeks the interest of the other and when people are negotiating they expect you to negotiate to your interest not anybodies. So if you do not fight for yourself, you will never win. Rwanda should have had contingency plans, if they did not and the world did not help them of course we should castigate the international community for that but do not ever think it was any international country’s responsibility to save Rwandans from killing each other. Tomorrow when you drive Cameroon to a similar situation, you will be making this same statement ten or twelve years on. We Have to prevent not cure.
Undoubtedly the intervention of France in the domestics issues of Africa has been to the detriment of the common African, a testament being the Ivory coast case you rightly mentioned, I just can’t see the reason why the world cannot stand up to this. We need to look for ways forward and make a change in our country and the continent and I will want to encourage all Cameroonians to put hands together to make a change.
The SCNC is a mafia, a fraternity for people who could not get appointments in the regime so they meet to vent their frustrations to the detriment of all Cameroonians. The earlier we realise this and set up a 21st century opposition party to help Cameroon out of this crises the better. We need a new dynamic, enthusiastic and articulate party in cameroon that represents all its people and has a promising agenda not phoney organisations to further frustrate our motherland.
Its rather frustrating that this news paper is a sympathiser of the SCNC, nevertheless I feel strongly it’s the right venue to make my point.
To all who respondent to my previous writings, I want to declare to you that am for real and not paid by anybody to express my God given right, I have to have an opinion, and if you are clever enough you will realise that I need not to be paid to have an opinion that differs from yours. Do not think all you say is Yeah and Amen, there’s no absolute truth and all we say could be refuted or better said in another way.
I wish all Good men and women of Cameroon, Merry Xmas and a very prosperous new year. Do not forget that while other economies in Africa are recessing Cameroons economy is growing, there are a lot of positive things we can celebrate in the new year rather remind ourselves of our sorrows all the time.
Long live UNITED REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON
God Bless you all

Hear this bootlicker:

"Do not forget that while other economies in Africa are recessing Cameroons economy is growing"

As you are developing your own economy, you think you can fool people that the Imaginary "our" economy is growing. Shame on you.

Akoson

Rexon, it puzzles me when you waste your precious time on people you know very well where they come from. When you read from such people, just scroll and forget the rubbish they post.

When people sit on their conscience and are bold enough to pronounce Cameroon's economy booming, there's no other conclusion far from the best guess that even MAD MEN go to school. We know where they come from and whose job they're protecting. They must go back and reflect on the lies they always say and the bad things they've done our economy...and their conscience'll hunt them for ever. This is the Christmas wish I wish them.

.

MY FRIENDS IN THE POLITICAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WORLD...I wish you well!

Mr. Paul Biya, Firstly, I'd like to say that to see what is right, and not do it, is want of courage or of basic principle. I wish you long LIFE to witness retributive justice.

Mr. Ni John Fru Ndi(the matador in Bamenda and conscience of Cameroon), truly I write this one with tears running down my cheek. They say you've wasted 16 years. That's not true. You didn't waste a single year. The first ever election you contested saw you victorious. Is this waste? If I had to select one quality, one personal characteristic that I regard as being most highly correlated with success, whatever the field, I would pick the trait of persistence and determination. The will to endure to the end, to get knocked down seventy times and get up off the floor saying, 'Here comes number seventy-one'! I am personally convinced that one person can be a change catalyst, a 'transformer' in any situation, any organization. Such an individual is yeast that can leaven an entire loaf. It requires vision, initiative, patience, respect, persistence, courage, and faith to be a transforming leader. You've been just that. However, never let your persistence and passion turn into stubbornness and ignorance. Wisdom, Prayers and committment is what I wish you!...it is your new year gift.

Mr. Ngwasiri, reconciliation should be accompanied by justice, otherwise it will not last. While we all hope for peace it shouldn't be peace at any cost but peace based on principle, on justice. Let the constitution of the SDF play it's role. And I know you're not unaware of the fact that more than any time in history mankind faces a crossroads. One path leads to despair and utter hopelessness, the other to total extinction. Let us pray that you, Ngwasiri have the wisdom to choose correctly. To you My SINCERE Merry X-mas and a PROSPEROUS 2007.

Mr. Ben Muna, indeed, man wishes to be happy even when he so lives as to make happiness impossible. You may also be interested to learn that the difference between greatness and mediocrity is often how an individual views a mistake...and my advise...when you make a mistake, don't look back at it long. Take the reason of the thing into your mind, and then look forward. Mistakes are lessons of wisdom. The past cannot be changed. The future is yet in your power. I wish you strength and knowledge to be able to rethink your strategy for leadership, fame and riches.

To all freedom fighters especially those who fight for the restoration of the statehood of the Southern Cameroons: including Rexon, Vito, Ndiks, SJ, Vally Bessong, Massamoyo, samleyin, Neba Funiba, ADAMA KWIKEH, Amin Nkem Atabs, Benny T, DaDiceman, Kumbaboy, langhai, Big Joe, Ma Mary, SJ etc etc, I've got just one word for you...Hope is the worst of evils, for it prolongs the torments of man! However, take control of your destiny. Believe in yourself. Ignore those who try to discourage you. Avoid negative sources, people, places, things and habits. Don't give up and don't give in. And you must look for ways to be an active force in your own lives. You must take charge of our own destinies, design a life of substance and truly begin to live your dreams. A BIG merry Christmas and a positively eventful 2007, I wish you!

To all the staunch 'postnewsline' SDF supporters including Fon, Watesih, Klemenceau, MukiStonehall, Tayong, Atangha, M. Nje, Feli et al, People of mediocre ability sometimes achieve outstanding success because they don't know when to quit. Most men succeed because they are determined to. Stay the cause gentlemen and keep speaking your truth quietly for they say "it is that truth that sets us free".

To all the Ngwasirit/Muna supporhters including BenTeribobs, Mukete, Ftroit, Vally of England, Momo, Fritzane Kiki, etc always remember that it is good to fight for your opinions, but do not believe that they contain the whole truth or the only truth. However while fighting but failed, remember that you become a champion by fighting one more round. When things are tough, you fight one more round. Although no one can persuade another to change. Each of us guards a gate of change that can only be opened from the inside. We cannot open the gate of another, either by argument or emotional appeal...the only thing I can do is wish you a splendid knowledge on decision-making, repentance and confession come 2007. Merry X-mas pals.

...And to all of you, as you reflect hard on designing your new year resolutions bear in mind that three grand essentials to happiness in this life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.

I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST OF 2007 BUT NOT ALL RIPE FRUITS ARE SWEET. Merry x-MAS!

The SON.

Big Joe

NGWASIRI: NI JOHN's POISONED XMAS GIFT

In spite of the much aluted "reconciliation, the bitter taste imposed by truth on those who can see it, remains in Ni John's mouth. Pa ee heart nova cold. Better no still dey.

While ostriches are celebrating victory over Ngwasiri's "carpet-crossing", Ni John who wears the shoe and knows where it pinches knows that the born-again (not political show, I'll explain later) is of no political and judicial moment as far as Ni John's political and legal troubles are concerned.

Hear Ni John ee cry: "Concerning the letters he (Ngwasiri) wrote to the courts, I told him the UNTOLD DAMAGE it (Ngwasiri's and Muna's political and judicial actions) has brought to my life and that of the party..."

Who knows what Ni John is talking about in "untold damage brought to his life"? Diboule!!! He knows he commandeered the assassination of Diboule and knows the investigations and his two-three encounters so far with the Yaounde state counsel are pointing to his doom. Pa di go ngata!

Above all, in "untold damage to the party", Ni John understands that whatever he may be presiding over in the name of the SDF is only a bleeding piece of the precious child we cautioned against here before this matter went out of hand.

Whiteman country ignoramoses are jubilating that Ni John has won, when the essence of what we have been saying here is that as long as NI John follows BAD NDAM in his game of exclusion to keep away those who want to shine the light against his game of dining with Biya's boys at night and shouting power in the day, there won't ever again be one strong SDF. That at best, our precious child SDF will be torn in the middle and left bleeding.

Ni John knows that this so-called Christmas reconciliation is far from a victory because he knows the damage done to the party and how many strong men are left with Muna's forces of revival to continue the fight for social justice, fairplay ans equal opportunities in the SDF.

Hear Ni John's cry: "The question I asked Ngwasiri was where does he keep all the people that he misled: the Ben Munas, the Wakais, Zamboue..?" Misled? Misled indeed! Time don reach for cry. Did we hear Atangha/George/Feli...say here that Nyoh Wakai had abandoned Muna? Which Wakai is Ni John crying for here?

I'll be back with the political INSIGNIFICANCE of a born-again (not political) "reconciliation", and also on already surfacing power tussle between BAD NDAM and Ni John.

Plus BAD NDAM's own reconciliation with MINATD Marafa after BAD NDAM made deceptive noise, challenging Marafa in the Assembly, though pretentiously selling out the Independent Electoral Commission.

Tori dey oo!!

They came, armed with weapons of death
Illegally marched they across our boarders
Into all nooks and corners of our territory in 1961
They lawlessly came into our homeland
As the Union Jack was brought down for the last time
To end the epoch of four decades and a half
Of the colonization of our native land by Brits
They came with a diabolic plan to annex
And occupy our homeland with a show of military force
By implanting fear in the psyches of our people
And recolonizing our nation.

Embedding fear in the soul of our people,
A lukewarm attitude bred in our morta,l
Our personality for four decades and a half
was controlled by fear, fear and fear
Fearfulness has eliminated our sense of unity that
Brought us out of the barbaric era of the Ibos of Nigeria in 1953
And gave us freedom , democracy and self governance
Years before our present colonizer could get one.

Because of fear, the leadership of West Cameroon kept mute
As Ahidjo Babatura dismantled our young democracy
Hired and fired our political leaders
Scraped our parliament, house of chiefs
Imposed administrators from LRC on us,
Those who understand not our culture, language
Nor our administrative system
To man the affairs of our nation and people

The Yoke Hydro electric power Station they
Demolished, went the with the wind,
Cameroon bank, Tiko sea and airports
Victoria seaport, Bali airport, wada, Mamfe
Creek port, etc were all junked
As our leadership and nationals watched
In the spell of hypnotism of fear
Acquired through of the show of arms
And total brutality on our citizens.

They renamed Victoria, Limbe
A meaningless appellation in the Bakweri language
Just to stop the world bank from funding
The construction of one of the deepest
Sea-ports in West Africa in Victoria city
And started rewriting our historic tie with the UK
Because of fear our people kept deaf-mute

Cultural racism they perpetuated on us
Enemies in the house, Biafra, Anglofool they called us
Because we speak the English language
In parliamentary sessions we are called Nigerians
And asked to go back to their country
Because of fear we accept to live with
those demeaning appellations and abuses

Crude oil from Ndian division they have plundered
for over four decades and a half for their development
Their despoilation of natural resources from our homeland,
Is 70% their Gross Nation Product.
Yet paved roads, clean water, good schools, etc we have not
Because of the fear ingrained in our man through barbarism
We dare not to challenge our colonizers.

West Cameroon marketing Board coined National Produce
Marketing Board that owned 5% share in CDC
And marketed only produce from Southern Cameroons
Was transferred to LRC, mismanaged and trashed
After her coffers were drained to pay salary for Camair workers
And service the debts of ghost companies for our colonizer
With seldom complicity of our kindred
All because of fear and greed

The ancestral land of the Bakweri people
Where CDC has her plantations
They strive to sell before 2008
To deprive the Bakweri People of their land
Which by UNO records the ownership of the
Land and plantation will be handed over to the Bakweris in 2008
Because of fear the Southern Cameroons people did not
Come to support the BLC legal Endeavour

They hunt, shoot and kill our citizens at will
From the innocent kid who was shot in Buea while fetching water
To the recent cold blooded murder of students of University of Buea
Whose only crime was protesting against corruption in admission
To the avalanche injustices and gruesome murders perpetuated on
Our people at the watchful eyes of our elite, chiefs and Fons
Who have been overtaken by fear, bemused and always ready
To give up their subjects who come out against
The abuses the colonizer inflict on citizenry

The intellectual capital we have
Our legal capital to freedom is enormous
Our political capital is great
But engulfed in acquired fear
Our elites, politicians, chiefs and fons
Have been made sheep as they
Sleep walk daily, pretending not to hear, see
Or know what goes on in their fatherland.

Because of fear of loosing grip on our homeland
And her assorted natural resources
Which they have being raping for almost five decades
La Republique Du Cameroun has employed
The divide and rule policy
Engaging us in fighting our kindred
As they loathe our resources to develop the country
While our homeland is destroyed and impoverished.

Fear has created negativity in the soul of our people .
Fear has rejected the Unity of our motherland
To the detriment of our people
Fear has closed down the spirit of Patriotism in our person
Made us cowards in our homeland to the colonizer.
Fear has weaken our quest for freedom and brainwashed us.
Fear has held down our development as a people and nation
Fear has kept us prisoners in our man and homeland
Fear is never sure and will never be sure.

If we are to be free, we have to overcome fear
If we shall be liberated by standing up against
The human right abuses, murders our people suffer daily,
And the cultural racism perpetuated on our people And nation.

Riccardo,

You will need more than God's blessing to keep a "united Cameroon"!

Are these meetings for your country's "patriots" you are advertising on a Southern Cameroon forum going to be held in the dilapidated cockroach-ridden thieves' dens called "embassies" of La Republic du Cameroun in Europe? Are those embezzling potbellied thieves your country calls "ambassadors" of La Republique du Cameroun going to be in attendance?

Hopefully the bailiffs don't call for the rent, which your country doesn't pay for these "embassies", while you are holding your meetings of "patriots"!

Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain and bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs;
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals;
and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love;
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment
it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful.
Strive to be happy.

Many including doubting Thomases are begining to see the truth behind the evil activities of Ben Muna et al.If this group had any geniune intentions behind their activities Ngwasiri would never have apologise to Fru Ndi and Cameroonians.Fru Ndi who has acccpeted this apology should eat with Ngwasiri with a spoon five thousand metres long. That man is still very dangerous. It'S true that evil doers and praise singers on the forum do not want to believe what Ngwasiri has done.I can assure them that not long from now Muna Iscariot including his emperor Paul Biya BI mvondo will be at Ntarikon palace with their knees down asking for forgiveness from their transgression against the children of God.Bendb quote even in your grave.

The love of our motherland the Republic of Cameroon (East-West, North and South)

Life isn't easy,democracy isn't easy to acquire,
And I'm nearly beating myself to death;
I have been kin to downtrodden thinking,
These rasps of torture are revealed in my quickened breath.

I do not want to succumb to my misery,
Because the love of my motherland can be a wonderful state;
If you reach out and grasp my hand,
Together, we can live a better life, that we, the people of the Great United and Strong CAMEROON will ourselves create.

I want to thrive,
In a connection of the heart, mind, and soul;
Because I should see what I have,
And stop this self-inflicted stress, self pity and the call for sectarian violence with tribalism that I have tolled.

Our patriotism and love of our Country, it's such an incredible experience,
A grand security, knowing that we will all strive, united for a better country;
We shall love our country forever, our beloved motherland partitioned by the colonialists,
In our unity, we will forevermore erase the tears we separately cried.

Boring, repetitious, mind-numbing, soul-deadening propaganda. Dadiceman, Riccardo must be secretly working for the SCNC. He is a constant reminder of the evil, unimaginative, sanctimonious, CNU demon talk that drives Southern Cameroonians nuts.

My wish for the New Year: continue more evil, unimaginative, sanctimonious, CNU demon talk and make our work ever easier.

Freedom from hearing this crap is by itself good reason for the struggle and independence.

Merry Christmas y'all.

BenB,
Welcome back Ben. A few points drew my attention to your write-up, Ngwasiri become a born again! reasons for the reconciliation you say! Good or bad Ben? The former and never the latter ,or am I wrong?

Mr Ben ,In as much as I shy away from SDF inhouse bickerings I think such a move by Ngwasiri should be be welcoming, shouldnt it?
I found it funny for you trying to play down the reconciliation calling it a "born again" show!

Let's look at it this way. No one want to be a prophet of doom, not even you, I guess, but trying to redicule this historic event can easily be interpretated as such. You rightly said you had wanted to see good out of your party and behold the occasion came, why then the fanning of more tentions calling the reconciliation a born again show?

I definitetly look forward to the day all southern Cameroonians will stop falling prey to the tactics of divide and rule of Mr Paul Biya , and I bet you l'll be the first person to see it Muna and Fru Ndi reconcile should the occasion arise. Its foolhardy
to play down this reconciliation!

Mr Ben, as a human right activist I vehemently condemned the killing of Diboule and should Mr Fru Ndi be found guilty ask for maximum jail term ,but then justice must take it full course. Calling for Mr Ndi's head even before justice is delivered can only be interpreted as preaching doom.

Gentleman I admire your determination to follow your policy but fairness and objectivity will do much more good than the contrary. I think Ngwasiri has done what any objective politicain would do ,no gainsaying.

In any case happy new year.

Happy new year to all. I think of ...

Hon Ngwasiri :"I Know of One SDF Chairman, Muna"

Cameroon Tribune - 27/12/2006]

Hon Ngwasiri declared during a chat yesterday with Cameroon Tribune

Hon. Ngwasiri Nforti Clement, SDF Member of Parliament for Mezam, North West Province, is considered to be at the centre of the recent problems rocking the Social Democratic Front. During a press conference in Yaounde last February, he declared that as Chairman of the National Advisory Council (NAC), he has taken over the running of the SDF till new elections are conducted into the SDF National Executive Committee (NEC). This was because the mandate of the then NEC expired in 2003.

Since then there has been squabbles in the SDF leading to the existence of two factions.

Relations between Ngwasiri and Fru Ndi went sour. Surprisingly last December 19, Hon. Ngwasiri accompanied by his wife and a pastor had personal reconciliation with Fru Ndi. In a chat with Cameroon Tribune yesterday in Yaounde, Hon Ngwasiri narrated the story of the reconciliation and decision to resign from the SDF. He refused to be interviewed. With regard to his recent actions, Hon. Ngwasiri said he does not take decisions by himself. "I act by divine inspiration". He said that he went to Bamenda on December 19 to reconcile with Fru Ndi as an indiividual and not as leader of the SDF. He said that at Fru Ndi’s residence, he apologised to Fru Ndi and called on Fru Ndi to forgive him of any wrong he might have committed. Fru Ndi on his part, he said, also apologised to him. After this, the pastor as well as Fru Ndi prayed. The reconciliation took place in the presence of some NEC members of the Fru Ndi faction of the SDF who had come for other matters.

While going for the reconciliation meeting, Hon. Ngwasiri said, he took along letters addressed to Presidents of the courts in Yaounde and Bamenda. In the letters he withdrew from all the court cases concerning the SDF. When he came back from Bamenda, on December 20, following the same inspiration, he wrote a resignation letter to Barrister Bernard Muna, National Chairman of the SDF Yaounde. The letter, a copy of which he gave Cameroon Tribune reads, "I have the honour to hereby notify you of my resignation from the Social Democratic Front (SDF), party with effect from December 20, 2006". As to whether he was resigning from the Muna faction of the SDF to join that of Fru Ndi, he said, "I know of one SDF chairman, Muna", adding that he cannot resign from where he did not belong. Asked to give more explanation on the decision, Hon. Ngwasiri said he will soon give a press conference to explain his actions.

BenB

Tayong, thanks for disagreeing with me, but I can afford to respond because you at least sound like a gentlemen, far, far from the madding crowd.

You sound like you mean well. You sound like you try to understand something, whatever opinion you may hold. Unlike those other ones who only write to console themselves.

They sound like they prefer to be RIGHT than to see the right or understand the politik in the politics.

That's why I want to thank Manga for posting the Cameroon Tribune story here, that brings out better than I did, what I meant by "born-again" not political reconciliation.

Take this: "Hon. Ngwasiri said he does not take decisions by himself. 'I act by divine inspiration'. He said that he went to Bamenda on December 19 to reconcile with Fru Ndi as an indiividual and not as leader of the SDF."

And whom does Ngwasiri write to, in resigning from the SDF? Muna of course. Ngwasiri writes to Muna: "I have the honour to hereby notify you of my resignation from the Social Democratic Front (SDF), party with effect from December 20, 2006".

Cameroon Tribune continues: "As to whether he was resigning from the Muna faction of the SDF to join that of Fru Ndi, he said, "I know of one SDF chairman, Muna", adding that he cannot resign from where he did not belong. (Meaning Ngwasiri reiterates he belongs with Muna, not Fru Ndi).

Wuna don hear? Wuna prefer man like me wey di take de trouble to explain things for wuna to understand or man wey ee join wuna for hide the truth or tell lies?

BenF, BenB, BenTeriBobs and Vally England are all the same person, and I know who this individual is. This individual is a hate monger. He lives in Britain and is close to the Muna family. His father is Bamileke and his mother is Metta. He went to P.S.S Mankon and his initials are E.P. Keep writing all your hate-mongering trash and I will expose you as well as your ties to the Munas.

Last night in Limbe, we did some research and now know who this individual is.

Dear ALL,
Whether Ngwasiri wrote to Muna as National Chairman of what (..........?) is of no consequence. We should remember that he had excluded himself from the SDF as per the illegal NAC meeting he convened in Y'de on February 13, 2006. NEC confirmed his auto-exclusion on February 25, 2006 in D'la. Since then he (Ngwasiri) has been in an unholy alliance with Ben Muna. Isn't it but logical that he resigns from Muna's non-existent "original SDF"? In other words, he started this thing with Muna & now that he's retiring from politics, he needs to make Muna feel that he (Muna) is National Chairman of a non-existent political party?
Muna has been telling the world that they're in courts with the SDF, but when you look critically into the file Ngwasiri took to court, you'll see that Ngwasiri was asking the Mfoundi Courts to help him cancel NEC Resolutions of February 25, 2006 (in D'la) confirming his auto-exclusion from the SDF. Now that he has withdrawn (himself) from these cases, what will Muna et al tell the courts today? That he (Muna) has replaced Ngwasiri as a former NAC Chair or MP? Of course, the courts will NEVER force a member on a political party!

More so, I feel Ngwasiri wants to reconcile with the SDF & the people he misled, so as to quit the political scene smiling with both SDF & his former allies in dissension?
However, I've seen those letters Ngwasiri wrote to the courts withdrawing himself from the cases, but I'm yet to see the letter Ngwasiri is said to have addressed to Muna as "National Chairman". One can also inteprete that Ngwasiri is not sincere in reconciling with the people. Cameroonian journalists are good at legalising and legitimisng lies, especially those of the state media. And so, I may not be wrong if I say Cameroon Tribune is bent on encouraging division in the SDF by publishing half-truths?
By & large, let's focus on how to uproot this CPDM kakistocracy from power soonest than soon. They may be celebrating that their ELECAM has scaled thru the National Assembly and "progressively" has become 18 months. If we want to stop ELECAM or 18 months, we CAN do it. Let 2007 be the year where Cameroonians will stand up like ONE MAN & say NO to biyamocracy.
Happy New Year to all!

Ben Muna Iscariot (Junior Traitor) son of ST Muna (Senior Traitor)

2 weeks ago, someone who attended the funeral of S.T. Muna 5 years ago handed to me the eulogy which Ben Muna Iscariot wrote for his father -- the Senior traitor. This Ben Muna Iscariot, the junior traitor is really shallow. In the eulogy, Ben Iscariot Muna is worried about whether his father is going to have bodyguards where he is going? Ben Muna writes “Weh papa, are you going to have bodyguards accompany you where ever you go?”. From this eulogy, you can see Ben Muna Iscariot’s mindset. He thinks that his father was anointed to lead in this as well as the after life. This wife beater with the most shallow of mindsets thinks that he can compare himself with Ni John Fru Ndi. If you doubt that Ben Muna Iscariot used to beat his wife, ask the Charlows, his former in-laws in Victoria. S.T. Muna even slapped Ben Muna Iscariot a few times for beating up his wife.

The problem with Ben Iscariot Muna the junior traitor is not really with Ni John Fru Ndi. Ben Iscariot Muna’s problem is with the Bamenda man and Anglophones in general. Ben Iscariot Muna has so much contempt for the Bamenda man that he will go to any extent to in his attempts to destroy the SDF. Ben Iscariot Muna has contempt against the Bamenda man for holding his father responsible for selling the Anglophones. The stories of “Abere Math”, the stories of his father going to Bamenda (early eighties) and addressing people in French, the stories of his father selling out Foncha, the stories of his father betraying Hon. Jua, the stories of his father building only a prison in Mbengwi all haunt Ben Muna Iscariot the junior traitor. These all make him to have a persecution complex. It is this contempt that he has for the Bamenda man that will drive him to align with the regime in tratorizing the SDF. Does Ben Muna Iscariot have a house in his native Mbengwi?........NO!!. Has Ben Muna Iscariot ever built a house in the whole Anglophone territory……NO!!. His Big head can come to the SDF only when he wants to take it over. You don’t see his oversize ego being a militant.

We only sori na peuple’ dem wey dem di follow this traitor. Na only yee know ting wey ee dey inside yim big belley.

Anyere

Should Ben Muna tell fools that he has a house in Mbengwi? Is this the reason why Fru Ndi wants to be chairman of SDF till death?
Some of us should atleast be mature. In less than 5 months he will clock 17 years. Still waiting to see what he achieved for his followers during this period. Leaders without vision. Continue to be chairman. We will one day have the opportunity to ask why
somany went wrong. There is time for everything.
SDF is just like a North West party to my point of view. It's leaders and so many block heads have decided not to be part of the reality. This reality is that, SDF is on a free fall and will always be allocated 10 MPs from the North West and the province will remain backward in terms of developmental projects. It's time for wise and patriotic young Cameroonians to think of an alternative.
I saw some old men reconciling. Why did they do for more than 10years when they were chairmen of NEC and NAc respectively? Old folks go home for a rest. Your time is out.A genration with nothing to offer. Is the situation of North Westerners today better or worst as compared to the years before the launching of SDF? continue to hang behind Mr. Fru Ndi. Keep dreaming. You will agree with me that the lives of a designated group of people has improved. You know them.
Insaulting Muna for standing against manipulation and undemocratic practices is not and will never be a realistic bevaviour. How can we make a forum like this educative if we don't have the will to face the reality? Let red be termed red and not orange. Have this in mind and you will find yourself on a constructive path.
Be blessed.

rexon

Anyere,

Hear you:

"Insaulting Muna for standing against manipulation and undemocratic practices is not and will never be a realistic bevaviour"

Point of correction. Muna have never stood for anything good except falsehood. He can never stand for any democratic values as he is himself undemocratic and corrupt by all standards.

Lets be realistic, Muna's grosteque quest for leadership in the SDF is a CPDM invention. He has been financed by the murderous CPDM to destroy the SDF. That is all Muna stand for. Permit me say that i am not an SDF supporter but has been following and researching on their problems keenly. I have seen evidences beyond reasonable doubts that Muna's sole mission is to destroy the SDF and he has been financed by the CPDM. His agents here are all CPDM pundits paid here to destroy the sdf through misinforming the public.

Hope you understand me.
