Some militants of the SDF party in Ngoketunjia especially those of Ndop Central constituency of Hon. Emmanuel Yoyo, were seen openly jubilating at the defeat of the former Questor at the National Assembly.

In bars and streets of Ndop Town, SDF militants who were seen in groups early Monday morning blamed Hon. Yoyo for contributing to his defeat and that of the SDF party.
A close relative to the Northwest SDF Provincial Chairman who preferred anonymity told The Post, "it is devilish and absolute greed and arrogance" that contributed to Yoyo's downfall.
Vehicle loaders and hawkers at Ndop Park recounted how Yoyo, during campaigns, told them that he would give hungry park boys FCFA 500 and they would vote for the SDF party.
A certain Clement Dugki, who spoke to The Post, said they (SDF militants) decided to give Yoyo a sanction vote to teach him a lesson and Fru Ndi his protector.
"This is a man who has done very little in ten years. What he was able to do was to ensure that he removes Tabali from Council and plotted for him not to be elected as SDF Provincial Chairman. Unfortunately, his plans flopped, and Tabali was elected in Kumbo into that post," said Dugki.
He said during primaries for the twin elections, Yoyo committed several fundamental errors; he blackmailed Tabali and even went as far as telling those who cared to listen that he used the same method to flush out the outgoing Mayor.
Proof of this was that Yoyo placed his brother, one Shidiki, at the head of council list.Though Yoyo scored 60 percent in his native Baba I village, in Bamunka- Ndop, where he resides, he scored less than 35 percent as per the result sheets.
The results were released by the DO for Ndop Central.
He could have been banking on votes from Bangolan to salvage the situation, but the reverse happened.
A week to Election Day, Yoyo openly clashed with Fon Chafah of Bangolan, telling him that his one vote could not turn tables.
Talking to The Post, Fon Chafah said, "You can't imagine that this is a young man I respect so much and my disappointment came when he greeted the Fons and didn't greet me and I cracked a joke whether he thinks he can't count on my vote to him.
He boasted that my vote has no value and that without me my people in Bangolan would still vote for him and the SDF. So, what did I do? I went home, summoned a meeting and after serious reflections I embarked on a door-to-door campaign for my party, the CPDM.
The results from Bangolan sanctioned Yoyo though Babessi, a neigbhouring village, voted for SDF." Another Fon who jubilated at Yoyo's failure was Fon Doh Gah Gwanyin.
Speaking on telephone with one of his aides, Fon Doh is reported to have boasted, "let Yoyo go back to Parliament again as questor and challenge me as he used to do."
It should be recalled that Yoyo, given the high post of questor helped tremendously to speed up the trial of Fon Doh who was sentenced to 15 years by the Ndop High Court for his involvement in the murder of Balikumbat Electoral District Chairman of the SDF, John Kohtem.
Local SDF officials notably Hon. Yoyo, were unavailable for comments.
I have this personal feelings that Cameroon today should be governed by competency not parties. If our people's needs can be provided using the CPDM then lets utilize the services it offer effectively and efficiently and forget about our greedy mouths.I think that the time is up for Hon. Yoyo.
If you can't fight the plight of our people in 10years then lets try some one else.
Ndop is one of the richest towns in the Northwest province with one of the only government company the UNVDA. What have the representative of our people done to ensure that UNVDA is restored to its past glory? Rather our poor parents struggle in the rice farms in vein.
I believe the former MP's of Ngoketunjia have enrich thier families already let them allow others to join the team of Kleptocrates.
