Are the civil servants so foolish that they thought such a promise could have been of any value? As the expression goes "the best way to precict the future, is to look at the past".
(and I thought I was gullible!) LOL

Anyway, have a laugh at the madness that is Popaul.

Comedy “Paul Biya for Life“

Ahadji

Hubert Kamgang is right. Cameroon needs another independence from France. The first independence will be won by removing the French key that has destroyed our beloved Fatherland, the same Fatherland he swore to defend. This French key is Paul Biya and his ruling elite. The Director of the French Development Agency, while responding to a question on France 24 why the French cooperate with corrupt regimes, the Director said they is nothing they can do and that they will continue to cooperate with this corrupt leaders. This position of the French tell us clearly why they are interested in Africa. With the aid of curropt rigimes milk our Countries to death. Use our money to provide loans and social security services in France while our civil servants have been reduced to beggers. We need a president that is chosen by the people and not a key to France to open even our Banks where our hard earned currency is stored. NOTE! OPERATION 5 MILLION SIGNATURES AGAINST THE AMMENDMENT OF ARTICLE 6(2) OF THE 1996 CONSTITUTION IS ON IN ALL VILLAGES IN CAMEROON. We may even accept another CPDM candidate who we deem fit to rule Cameroon from within, as president, not Paul Biya. We Say NO TO ANY AMMENDMENT OF ARTICLE 6(2) OF THE 1996 CONSTITUTION. Since we have been band from expressing our discontent publicly on this issue, we promise hell to any one who will come out to manifest for a constitutional change. Be warned.
