why is government so much interested in this man getting into ICJ?Why all the campaigns? This shouldn`t be political because only the best minds should be there. If he is good, they will know from his CV.What i think is that, the gov`t wants him to be there to protect those of them who will be brought infront ICJ for all the crimes they are doing in cameroon.Even if he is there, sorry, he can`t influence the other judges because they are decent people. If he wants to go there let him sanitise first the corrupt judiciary we have in cameroon.

Essono

I know Prof.Kamto to be a seasoned legal mind in Cameroon. However, another legal brain,Akere Muna wasn't given even the basiest support in his bid as President of ECOSOC.Or would it be argued that he gunned for that office in a private capacity and Kamto is a Minister. That argument in itself is untenable,as Cameroon now radiates on the continent. The c'ntry's image is changing from a c'ntry that has been known to play a back role in continental and global issues to one that is actively engaged.More and more Cameroonians are being elected to positions in continental and global institutions.

This money should be used to create JOBS for students Kamto taught years back who are hanging around the streets waiting for no one rather spending millions of Cameroonian taxpayers money to send delegations all over the world to campaign for Kamto. As some puts, his C.V. or RESUME could do that for him. He should wait and campaign for his party in 2011.
