A Yaounde-based student, Liliane Edene, is the winner of the Orange Cameroun tickets for two to travel to London for a grand musical show by the youthful American music star, Usher.
Miss Edene won a raffle draw that was conducted at the headquarters of Orange Cameroun in Douala, on February 19. It would be recalled that Orange Cameroun offered its clients and the
public at large, as part of the end-of-year celebrations, a promotional
sale baptised Usher Pack consisting of a cellular phone (Sony Ericsson
T280) for FCFA 45,000.
Buyers of the pack were also offered FCFA 6,000 airtime, two ring
tones, two wall papers, one T-shirt and above all, a raffle ticket. The buyers were required to fill a coupon, which became their raffle
ticket. Suffice to say that over 1000 people obtained tickets for the
draw, meaning that over 1000 of the Usher Packs were sold.
The tickets were then all placed under the control of a bailiff, who
equally supervised the draws in the presence of over a dozen
journalists and other observers. The first draw that was made was to designate privileged winners of
five CDs, which carry the autograph of Usher. The five winners were:
Alexis Tcheunkam, Dia Roukatou, Arlette Moudio Tokoto, Paul Moise
Obiang, and Samuel Madiba.
The next draw produced 25 winners of speakers (Bluetooth) offered by Orange Cameroun. After that, all the tickets were put back into the transparent container for the grand draw for the London trip.Contacted immediately after the draw, Edene was all joy and said she would like to take along her fiancé.

Those review filters are a neat touch, especially if there’s a lot of reviews. Makes it easy to see what your own demographic thinks about the hotel.

Thanks for this handy post. Online reviews have really changed the way I research travel.
