Posing for a pic doesn't transmit the message you're giving. You're a buffoon of the 1st order; just like your empty-headed presidential couple.

Michael Downey

How much does he spend on hotels this week?

Anu Philip

Dipoko, please take a look at the link to put that picture above in context. Obama spent about an hour taking pictures with over 100 leaders in NY. Each leader had about 2 mins, just enough time to shake hands and pose for the picture. So Biya or Essingan did not do anything exceptional. Here is the link:

Ma Mary

Alain: Perhaps you should write and be making things up for the following rag:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1215967/Italian-PM-Berlusconi-looks-pleased-Michelle-Obama-arrives-wives-dinner-alone.html#ixzz0S7pvM1Jt

They are so unfair. Why is your precious president not featured?

Ras Tuge

Impostor, do you even know why France went to the Far East in the first place? lo and behold, the language of instruction at Sorbonne is now English! When you read at Sorbonne like Biya, you should atleast write sensible french!

By the way, Biya is an incredible showman. I just wish he will alleviate the plight of Anglophones in Cameroon by implementing the equal rights and justice principle for all. And hey, tall girls may not wear high heels! It makes it tough for a man to kiss her, since the man has to climb on her just to reach her wig.

ContryFowl

Mr. Alain,

You really have a lot of time on your hands to make up stories, spin illusionary & make believe stories to spread around.

You can do so a lot of the time & actually confuse yourself so much that, you may actually begin to believe in what you are writing here as well as playing the rehearsed role in actual life....!!!!

I will repeat again, no sane individual with lots of things to do either in private life or public life will even have one single minute to dabble in what you are doing here.

I have asked before, why are you wasting your time doing this show....???

WHY...??

You have mislead yourself into believing that, writing creative fiction, conjugated stories & deceiving yourself in the process is going to get an adult community to believe in what you are saying....????????

Do you honestly think that people will really care about your personal opinions....????

Does it put bread & butter on any body's table......??????
Does it really really matter what you think about anything....???????

So what exactly is the whole point in working up yourself into a frenzy day in and day out with this francophone & anglophone non-sense.

At the end of the day it does not really matter, what is going to count is what is the sum of your own individual contribution to the human family.

If you a grown man can not figure out this point at this stage in your life, one has to really wonder what some of you are made of...!!!!!!!

Nevertheless this relentless non-sense is very similar to what Konde does best, which makes me to think you may actually be Konde, writing under this phoney name.

Ondoga Alain is the gift that keeps giving.

ContryFowl

Mr. Alain,

I must chuckle at the audacity you have in actually believing in what you are writing...:)

And you everybody is going to join you in that happy kumbaya world of illusions, grandiosity & superiority...??

You are a one-man-crusade, no more no less, even Paul Biya will not touch you with a stick, so do not worry yourself, the government is not going to come calling on you to give you ministerial portfolio anytime soon.

I am not worried about your time, you can spend your time as you want, rather i am wondering at the fuel of these constant bouts of frenzy & self torture you are having with this francophone & anglophone non-sense.

It is a non-sense, & you know so.

Because in reality nobody really cares or would care in the present predicaments & dire situation in Cameroon.

Nevertheless, Your god Biya has really really mess up things.
A pig in a suit is not exactly a human being...?? is it....????

I have said it numerous times, Biya will not be able to manage a small corner store of 100.000 CFA Francs in Capital.
He should be employed to sell cigarettes on the streets of Yaounde, or sell adakwa, krukru, or groundnuts so he is instructed first hand in the handling of money & responsibility.

The day Cameroonians are able to dismantle the system & take Biya into custody, that is what we are going to do to Biya.
Sent him to the far North to tend & look after cattles & live out the rest of his life in hut.

This is what will ultimately transpire in Cameroon.

ContryFowl.

Correction: Should read: You expect everybody instead of you everybody.

Look at Biya, standing like a headboy of a primary school who has been asked to take a snapshot with the headmaster. I hope he learns alot from Obama.

slomo

DIPOKO,
I THINK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL IF OBAMA HAD GRANTED BIYA A TETE A TETE AS HE DID WITH SOME SANE AND PROMINENT AFRICAN LEADERS? POSING FOR A PHOTO, MEANS NOTHING;
HOWEVER,dont you see the popols are rather tense on that foto, contrast with the rather easy - going and broad smiles of the Obama's.
WHO SAYS ITS NOT THE RULE OF LAW VERSUS TYRANNY ?

ContryFowl

Alain,

It is getting to be like an old gramaphone with it's playing pin stuck within one single groove of a record & it keeps playing the loop again & again.

You can not wear anybody down with those tactics, not even goebbels could wear down anyone with his ceaseless non-sense.

Eventually you will run out of steam and also work yourself into a mental collapse sooner or later which in any case is inevitable.

Good luck with your endeavors & hopefully the steam roller like i said before does not crush you in it's wake.

ContryFowl.

Louis Egbe Mbua

Hello Mr. Dipoko,

I have been reading you keenly. Your writings are highly inaccurate. Sir, the Ports of Tiko and Victoria existed and were booming in the 1950s while La Republique was busy committing genocide against the Bassas and the Bamilekes.
La Republique was a spent force by 1961 -- you were broke after spending your energy and money killing your own innocent people in the most barbaric and grotesque manner including cutting off their heads and displaying them for you to see.

Contrary to what you wrote, records in the UK and their banks suggest that Southern Cameroons was richer than La Republique du Cameroun.

Marketing Board had millions of pounds saved in Lagos. These monies were stolen by La Republique du Cameroun.

You had no marketing board, no reasonable international Airport (The old abandoned Douala Airport which still stands besides the now dilapidated Airport was no match to Tiko international Airport). Did Dr. Endeley et al board a plane from Douala or Tiko to attend Foumban? Through which ports were the CDC and the marketing board exporting their produce before and after 1961? In Douala or Victoria and Tiko?

Southern Cameroons/West Cameroon didn't need La Republique du Cameroun; and the claim that you supported these institutions with "loans" is pure delusion since you had no money after your killing spree. Since it is known that the CPDM is run by thieves and the most corrupt men in the world, one may not be surprised at their capacity to propagate shameless lies through a misguided medium.

Even today, the development, in proportionality, in Southern Cameroons surpasses what La Republique has even though you have all the powers. Your Universities are a disgrace. ENAM? An institution that trains the corrupt to further their thefts. Can you compare them with Buea University?

Douala is an unclean City. Can you compare it to Buea or Victoria in this respect? When did you ever hear of Cholera in Buea or Victoria as in Douala?

Powercam: Today in Cameroon La Republique is incapable of sustainable energy; Power cuts are the order of the day. Powercam only cut power if Powercam FC lost a match. So, tell us how you helped Powercam if you cannot help yourself. Furthermore, the GM of Powercam was earning CFA 500,000 frs per month based on the profitability of that institution and his know-how. There were annual independent audit. When did you audit Mr. Paul Biya who spends like a spoilt child put in charge of a chocolate cake?

Southern Cameroons/West Cameroon never worked on corrupt accounting practices. When Mola Njoh Litumbe qualified as an Accountant you had no accountant in La Republique du Cameroun. So, how did you help West Cameroon? Rather, West Cameroon helped you in skilled manpower and resources.

Did you have a company like the CDC – the biggest company in Cameroon? Do you have a company like the CDC that has lasted 60 years? All your companies before and after independence have been ruined by thieves in La Republique. Your dreams of having a Francophone as GM of CDC will never happen. The day that will happen you will be asked to pack your bags and leave.

And it is true that you chose the poor leaders to represent Cameroon. That was your misfortune; not that of Southern Cameroons. Why? Because the right leaders are now outside the ignorantly-conceived system. And guess what happens to the ignorant? They are usually trapped, bounded head to foot and thrown into the bottomless pit where they will lament in perpetuity. You have scored a pyrrhic victory that will be turned into an outstanding disgrace of La Republique du Cameroun.

Note: No man has ever succeeded in what you wrote above -- fraud; and no man has ever succeeded in subjugating another. There is no evidence in history to support your story. So, swallow your pride as the time for LRC to suffer ignominy is around the corner. It is already falling apart. A country that has lost the capacity to be ashamed is heading for the rocks. A people who defend outright theft and squander by a President have lost their way.
Please take your time and compose your articles. Spreading falsehood does not help.

Those Southern Cameroonians who have not been listening, read this again in case you missed it. I suggest that you read everything he has written. Great job, Alain Dipoko. I am quite happy to pay you to keep writing like this:

THE TAMING OF THE ANGLOPHONE. THE APPLICATION OF THE WIILIE LYNCH DOCTRINE. (Dedicated to the effeminate, Ras Tuge)

by Alain Dipoko

With your pomposity and ignorance, before you understand this treatise, you should first of all go to Google and read very well the doctrine of Willie Lynch, before you start blogging your crack cocaine inspired pidgin. My mission in this forum is to wear you anglos down psychologically by telling you truths that you know but cannot figure out. I shall stop when you stop attacking the CPDM aarty. Presuming that you have read the doctrine of the slave master from the West Indies, Willie Lynch, I shall show you how we use the doctrine, to rule you nasty Anglos in our Cameroon. This is how;

As far back as 1958, we discovered that there was no was unity among the Anglophones, courtesy to the French who got this from the British. When the elections in the late 1950s were to be conducted, we saw it fit to support John Ngu Foncha instead of E.M.L Endeley. The reason Britain acquiesced to French request to have a puppet in the name of Foncha, was to compensate France, who freshly got a spanking from the Vietnamese or Vietcong in the famous battle of Bien Dien Phu in 1954.

With a loss of a valuable reservoir of raw material and market for French products, France saw Cameroon as a replacement to those losses. The urgency to consolidate the territory of East Cameroun, where the maquisards of Um Nyobe, Earnest Ouandie, and Felix Moumie, were giving the French some trouble, forced the French to request the British to organize a referendum that did not allow a split of the country, Cameroun.

Of the candidates in Southern Cameroon, Foncha was the gullible. French money through the British financed his campaigns and at the end of the day, he carried the elections. With their man in place, he was destined to finalize the other part of the agreement namely to help the French crush the UPC dissidents who sought sanctuary across the Moungo.

Some fortunate trouble makers like Ndeh Ntumazah, Woungly Massaga, skipped the country and fled for their dear lives. When independence was granted in 1960, there were plans for a united country thus the plebiscite of 1961. While the West Cameroon was closely monitored, Ahidjo under the auspices of the French, made sure no reasonable Anglophone could rock the boat. Thus, Endeley and AS Jua were kept at bay. The sideling of this great Anglophones left the dimwits with a sophisticated team from Cameroun. The Foumban Conference was a walk over exercise.

With some of the Anglos firmly on our side, we implemented Plan Number Three, namely to tie the umbilical cords of the two sectors together in 1972. With big modern houses, we created the house slave and the plantation slave. While Foncha and his clique lived in relative comfort in the leafy suburbs of Yaoundé, we made sure the opposition saw hell. To buy the minds and souls of the Anglos, we pumped money into their crumbling economy to salvage institutions like the Marketing Board, Cameroon Bank, CDC, the PORTS of TIKO and LIMBE, PWD, POWECAM, which we later integrated into SONEL. These were loans. If they want to separate, they will have to pay the last franc.

Having had an economic stranglehold of their economy, we now went ahead in purging the disloyal Anglos in our sector as recommended by ST MUNA, and FONCHA. But the pampering of these old guns was proving unnecessary considering the wind of change that was blowing across Africa. Gradually, the sun of the old guards started to set.

Enter the roaring 1990s, with ferocious calls for multiparty democracy by some buffoons and lunatics, like the bookseller, JFN. In the haze of this anarchy, we applied the divide and rule doctrine which the great Willie Lynch used some three centuries ago. Presidential decree appointed Achidi Achu, prime minister and the whole of the North West province went wild with joy. Motions of support flowed in. This does some good to the master. Remember Willie Lynch says the slave must trust only the master. As a result, Anglos of all shades trade gossips and mischief of their brothers to us. We are happy.

The Anglos from Bamenda danced in the street while those from the coast kept on writing petition asking for their own prime minister. A university was created in Buea, but the Bamenda man was not thrilled. He persistently wrote petition upon petition for his own university. Meanwhile all this time, Anglos burn their energy dancing on the streets, heaping praises, which are not even needed because it is their right to get what is offered them. The Willie Lynch Doctrine does not lie.

When Peter Mafany Musonge, is announced as prime minister, Fako and the whole South west burst into glee. And so goes on the exercise of rotating recycling the sycophants. All this time, what do the prime ministers achieve, a part from bringing a few relatives from their respective villages to serve as maids and drivers? The question is what has the Prime ministers achieved? The only road like that of Bamenda crumbled in front of the very eyes of the elites of the North West whose specialty is the art of writing motions of support and letters of sabotage. Subterfuge is their fort.

Anglophone elites develop your own villages and towns by building businesses and good houses rather than coming to Douala and Yaoundé to build. We need our land for ourselves. Send your children to schools. But remember, the Francophone is always the boss. You should come to us and report on your brothers who are causing trouble. We shall pay you for your trouble. Ras Tuge how did you like that?

Ma Mary

Alain, you state somewhere that you are a good husband to wife, a Southern Cameroonian? I take your word, but it is an exception that just proves the rule.

Until the mid 1990s I was one of those who believed in salvaging the union between la Republique and the Southern Cameroons. What changed my mind? The Camerounese. You guys. People from the other side. Their agenda was different. While we were thinking about a union of equals, they had an agenda of assimilation and annexation that has not changed from the beginning.

We have been working on dissolving the union since the mid-90's. We have had much success in that short time, considering that this kind of work can consume entire lifetimes. Countries and empires only work because people believe in them. The moment a critical mass of people stop believing, they dissolve. That is why so many countries and empires have come and gone. My job has been simple, injecting doubt, enough doubt that at a critical crisis, the rupture would occur and the Siamese twins would be separated. Only historically will we reveal the extent of what we are doing.

Alain, welcome to the team. We need more Camerounese like you.

slomo

the issue here is whether its a political victory for popol to stand for a photo with the obamas?
No not atall, the guy and his doll are so tense theere, they are not really at ease and note it all, obama never granted that guy any tete a tete interview as he did with some sane African presidents
Dipoko makes me laugh that even a frog with no studies is better than a southern cameroonian with six phds, thats mere over generalisation which does not reflect an intellectual you pretend to be.

Asafor Valentine Funwie

Ma, Mary,Alain may not be a Francophone,i have the feelings MR. Alain is a bona-fide Southern Cameroon. As slomo mention in his last posting, there are some disturbing facts in his postings.

However, i strongly suppose he coin this unique style to expose the Devils we live with in the name of La Republique.Ras Tuge raise some sensitive questions in his last but one posting, where is Hahaha?,USA of America?

Take it or leave it,Alain is not a Francophone. we have learned. The truth is like a bullet when triger it get to the destination. There is a new name in the Forum by Egbe Mbua,i like your analyses.Lets retrospect and ask these questions-Do we accept the fact that the Frogs have been able to adopt a divide and rule tactic to exploit anglophones?

Ma Mary

Asafor, there is no doubt that La republique has been able to adopt divide and rule tactics successfully from the beginning and Alain is also correct that Southern Cameroonians have made it easy for them to do this by not thinking clearly and long term.

Regarding the identity of Alain, I think we are pretty close IDing him. Let me give you some clues:

- A real Beti would be pretty careful about pissing off Southern Cameroonians or any other group with arrogance. The anger about mismanagement by the Biya government is huge, and a Beti would know that and not say things that make it worse.

- This person would benefit from a feud of an ethnic nature between Southern Cameroonians and Betis.

- No real Southern Cameroonians enjoys the so called Northwest Southwest divide. It is painful to all of us and it is something we want to heal and we shall heal. A good 40-50% of marriages are across that divide, so our children and grandchildren will heal it for us. We are doing very well on that score.

- The only kind of persons who would benefit from the scenario described would be a Nordiste or a Bami. But if it were a Nordiste, the Bamis would be included in the divide and rule game that Alain has been playing, and they are not. A couple of weeks ago, Paa Ngembus insulted Alain with some particularly nasty words in the Beti tongue. Alain did not catch it. That was worth noting.

- We have nailed down Alain to a particular Bami chap in Minneapolis/St. Paul, whose work professionally probably gives him access to a lot of asylum filings, testimonies and Southern Cameroons historical documents. It also gives him a lot of time on the computer.

- Whether we publicly expose Alain, is a matter to which we need to give some further thought. To a degree, it depends on him. Exposure might totally dry up the Funding that he needs to do his work, and I do not want to see a homeless African.

You may also want to examine the choice of handles:

Alain
Dipoko - a Douala name
Yabassi Boy (another association with Douala)
Ondoua - a beti name

Never does he use a Bami name for Southern Cameroonians to throw stones at? It is as if he is protecting the Bamis.

As I mentioned before, the Douala have no particular deep issues with Southern Cameroonians going off. The border has never been a problem for good relations at any time, so what is the utility of bringing them into this?

- Finally, did anyone take note of that compulsive inclination to go back and correct minor spelling mistakes and grammatical tics? Who cares if you say Zietgeest instead of zeitgeist? We know what you are trying to say. That is the habit of someone who makes his living by applying for grants and making sure that he gives donors the best impression. Relax, dude. We are just poor Southern Cameroonians. Grant writers are notoriously good at making things up, writing compelling narratives to make donors open their purses.

My personal inclination is to preserve his anonymity.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend and I would appreciate some feedback.

Asafor Valentine Funwie

Ma,Mary. An Irish man or a woman will say, its a lovely day.Permit me say its a lovely Sunday.I honour you and your comments and analyses.Very positive.History, present, past and continues will assembly these wonderfull and patriotic gentlemen.May be,i will be in a position to decorate each and every one of you in this blog.Happy sunday i will be back.

oyez

Easy. Paul does not realize that genes play an important role in intelligence. Dumb mum, dumb kids and nobody to manage that stolen money properly.

Louis Egbe Mbua

Hello Mr. Dipoko,

I would like to make a important corrections to your write up.

You wrote:

"Similarly if Anyangwe were a sell out, Ama Tutu Muna would never have been made a minister."

No reasonable Southern Cameroonian would be excited to serve in a blatantly corrupt and chokingly oppressive system. While people are free to serve where they wish, some of those who serve may be doing so as job; to feed their families. Ama Tutu grew up in the system. So, she may engage in her past time. However, no Anglophone takes her seriously.

"My siblings or half brothers and sisters who happen to be Anglos are sometimes, scared to go to certain offices in Yaoundé to process their documents while in the country. Why? Because the inferiority complex is deeply embedded in the Anglos. This is a reality. They speak fluent French yet, they are entrapped in that cul- de- sac. "

There is misunderstanding here. The Southern Cameroonian culture discourages bribe-taking. The sole reason they refuse to go to these offices is due to the corrupt nature of the system. Why would they soil their hands with bribery and corruption?

"West Cameroon was very rich to the extent it had well kept airports and ports but lacked planes and ships to transport her produce and people. Give us a break. Throughout the painful period of West Cameroon, you leased freights and planes from the Biafras."

Leasing is a shrewd business move; it does not necessarily mean one is poor. HSCB, Barclays etc lease buildings for their use in London and overseas. Does that mean they are not rich? The important onus is to pay up. That a person leases planes and ships show that they are rich. West Cameroon leased for 11 years and paid in full. This shows that they could as well buy those planes and ships had they not been interrupted by the 1972 fraud.

Now to La Republique. Nobody would even lease Cameroon a plane today. Why? Poor credit rating and open looting. Camair -- failed. CamShip: failed. You must buy in cash.

"The notion that Cameroon bank had huge reserves in London is not true. My research at Barclays Bank London (parent company of the erstwhile Cameroon Bank) show the contrary. "

Barclays Bank was not the parent company of Cameroon Bank. Cameroon Bank was a West Cameroon Bank from the beginning. So, your research is not valid.

Have a good Sunday.

THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER

ALL NATIONS IN THE WORLD TODAY ATLEAST THIRD WORLD NATIONS ALL BECAME IN EXISTENCE AT THEIR
INDEPENDENCE, CAMEROUN SHOULD BE AN EXCEPTION.
CAMEROUN CAME INTO EXISTENCE AFTER ITS JANURAY 1ST 1960 INDEPENDENCE FROM FRANCE, WITH
SOUTHERN CAMEROONS(WEST CAMEROON) WHICH GOT HERS OCTOBER 1ST 1961 FROM BRITAIN, SOO ALL ARGUEMENT SHOULD BE BASED ON CAMEROUNS LEGALITY IN MAINTAINING ITS MILITARY AND ADMINIOSTRATION ON SOUTHERN CAMEROONS SOIL.
IF BASED ON THE 1961 UN PLEBESCITE, THE THAT
ARGUEMENT IS FAILS, SINCE THE BASIS FOR THAT WAS FOR SOUTHERN CAMEROONS INDEPENDENCE,
AS AN AUTOMONORS FEDERATION WITH CAMEROUN.
NO SUCH STATEMENT WAS MADE ABOUT BRING CAMEROUNS MILITARY AND ADMINISTRATION INTO SOUTHERN CAMEROONS OR CHANGING ITS NAME BY
FRENCH CAMEROUNS RELERS INTO WHAT EVER THEY SEE FIT OR, CARVING SOUTHERN CAMEROONS INTO WHAT EVER THEY WANT TO CALL, PROVINCE, REGION ETC OR THE 1972 CHABGING THE TERMS FROM FEDERATION TO UNITED REPUBLIC OF THE CAMEROONS. ALL THESE VIOLATES THE VERY TERMS OF SUCH A VOTE AND RENDER THE WHOLE UNDER
TAKING NULL AND VOID. AS SUCH CAMEROUN(FRENCH) SHOULD START PACKING ITS ILLEGAL FORCES OF OCCUPATION AND ANNEXATION AND LEAVE SOUTHERN CAMEROOONS SOO ITS CITIZENS CAN BUILD THEIR COUNTRY IN PEACE AND PROSPERITY.

What power, what capacity, with what & how can Dipoko/alias whatever thwart the efforts of 5,6,7 million people....???????

Mr. Biya with a multitude of armed thugs, with foreign help, a mass of sycophantic legion & rootless human robots has not been able to subjugate the people how can one man mount an internet campaign to attain that end....?????

It is an exercise in futility. Dipoko can be humored & made to feel important, but people should remember that it is only an illusion & will remain that way.

Ma Mary

There is only one value in the crusade, namely: to engage those who have been standing by to get their feet wet and get involved. Dipoko himself? Who cares? To me, he is just a recruiting tool.

Julious

THANK YOU ALAIN!!!
Most of the people in here are big big jerk heads. Thank you for speaking so strongly and under this mask.
As you rightly stated, none of these ideots could have listen to you if you came like one of them.
I am an Anglophone but there is just nothing to be proad about it. I love the section where you talk about petition writtings and political appointments. Is your step mother and brother not from Banso?
Keep it up bro.
Give it to them.

The herald

To Alain Yabassi, posing for a Snapshot with his grand son is Biya's life time highest political achievement. It is humourous.

That picture you see there depicts two worlds.
The world of light represented by the Obamas on the one hand and one of darkness on the other, represented by your god,the Biyas.
I hope with your multiple P.H.Ds,you should know exactly what that means. It is a shock contrast.

The herald

correction:shock should read as shocking.

The herald

It might not surprise anybody to see Biya posing for another shot in 8years to come with the son of President Obama. Why not even with Sasha Obama?Rendez-vous in...

EVERY SECESSION CASE AGAINST A SOUTHERN CAMEROONIAN/AMBAZONIAN HAS ALWAYS FAILED. CAMEROON GOVERNMENT IS AFRAID TO BRING UP SUCH CASES IN COURT, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CASE

Confusion Reigns over ‘Secession’ Case at Bamenda High Court BY MARTIN FON YEMBE The case of Justice Muluh Mbuh which was expected to be heard in the Bamenda High Court on the 24th day of September last Thursday encountered a serious bemusement. The applicants for the defense had deposited MOTION ON NOTICE as far back as September 9, 2009 at the High Court of Mezam in Bamenda moving the Honourable Court to permit applicant through counsel( Barristers Nyah Magselus Ebui and Shufai Blaise Berinyui Sivedzem) to be heard. This, in a bid to admit bail for the applicant pending any charge(s) that may be preferred against him . What transpired in court that Thursday afternoon beats all legal and reasonable imaginations. The expected presiding magistrate failed to appear in court. The Defense Counsel, Justice Muluh’s family and Ambazonian activists were all present, but the Courts remained vacated. All attempts at getting a concrete reason for why the Court could not sit to grant bail to the sick detainee was futile. Some absurd and preposterous excuses were given by the court authorities, but no on e cared about the failing health of the detainee. At the end of the day, the Defense Counsel could only take up another date…Thursday October 1- yes, October 1, 2009 , for the motion for bail to be heard. Commotion and Disarray at the prison: The Defense Counsel, the family of Justice Mbuh and some activists of Ambazonia had no other option than to move over to the Bamenda Central Prison to check on the condition of the protagonist. The shocking thing was that the prison warders were expecting Justice Muluh Mbuh to be coming in from the court. They were astonished to learn that Justice Mbuh was not in Court! They explained that Justice had been told to prepare to go to court and probably get his bail to leave prison that day. When Justice Muluh Mbuh was finally traced in the prison yard, he was truly dressed for court. But, as he himself stated, he waited to be taken to court in vain. He looked pale, sickly and complained of serious cough and pains all over his body. He is obviously developing pneumonia. He was told that he will have to add seven more days to his stay at that stinking, cold repulsive prison. That makes his stay there to 27 days already!! It should be recalled that Justice Muluh Mbuh was arraigned on September 3, and questioned by the Bamenda Judicial Police for two days before being ordered by the State Counsel, Ngwene James George to be “kept” at the Bamenda Central Prisons. A certain ‘Officier de Police’ Michel Elono was ordered and commanded to “deliver” Justice Muluh Mbuh to be conveyed and delivered at the Central Prison Bamenda. The Superintendent of the said prison was in turn ordered to ‘receive and keep’ the prisoner in custody until October 5, 2009!!! He was as such admitted by one Tasah on September 3. Justice, according to Mr. State Counsel. Will only be conveyed to his chambers after October 1, 2009, ir, October 5, 2009. The Hidden Motives: It is very evident that the October 1 fever is on again! It is obvious that Justice Muluh Mbuh will not be released on October 1, as the State Counsel had already sentenced him without trial for one month…to be released only after the now famous and dreadful October 1. That is the Justice that Justice is receiving for fighting for justice for his people. Meanwhile, the colleague of Justice, in whose house the Ambazonian documents were found, one Lebeke( a Nigerian) has since been released. Justice has been charged for “Secession” as per the CPP, Sections 11,12,26,218,219,220, and 221. According to File No. C.I.D. 217/09 of 3rd September signed by Ngwene James George, being in possession of documents, writings etc on Ambazonia( former British Southern Cameroons) is secession!!! This is not only ridiculous but contemptible and outrageous. Justice Muluh, like many others who have been dragged to court for the same charge, are victims of some coercion and state terrorization. No one will hesitate or even dread to speak the truth on this…that there was an attempt in 1961 to formulate a Union between former French La Republique du Cameroun and British Southern Cameroons. The Union would have been authenticated in accordance with U.N. Charter Article 102(4) and African Constitutive Act 4(b), but, this never happened because of Ahido’s greed to annihilate the state of Southern Cameroons with his 1972 diabolic revolution which buried the fragile federation and ushered in a de facto United Republic of Cameroon. Things began falling apart in 1984, when the present president, Paul Biya could not disguise like Ahidjo. He decided to revert to the pre-unification appellation of La Republique du Cameroun, thereby seceding from the ‘failing union’ or what remained of it! Yaoundé’s Parliament’s enactment of the Restoration Law 84/01 was a formal way of dissolving the failing union. It is therefore paradoxical, enigmatic and absurd to take an Ambazonian citizen to any court worth its name, for secession, simply because they are carrying out activities or writing or in possession of documents projecting the statehood of Ambazonia. Justice Muluh Mbuh’s health is failing. He is in prison without having been tried. He is a senior lecturer at the National Polytechnic Bambui, and has a permanent residence in Bambili. When the police wanted him, he was always present. Is it that the State of Cameroun is afraid that he could escape( to Ambazonia) when summoned on October 5? Is it that someone is trying to tell us that Justice Muluh Mbuh is planning to ‘humiliate’ La Republique du Cameroun on October 1, 2009, and so has to be detained until after this date? Why did the magistrate vacate the court last Thursday when he was expected to listen to the motion granting Justice Muluh bail? Why why why??? Of course, these questions must be answered…one way or the other very soon!

slomo

Petition writing, names calling, back stabbing, cash and post - chasing is not a unique to a particlular people, its inherent in every human being. what makes the difference is that some human beings are more focused and steadfast than others.
Dipoko, i have worked with beti guys for years, gossiping for post is just like table and chair, its part and parcel of you.
I gave the example of RSA the other day under the apartheid regime, some blacks were greedy and weak in spirit, yet it never deterred the ANC of attaining its goals.

Julious,
frankly speaking i did not get you well, could you rephrase and come again?

VA Boy

You guys live in a pig sty called Yaounde, and you will turn Ndian into wonderland? Give me a break.

What have you been doing all these years? Now that you are threatened, you begin to talk rubbish. Corrupt kleptomaniacs.

After you barbarians raided and destroyed Southern Cameroons property.

You need to have seen how well we maintained what we had until the coup against Jua.

By the way, your drag queen first lady is making news again LOL: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/zandile-blay/michelle-obama-finally-ge_b_301645.html

I really cannot stop chuckling, Dipoko,
so you re struggling to tame us with lies and hearsays, oh come on mr four PhD holder, yes they French had a grip of cameroon and its "good oil" bakassi since 1961, i really do not understand that the french had knowledge of this vast oil field and then decided to start in victoria in 1977, what have the french been waiting all this while ie since in 1961 to jump start the oil exploitation of bakassi, sure, they were afraid of the slomo for sure.
Who is this insider who has no idea that france and elf and total and rest have no grip on that land than US companies.
VA boy, thanks for ya question, so a pig would leave a sty to develop another persons land? No,not atall, for pigs love mud and dirt. The mad rush is another push of organised kleptomania, frogs are addicted to theft.
So mr man you recommended the contruction of a univrsity in Ndian ehh? that would teach in the thief's language and then chase Nigerians who have than 40 universities amongst them AAUN? Have you ever tried counting the number of Nigerians in camroonian univs and comparing it with cameroonians in Nigerian univs
Well, what proof, mr insider Bongo is a biafran? Hearsay master?
Dipoko, me bia zout, bi ngorm, muan minga nzongo.
Dzongne ma eh, ngoué

Ma Mary

This is not the first paid frog liar we have had on this forum. They come and they go. They are allowed to spew torrents of bile here because we tolerate them and then they believe that in so doing they have now conquered the minds of Southern Cameroonians just as they have occupied our land. You are like a mad drunk who thinks his vomit is pepper soup.

No, you only strengthen our resolve and increase our numbers.

Keep writing, Dipoko. Keep writing.

James Little

A man of this caliber should not be associated with democratic elected world leaders, a man who has rigged all the elections in Cameroon, frustrated million of Cameroonians, turned a country full of gold and honey into an anarchy state, a man whose evil work has made my beloved fatherland a no go area for the less affluence, a man whose achievement as the head of state can only be measure through embezzlement and corrupt practices, and a man who doesn't know or care about what happen to fellow citizen but his cronies, a man whose legacy will be define by the number of Cameroonians dying in misery and the list continue, so who ever have anything good to talk about Biya, should only be his cronies. As La Piro says “no matter how long the night will be the sun will finally rise”
