Who owns the shell of Mountain Hotel?

The Buea Mountain Hotel,constructed in 1952,Property of Cameroon Hotels limited.It was a place to be.today it harbours men of the underworld,Ratmoles,wild bush.In 2007 i visited Buea for a graduation ceremony and almost all the B&Bs were all occupied by Visitors.imagine this Hotel was up and vibrating?it could be a massive source of income generating.

Perhaps Cameroon Hotels Limited should sell to someone who can renovate. That place can be a classy old style property. It used to be anyway.
