WARNING CAMEROON’S OPPOSITION LEADERS

 

The 30-year old corrupt, brutal and tyrannical regime of President Paul Biya is seeking to perpetrate a dastardly electoral fraud on the people of Cameroon.

 

It is offering 80 million francs to any useless idiot who contests the presidential election. Even a child can see plainly through this charade. Yet, over 20 educated fools are willingly taking part in this fraud to legitimize it.

 

We are warning them to return the loot to the people of Cameroon, to whom it rightly belongs, and to desist forthwith from taking part in the fraudulent Oct 9, 2011 elections. We will strike if they fail to heed this warning.

Anonymous campaigns have their limitations, one of which is the inability of its authors to claim credit if and when victory is won. Why settle for it when others openly rise up and be counted?

Take the Government Delegate of Limbe for example. By creating holiday employment for so many students of Buea University, he is surely leaving a positive imprint on the national landscape for other citizens to follow. Not only will many students return to school this academic year with help for the suffering parents to augment their school expenses, the students have something to add to their resume as useful community work done. This ought to spur other businesses to look at ways of tapping into this pool of human potential for development. Where others used allocated credits flying aimlessly over the world, here is one case where some patriot actually made a difference.

Another useful signal comes from the coastal city of Kribi where the rumainations and acts of the local population did send a powerful message to an incumbent president planniing to come for campaings. While northwesterners leak their wounds by contributing for the president's campagin, here are patriots sending another type of message over presidential neglect.
