Seven Olympic athletes from Cameroon have been missing for several days. None of them have applied for asylum at this point, and they all have valid visas which would allow to legally remain in Britain for six months. Innocent Chia, a former journalist for Cameroon state television and Richard Joseph, a professor of political science who has written about Cameroon, explain what might have driven these athletes from their homeland.
